Our dishes came out quickly with a delicious aroma of garlic. The steak in the Shaken Filet Mignon was tender and absorbed the flavors of the sauce. The crunchy bell pepper, garlic noodles and steak came together for a perfect bite. The Spicy Stir-fried Lemongrass Vermicelli Bowl is a significant portion which can easily be shared. It's a combination of comfort food with the deep flavor of the spicy chicken and the fresh veggies, all on top of the vermicelli noodles. The mint in this dish really highlighted the freshness and completed the dish. I'm looking forward to adding Happy Pho to one of our regular places to enjoy delicious Vietnamese cuisine.

The medium size is massive - and I wasn't able to finish all of my meal, but our server happily provided a to-go container for me to take the remainder home with me! I've been to Pho 99 a couple of times since the time of this review during different days and times of the day. Parking for the restaurant is widely available as it is located in a shopping plaza. Even during lunch rushes, I haven't seen the parking lot fill up. There is ample seating in the restaurant as well, with tables and booths everywhere. Service is fast and food comes out fast - we order our food and it comes out 5-10 minutes every time. I have tried their pho numerous times here and every time, they give you a very generous amount of meat and fixings in the noodle soup. At most pho places that I've been to, I'm usually full after finishing the entire bowl, which includes the broth. But here, I'm pretty full after just finishing the solid contents of the bowl. There are many cuts of beef and you just keep finding more beef after thinking you have finished them all - which is a great thing when enjoying pho. The broth is seasoned well and the noodles are slightly chewy which is great. I don't think I have been to another pho place where they are this generous with the protein! Price wise, very fair - $15 for a large bowl of pho that can maybe even feed two people.
