The place can use a little clean up. One time we went there for dinner and the noodles were a bit hard but that only happened once to me. Other than that, its good. PHO IS DELICIOUS & THEIR CHOWFUN IS DELICIOUS. Broth is clean and flavorful. The beef broth is not overpowering and the seafood version doesn't taste all fishy like other places, it's actually my favorite shop to eat at so far in Fresno. The only con thing about it, is that their condiments like the hoisen and siracha, taste watered down which might take a little flavor away from your broth. Try the broth first before you put the fixings in, its amazing. Not as amazing as homemade, but for a pho shop, they are pretty darn good. Also, you don't get that heavy feeling afterwards like you've consumed too much msg and want to puke. It doesn't happen here, I am very pleased. :] read more

Good Food. My older brother took me there when I was visiting for a short time. I just got the pho combo and the x-large. Coming from Green bay, WI I was expecting what I get here, but wow were the portions ever so generous. I was afraid I wouldn't finish, but I did and left happy on a full stomach. Loved it. MENU IS NOT UPDATED TO DO A TAKEOUT ORDER! I order number 55 over the phone thinking it was going to be the vermicelli bowl, showed up after 10 minutes and still had to wait 20 minutes for my food. And no, it was not busy. Checked the order when I got to my car because it smelled like spicy stir fry of some sort. I go back in to tell the owner that it was the wrong order, and she refused to refund or exchange my food claiming that it was 'special fish'. She didn't even feel bad for not updating the menu resulting in me having to take home the wrong order. Bad customer service and dry food. Will not ever come here again. read more

The best place for pho! I love it here always go to eat at least once a week. The new owner is such a nice sweet lady that really cares about her customers and getting to know them. As soon as she sees my boyfriend and I walk in she puts in our usual order and we get our food within 5 minutes of walking in the restaurant. I've been going here religiously for the past few years. I've tried almost all of the pho places in Fresno, and nothing really compares to this. Not only do you order your food and get it three minutes later but the taste is superior to any other restaurant. Also, you pay 6.25 for a huge meal that will keep you full for a very long time. It's funny because I've seen some very wealthy people eating here that I know drove 20 minutes just to eat a bowl of noodles. Drove in from Sacramento, did a quick Yelp search and found this place. It was okay, nothing more. I don't know all of the seasoning and spices that go into a good broth. I just know it when I taste it. The broth here was very bland, and greasier than I prefer.They really skimped on the tripe and tendon. It took a lot of Hoisin and Sriracha to season it. This is one the spots the Fam from Fresno takes us for Pho. I give it 3 stars cause it has it's ups and downs. Customer service is cool but the Pho in the other hand wasn't that good. I'm talking about the broth. It didn't bring in that potent aroma taste that real pho broth is suppose to have. I ate egg rolls too and they were kind of burnt but it tasted OK. BEST PHO BROTH IN TOWN! best tasting pho broth I have ever had anywhere. not too much cinnamon, not too much star anise, its just right!! they always have basil and whatever ingredients you need, unlike mays cafe who claims they are always out of basil!!!! The egg rolls here are also my favorite! very fast service, very nice owners, and delicious vietnamese coffee! the only downside, they close too early! I always love late night pho, and the only place open is pho 75 which is nasty. read more

This is our favorite pho in Fresno. All the rest of the reviews are right about the lack of service, but to me the pho is worth it. It's not gourmet pho, but it is fast, tasty, and consistent. Most importantly, the broth isn't greasy and the noodles are neither clumpy nor hard. Parking is ample as well. read more

Ok, Frist of all I didn't even want to give this place a star Because this place does not deserve it. When my family and I walked into this small place an older lady was there to greet us and show us to our table. But for some reason that made me feel that the older lady was being too forceful on making my nephew sit away from his girlfriend. She kept on insisting on making them sit apart. That already made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable and she kept rudely laughing at us when we kept telling her that we are ok with where they are sitting. See my nephew is Mexican and his lovely girlfriend is Hmong. So, the older lady made us feel that she was also racist towards their relationship. when it came to ordering she would repeat herself to me as I order and confused me where I had to tell her 3 more times. When the food showed up she had not given us our soda and the order was wrong.I asked for the menu and showed her what we ordered and she kept insisting to me that what she wrote was our order. The order was 1 small beef pho for me, my husband got the seafood pho and my boys got shrimp fried rice. What she gave us was 2 small beef pho, one plate of shrimp fried rice and some pho that had some crab meat in it and brisket. My boys were getting restless and sad that their food had not shown up yet. My husband was so mad that he didn't eat his food and gave it to my 2-year-old son who had not gotten his food yet. My husband was about to give my son a shrimp but it was rotten at its tail. That was the last straw for me. I got my four boys and walked out. I couldn't believe someone with so many good reviews would serve my family rotten food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO EAT AT THIS PLACE. Really like this place. Great food, nice and courteous staff, and they sell beer and take credit cards (uncommon for many comparable places). I've been to this place about 5-6 times now. The food is pretty tasty. Each time I eat here I try to get something different out of their menu. However I discovered their sandwiches and now I take at least two to go (mainly because I live 45 minutes from Fresno) their sandwiches are served hot but I've had them cold after regurgitating them at home and were still delicious. My favorite so far is #90 in their menu which is the combination pho. Very large portion too. Prices are pretty reasonable since nothing is cheap any more. The lady who I believe is the owner or in charge is very amicable and pretty attentive towards every customer. Today I ordered take out but decided to get an additional meal to eat there and I chose a pork and eggs over rice dish. It also came with two shrimp and a small bowl of "soup" which was the pho base. I really enjoyed it. I go across the street to the VA hospital for appointments so as far as I go there I will continue to eat at Pho 90. I wish i lived closer but as mentioned befvore, I'm 45 minutes away. I highly recommend this place. read more

Food isn't that bad. just one problem is one of the lady..the lady with short hair is such a lying idiot. I'm not a huge pho person so I always just order chicken chow fun whenever I go to pho restaurants. So I told the younger waiter 3 dang times I wanted chicken chow fun because for whatever reason, he was either not writing down our order or he thought he can just do it by memorization...which he clearly couldn't! The 3rd time, the younger waiter even came back and said..."wait, you said you wanted chow fun with chicken, right?" So I clearly said, "Yes...chicken chow fun." (I just went with my 3 cousins which they all just ordered regular pho noodle...simple order, right?) 10 minutes later, an elder man brought me a plate of chicken chow mein. the elder man even said, "chicken chow mein" as he placed the plate down in front of me. I told him, "no i ordered chow fun not chow mein." they all kinda just stood there all dazed out or something then the lady with short hair (which I believe owns the restaurant) told the elder man to bring her the plate of chow mein. She TRIED to play smart and was like speaking in Vietnamese to other workers while holding the plate and said chow mein something chow fun something to try to confuse me. And because they didn't want to waste food and their money on making the correct order, her and the elder man both lied to me and said it was chow fun! she said, "no no this chow fun! This not chow mein! This chow fun!" so she gave me the plate back. I KNOW it was NOT chow fun. she was just trying to trick me into thinking it was chow fun. I was getting irritated because she kept saying in the back ground that I was completely wrong and trying to make me feel so stupid. she knew it's definitely not chow fun as if she doesn't know herself that they screw up on the order. so I came onto Yelp and Yelp their restaurant and showed her a photo of the chow fun they make. She kept trying to make me believe it was chow fun and said with broken English.."chow fun big noodle. Big noodle!" So I'm like.."yeah but these noodle are small like ramen noodle. Not big noodle. Come here, look at this picture." and she came and I showed her a picture of the chow fun they made. Then she gave me a stupid ass look and said.." ok chow fun. Ok I go make chow fun." like wtf? You've been working here for like what? Over 10 years? and you trying to lie for your guys mistake? I usually don't make a big deal out of a wrong order but because these idiots was lying with confidence straight to my face and tried to make me feel stupid, I just had to put my foot down this time. I wanted to write this because I had a weird experience the last time I was there. I've been here before, but yesterday when I went in to pick up my order and paid. She printed the receipt for me to sign since I used a credit card. However, she placed the receipt on top of the order sheet (the sheets that the order taker would write down your order and it'll show on the sheet behind it, so that they have two copies, one for the cook and one for them when they are ringing up your order.) I thought that was weird, because she could have just put it on the counter for me to sign. Instead she put it on top of the order sheet and wanted me to sign it. Good thing I thought about it and didn't do it. (If I did my signature would go through to the order sheet.) I took it off the order sheets and placed it on the counter than sign it.
