I usually order my pad Thai with extra sauce and added shrimp. Their house chili flakes are toasted perfectly and well done. Their Thai boat is extremely filling and delicious! I love that option if not having pho. Don't forget to leave a tip as their staff are always so friendly and hard working. Lemongrass chicken is one of my favorite dishes of all time, especially paired with some crunchy egg rolls and fresh spring rolls, I definitely love Asian cuisine and have been trying different locally owned places in Fresno. Pho 76 is pretty much always in the rotation. Their lemongrass chicken is a little bit overshadowed by the amount of garlic they use in the stirfry, but nonetheless, it's extremely flavorful, has a slight kick to it but it is still bearable for me who is sensitive to spice. their jasmine rice, pairs well with it and I love that they sauté bell peppers and onions in the stirfry as well. Their soft drinks are pretty cheap compared to other places, two dollars and it's a huge cup. It is a husband and wife ownership. The husband is Vietnamese and the wife is Laos. So you get a little bit of both here. They serve a lot of traditional dishes that typical American folk might not be partial to- for example they have a vermicelli soup with pigs blood. It may sound weird to some, but in their culture it's something they really enjoy so it's nice that they offer more traditional offerings other than Pho and stir fry. read more

What a find! We were in Fresno and found this place thanks to Yelp! What a treat. Our family tried the Pho, noodle plates, and their namwan. The pho was tasty and the serving portion is generous. The noodle dishes were very flavorful and filled with the best ingredients. You can tell the noodles were fresh as they were so soft and chewy. A must try is the fried pork belly. The way it is prepared is fantastic. It's crispy throughout and was not dry. The namwan is the same as "che" and the ingredients are also fresh. They are VERY generous with the portions. The service was great and so was the food. It was so good that we went back the following day. Definitely recommend giving this establishment a try as their food will speak for itself. 7/15/23 Getting something to go with lunch! Shrimp spring rolls with extra peanut sauce ordered. The worker was nice and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I went in to get it. The restaurant is large. Music playing. Greeted by a nice worker and the order was ready. Paid for it she left. Wow! They charged $3 for an extra peanut sauce and $2 to use my credit card. Didn't tell me of any extra charges! That is pure craziness! Tough times, I get it, but don't take advantage and let your customer know of all the extra charges! Didn't tell me anything! I was shocked once I got back to the car and saw the receipt. I went back in with the peanut sauce and the worker refused to put it back on my card. Just gave me $3 cash. Lunchtime! Split. Pho 76 is a gem. Near the Fresno airport en route to Yosemite, we were lucky to stumble upon Pho 76, which was still open after 8 pm. Anna was very welcoming, so we asked for her recommendations. My wife had an enormous bowl of pho with rare beef (with delicious broth!), which could easily feed two. I enjoyed the phad see ew with beef, noodles, and baby bok choy: another mouth-watering big serving. Prices were very reasonable, so after our Yosemite trip, we returned for an encore. This time we reversed our orders, and both were thoroughly enjoyed again. We also got an order of spring rolls, which were delicious and at least twice as large as any we have ever seen. In the past two years I have been here a lot. The first few times the pho is very good and was good for the price (Specifically the #1). The kao poon is also very good but I have only tried it once. The spring roles are amazing every time though. They are big and come with a good amount of filling as well as a good amount of peanut sauce, I love them every time I get them. The only downside is if you come too often or get the same pho all the time you may get tired of it, or it just might not be a good broth day. The last time I went (around 3-4 months ago), the broth had a weird aftertaste that I couldn't get over and the noodles got plump very fast. But this place is still very good and has been here for a while, it is a little pricy now but the portions are still good. The service is good as well, it is usually the same lady who has taken my orders and she is very nice. Even when she forgot my Thai tea she apologized and started to work on it right away (The Thai tea is also good but can be a bit too sweet sometimes).
