Chicken chow mein (no veggies) my son requested
    Mary T.

Came here after getting pedicures and man the drive was crazy cus of the dense fog & it was cold af.. needed some pho to warm us up! Went inside and got greeted instantly. The kind lady handed us the menus and we got to ordering. We kinda just did family style and shared everything. I noticed prices done went up! But that's to be expected since everything in this damn economy went up!! My son got chow mein w/ chicken and no veggies. I tasted it and it was pretty good! We got chicken wings which came out to perfection! I love the crispiness and crunch! It came with a sweet chili sauce. We got papaya medium spicy. It came with cabbage wedge. The papaya was really good! I loved how they did the sauce. Just the right amount of stank (IYKYK) and lime. Not too sweet. The pork belly was chefs kiss!! My son even loved it. It came with sticky rice and a spicy dipping sauce with a side of cucumbers on a bed of lettuce leaf. My least favorite was the seafood pho. It wasn't bad after you dress it up, but the broth on its own was a little bit bland IMO. It could've been better cus I had it before to go and it was better than that. To be fair, I always had it with beef.. the party I was with ordered it seafood combo. Maybe that's what could've altered the broth taste. The pho also came with a side of veggies like bean sprouts, jalapeños, basil and lemon. The service is excellent from the waitress to the man's cleaning up the tables. They also serve boba drinks and even desserts. The rest room was big and it was clean. Parking can be a little limited due to the other eateries around there..

Pad See Ew combination and seafood

Always a must when on this side of the town. We love their Pad See Ew with the combo and adding seafood. It's always full of flavor and just the right amount. We always have to get the papaya here to satisfy the cravings. It's a mix of Lao and Thai style. Place is clean and the service is always good. Love how the staff is super patient and always super sweet. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to add that Nam Khao and Papaya Salad are also a must try here. Both are so flavorful and the chef, she cares a lot about her food. she came by twice to check in about the flavors and even sharing with us how she prepares and eats her food. Also Nancy, is always there waiting and serving the tables. She's so kind and attentive - the right amount of hospitality!

What a find! We were in Fresno and found this place thanks to Yelp! What a treat. Our family tried the Pho, noodle plates, and their namwan. The pho was tasty and the serving portion is generous. The noodle dishes were very flavorful and filled with the best ingredients. You can tell the noodles were fresh as they were so soft and chewy. A must try is the fried pork belly. The way it is prepared is fantastic. It's crispy throughout and was not dry. The namwan is the same as "che" and the ingredients are also fresh. They are VERY generous with the portions. The service was great and so was the food. It was so good that we went back the following day. Definitely recommend giving this establishment a try as their food will speak for itself. Don't be deterred by the exterior ambiance as it does look a little "rough" outside. I guess this is a "diamond in the rough."

Walked in and was seated right away. Staff came by with the menu then brought us out our drinks. It was lunch time and speople started ti show up. The place felt like any other pho place. We ordered regular pho and Thai boat. Both tasted good. Wish the broth in the regular pho was hot cause after putting the condiments in, broth was warm

Pretty good! Will go back. Pho was $15 but they charge a $2 card fee so it was $17 something. I was served quickly, to go containers are help yourself. Plaice is a little outdated but everything was clean.

We stopped here after we landed at the Fresno airport since it was super close. It wasn't busy on a Monday afternoon. It seems to be ran by a mom and pop. Service was a bit slow but we weren't in a rush so we didn't mind. Pad Thai: 2/5, it was okay. Chicken wings: 4/5, would not recommend sauce it came with. Meatball pho: 4/5, it was delish! Nam Wang: 3/5, wish it was more sweet but it was good. Looks like any other asian restaurant and had plenty of options. I would definitely come back here again. It was a nice and small place to get good food!

    A LITERAL SNAIL

I used to tell everyone about Pho 76, especially because their food is actually good BUT as of today I will no longer be eating there. My coworkers and I went to grab some lunch & we came across a LITERAL SNAIL in our side veggies!!!! I cant make this shit up! Mind you , I still had to pay AND she was acting like it was funny. When in reality it's not as funny as she's thinking. It was un-comforting to say the least & overall it felt gross to even carry on with the meal.

I had Pad Thai and chicken fried rice... The noodles were very sticky I'm not sure why I literally picked up all the noodles by sticking one chopstick in it... The rice was a bit mushy .. I don't knits what's going on here and this was my fav spot! I'm going to give another chance . But prices are much higher rn! I didn't take pics of my order today...MY BAD ..

Must try the boat noodles!! I came here because the place was busy and the menu looked good. I tried one of the pho special noodles and Thai boat noodles. Both were good, but I especially loved the boat noodles. I usually do not drink more than half the soup. I drank nearly all of it. They only have sizes large and XL. I had ordered 2 large bowls and shared with a friend. Paid around $31. The restaurant is spacious and looked like a typical old school restaurant. Customer service was good. They brought our food out pretty quick and came by once to refill the water cups. Plenty of parking when I visited. Bring cash or pay a $2 card fee at the register.

    Rare steak pho

10/10 First time here and won't be the lastime. The broth was filled with flavor and the steak was thinly sliced, so good! Workers were patient and ready with answers.

    Arrived!....

7/15/23 Getting something to go with lunch! Shrimp spring rolls with extra peanut sauce ordered. The worker was nice and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I went in to get it. The restaurant is large. Music playing. Greeted by a nice worker and the order was ready. Paid for it she left. Wow! They charged $3 for an extra peanut sauce and $2 to use my credit card. Didn't tell me of any extra charges! That is pure craziness! Tough times, I get it, but don't take advantage and let your customer know of all the extra charges! Didn't tell me anything! I was shocked once I got back to the car and saw the receipt. I went back in with the peanut sauce and the worker refused to put it back on my card. Just gave me $3 cash. Lunchtime! Split. My shrimp spring roll was pretty good! Fresh and tasty! Only issue was it fell apart after taking it out of the clear wrap. The peanut sauce was good too! Mother felt the same I did. At least the spring rolls were good, but being taken advantage of makes it not worth it! Be aware!

    Pho with rare beef

Pho 76 is a gem. Near the Fresno airport en route to Yosemite, we were lucky to stumble upon Pho 76, which was still open after 8 pm. Anna was very welcoming, so we asked for her recommendations. My wife had an enormous bowl of pho with rare beef (with delicious broth!), which could easily feed two. I enjoyed the phad see ew with beef, noodles, and baby bok choy: another mouth-watering big serving. Prices were very reasonable, so after our Yosemite trip, we returned for an encore. This time we reversed our orders, and both were thoroughly enjoyed again. We also got an order of spring rolls, which were delicious and at least twice as large as any we have ever seen. Each of us ate half of one, and we took the two remaining spring rolls to go. Great food at good value, large portions, and friendly staff make Pho 76 a prime destination for anyone craving Southeast Asian food in Fresno.

Wanted to give this place a shot because it's close to my new work place and really enjoy it!…read more It's attached to the Tea Shop, which you have to walk through first to get to the restaurant. You'll then have to wait to be seated at the register. I think this set-up is kind of awkward but hey, at least they have cute sidewalk seating. There are plenty of tables and long benches to sit at and the restaurant itself feels clean and well-lit! The staff are super helpful also. Tried the House Special Beef Pho and it was pretty tasty! You do have the option to order your dish with regular thin noodles, flat noodles, or egg noodles. The broth is basil-y and the flavor has great depth. They have a self-serve station for condiments where you can grab some chili oil, jalapeños, bean sprouts, and lime. My favorite thing about this restaurant is that I don't feel too bloated after eating here (compared to other pho restaurants). Been enjoying this restaurant and eating here at least once a week!

My memory is shot. I don't want to be handing out 5 stars so easily but I think they deserve it. The restaurant is very clean, and I love the little Asian lanterns they have, all different, above each table. Plenty of seating. When we got there (a little after 5), there was only one other table occupied... by the time we left (6:30), every table was nearly taken. Our waitress, as well as the other on the floor, were both very welcoming and friendly. They handled the service remarkably as a team. The fact that they were a packed house and still were very attentive with us, checking how we're doing, checking on our water refills... these are the little things I appreciate most (and, of course, good food). I got the Pho with the Fatty Brisket, my friend got just the Steak Pho. They have a bar against the wall with all garnishes you may need to grab what you'd like. This is pretty smart... It saves them from waste. Instead of giving people items they may not use-- they would just grab what they'd like themselves. My friend grabbed her goodies, I prefer mine as is. To me, if your broth is good and doesn't require me to flavor it... I'll eat it just like that (unless I feel like adding spice). I've only ever been to a few other Pho places where I had to season up the broth myself...definite no no for them. All my friends who have gone out to eat Pho with me know I eat it just how I get it. Pho from my Mama is a different story though... I put the works (not because it's not flavorful) but, it's just different. Moving on... They also have a Teazona in their establishment. I've tried a few different drinks in the past but came to regularly deciding on the Tiramisu Milk Tea (no flan for me, light boba). Make sure to shake it well. You can also let them know your preference on the level of sweetness. We both got this tonight and it nearly tipped me over on the full scale. Couldn't finish it. Everything was really good though. Pho was the perfect choice for this weird, gloomy weather we've been having. The price is a bit up there but that seems to be the norm everywhere nowadays. But-- for the portion, the quality, and the service? Worth it.

Let say it was good enough I wished I had more. Almost ordered for seconds! Got #1 plus bone marrow and #41 pork chop with eggs rice plate. Then topped it off with Vietnamese coffee for the long drive home. I barely drank half and feel the jitters already so drink in sips, people! Then again I recently cut back on coffee which doesn't help but you have been warned if you don't drink coffee routinely. What stood out extra was the amazing customer service. Located in the Barnyard shopping center this Vietnamese restaurant is a little dated, but don't let the decor deter you. The food is in incredible! I ordered a large bowl with thin sliced meat balls along with spring rolls for the table. First off, I should've gotten a small bowl of pho, the large bowls here are massive. I had plenty of leftover for the next day and the day after! The broth was delicious with deep rich flavors and the noodles were slightly al dente, which I loved. I couldn't help myself and active point picked up my bowl and just started sipping the broth. My wife ordered the same thing as I, minus the meatballs and she too, could not get over how much flavor the broth had, almost like they had been slow cooking this for the past three days straight. The spring rolls were 100% handmade and the filling inside was delicious. We did bring our kids with us and we're definitely nervous because they are very picky eaters. They do offer a kids menu, but there isn't much to it. It's basically rice broth and your choice of meat. We ordered my 4-year-old daughter a small bowl of rice with broth and chicken; she loved this and kept asking for more! My son (7) went big and ordered pho with squid... he inhaled everything! Even asking if we could order more squid on the side to which we did and he ate that as well. This was huge win for mom and dad, now we can do pho to the family dining out rotation.
