Everybody's taste buds are different that's for sure. I tried this Pho 90 (lil hole in the wall joint) for the first time in the China Town area of downtown Vegas. Truthfully I wasn't impressed by the portions of Brisket, and I didn't know the slices of steak weren't cooked (I received bloody meat). This wasn't my forte, the woman that answered the phone was polite but had a very thick accent. I didn't wanna be rude and continue to ask her to repeat herself for a third time. This Pho spot wasn't hitting for myself nor my friend. He only ate his 8 shrimp that was given to him in a large Pho 2GO container. He wasted 30 plus dollars on our food. I didn't like the smell of the egg rolls (looked and smelled very greasy). I'll try another Pho restaurant in Chinatown whenever I'm in the area. For now I'll stick to getting my PHO solely from PHO AIMIE on West Ann Rd.

Average pho and decent sizes but one thing I don't get.. why is it sour before I put my lime in there? Average depth of flavor to the herbs used and average seasoning. It would be better if it wasn't so sour. I just don't understand what they used to make it sour. Not much msg but I can tell there is some, not bad at all. I would have given it an extra star if the sourness wasn't there.

Was craving some pho on a hot day. Haha. Stopped by here based on prior reviews. Upon entering, this place was completely empty....is that a good thing or bad? Anyways, decided to try it out. Menu pricing was a bit confusing because they are written on small labels, so just a FIY. Ordered the P1 (Pho) and it was just ok. Nothing to rave about. Not sure but it barely had any meat in it. One meatball that was sliced into fours, a few pieces of brisket / meat. Broth was flavorful tho....See photo of the soup. Ordered the C5 (Chicken/Rice/Veg). This dish was mainly vegetables that were stirred fried with only 3 pieces of chicken....kinda of a let down. The only thing I liked about it was the well seasoned Bok Choi. Would I order this again...No. See photo of the dish. Service was fast and the staff was very friendly. Overall this place is ok and is definitely not the greatest. Will I come back....maybe. The ambiance of this spot is very casual...nothing fancy.

We came here as it opened late while we were in Vegas. Only like 2 workers. No XL pho size like ib our Sactown. My pho dac biet had a goid amount of noods, meat etc. The highlight was the broth. A tad sweeter and more flavorful than all I have tasted. One of tbe best on broth flavor. Wife liked her pork chops and daughter liked her rare steak pho. Price/value was mid. Weird thing was a delivery app guy arguing for 10 plus minutes with the staff. We sped it up to avoid any violence. Overall, this place was just ok other than their broth flavor.

This is one of my favorite places to eat Pho as far as flavor goes. The broth tastes delicate and authentic but the service was lax. Located on spring mountain, it is convenient to get to since it is right off the freeway.

The broth in their soups is so full of flavor! First time having udon noodles in this kind of broth and it was yummy!! It's usually quiet with background music when we eat here and hardly ever busy.

The food is good it's clean although I don't wanna sound rude because the lady who gives the service of taking orders ,payments and makes and serves the food was being slow she served our food and then after she never came back out we wanted a water refill but she just wouldn't come out, other costumers walked in and she was just nowhere to be seen, I'll like to say they were just sitting there for around 30 minutes. Otherwise this place is really good I would come again excluding that incident.

Ordered through doordash. Overall, it did the trick, but it wasn't amazing enough that I would make this my go-to pho spot. Eggrolls - just an average filling to it, wouldn't care to order again Combination pho - Lots of meat with a decent flavored broth Rare steak & tendon pho - very little tendon

We came in around 2pm and was open Greeted us right away and got a table immediately. We got the spring rolls and pho tai. Broth was super yummy similar to Ho Chi Minh/Saigon pho. Restaurant was clean and had music in the background.

Misleading. Basically said I cant read.

Went there to get some noodles and ended up walking out. We waited for our food drinks almost 30 minutes. Then we decided to walk out.

As a self proclaimed asian food snob, I think this place falls into the jack of all trades category, since the customer demographic is wide and varied, they'd want a place that would have a little bit of everything rather than a specialty place known for one thing. We ordered the following: oriental fried rice / soy fry flat rice noodles / mixed vegetables sauteed in garlic / hainan chicken rice / roast duck noodle soup /xo green bean All of which are a good entry level dishes towards authentic asian food. Even taking into account the hike in prices by being on the strip, I think it's slightly overpriced for the wait we had to go through. Upon entering, it gives a nice upscale/casual asian cafe aesthetic going for it. The aesthetic is clean, opulent and simple.

The interior felt very modern and traditional at the same time. We ordered the hot chrysanthemum tea and it came out in a piping hot kettle. Service was very friendly and attentive. Spicy hand pulled noodle soup 5/5 - Incredibly warm, flavorful, and delicious. The noodles were perfectly chewy and the broth was packed with flavor. Generous cuts of beef as well. It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!

We didn't really look into it, but saw that they had udon which my son loves. Everything was delicious and freshly made. I kept telling my husband, "This place is legit!" From the Japanese chefs and kind waitress, to the music, and, of course, the food. The ohitashi was a nice start with just the right amount of dashi to bring out the flavors of the veggies. I had the kimchi udon hot pot which comes with pork. I thought it was going to be slices of pork, but it was actually chashu that you would find in ramen! The chashu was tender and the broth was amazing. When I say amazing, it wasn't overly salty where it makes you feel bloated afterwards. My husband enjoyed his salmon avocado poke bowl as well. Our waitress and waiter were both very nice. Service is great here. I have no complaints regarding that! I started by ordering their Hot Tea Pot in the Genmaicha Tea, which is refillable ($3). The tea was good. I must've had it refilled about three times. The husband got the Asahi draft. For the food orders, we started with the cholegi salad, takoyaki, and chicken karaage. While the cholegi salad was good, I'd have to say I've had better chicken karaage elsewhere. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to skip the chicken karaage next time. It was lacking in flavor so I asked for table salt to sprinkle on top of it. For the main dish, our party ordered beef sukiyaki udon, tendon, tuna and avocado poke don, nabeyaki udon, and kake udon. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. For dessert, we got everything that was on the menu so that we could sample them. I particularly enjoyed their matcha pudding in that it was more than what the picture showed. There were layers of azuki beans and black sugar syrup underneath the green pudding. This one was my favorite! The sweet potato ice cream was the party's favorite. Overall, I really like the vibe of this restaurant. I'll be back again to try other things on the menu that I didn't get to try this time.
