We got so much good food that we couldnt focus on one!

Def by far one of the best dim sum restaurants here in vegas. They still do dim sum in the cart which is rare because most of the restaurants took away the carts now. Everything is really good and flavorful. Baked BBQ pork buns are the highlight of the place. They don't skimp you out with the filling either. It is the perfect pork and bun ratio. Not pictured is the mango pomelo dessert which is one of my favorites and I got too excited when they had it. Come early especially on a weekend. This place gets packed fast!!

Stopped in for a late bite. We were seated right away. And the staff was very nice. We ordered shrimp dumplings. I had never had dim sum and it was delicious! We also ordered chicken fried rice, sweet and sour chicken plus pot stickers. All the food was prepared quickly and delicious! It's always reasonable and fresh!

Wanted our usual Las Vegas trip dim sum fix, and came here at a weeknight dinner time hour. Their dim sum menu at night is very limited to roughly 10 different items. We ordered shrimp dumplings, baked barbecue pork buns, steamed Chinese sausage buns, and braised chicken feet. All the dim sum options for dinner are $6.99. We also ordered a plate of pineapple fried rice for $19.99. All were fairly good and tasty, and service was relatively prompt. I forgot to mention we were seated immediately to a nearly empty restaurant, however, by the next hour when we left there were a bit more patrons that had arrived for the dinner hour.

This place was a real treat!! The menu is extensive with tons of options! Portions are shareable something to keep in mind. Several servers assist you with one table. The potstickers were the absolute best! And the dipping sauce that it came with was perfect! We also enjoyed the orange chicken and the chicken fried rice. We were both full and had left overs that the server boxed up for us.

I am staying at the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino and my parents and I decided to go to Ping Pang Pong for dinner. My dad has been before and told us it was really good so of course we had to try! The inside is big with a huge open kitchen where you can see the chefs cooking up a storm! They are moving so fast and seem like they have a good system going. You can also order to go if you wanted. My parents and I got three dinners. Shrimp fried rice, snow cabbage and duck julienne with vermicelli and glass noodles and my dad got the seafood stir fried soft noodles. Everything was perfectly cooked and incredibly delicious! I would definitely eat here again and keep trying different dishes!

Everyone loves Ping Pang Pong on Reddit and after my recent visit, I do too. We came in on a Monday around noon. Table for 21. Yikes. Thankfully our party was seated right away - the space is quite big actually. They still use dim sum carts which was such a welcomed surprise. And there were plenty of dim sum cart offerings for a Monday. They had an astounding amount of variety despite it being a Monday. The food was hot and piping hot and perfectly flavored. It looked and acted like dim sum which is all the business I want here. Dare I say the dim sum at Ping Pang Pong is top tier? Absolutely. Honestly, this is the best dim sum experience I've had in a Vegas. A good, solid dim experienced with exceptional service.

If you're in Vegas and NOT eating here... you're missing out. This spot is lowkey one of the best Chinese restaurants in the city, like REAL authentic dim sum. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and hits every craving. And the best part? They're open till 3AM... so after a long night in Vegas, THIS is the move. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8g6Nawq/

Had a late night meal here and was highly disappointed. I don't know if it's because I have been spoiled by NY and LA Chinese food but I can say that the expectations were low and were met. The hot and sour soup was nasty beyond belief. Visible thickeners (was it potato starch or guar gum) I don't know but please stop using that in this. Weirdly Sweet and with a very weird taste, we could not finish this. Wonton noodle soup was fine but the msg is strong. Of the two dishes this one was edible but not satisfying. Service was fine. Food was not.

After a showing of Shen Yun, we were in the mood for some Chinese food. It was after 10:30pm already so the first place that came to mind was PPP a generally reliable late night option for authentic Chinese food. We started out with steamed bbq pork buns and black bean spare ribs and they were fresh and on point. We just had to reflect and appreciate how lucky we were to live in a city where you can not only get great Chinese food late night, but you can get fresh dim sum as well! Do you understand how rare this is, and how much of a treat that is? I don't know of another city in the US where that exists. Well after that we got crispy pan fried noodles with beef and Kung Pao chicken. The noodles were addicting with the sauce. The beef was acceptable, with the typical baking soda tenderized texture, which I don't normally care for, but the way they did it worked for me. I love kung pao chicken but don't order it often because people don't get the sauce right or it's full of fillers like celery, bellpepper, soft peanuts, etc. but here at PPP the dish is almost entirely pieces of juicy chicken and roasted peanuts, and a little kick from the chilis. So for $59 before tip, we were well satisfied and had plenty to take home. On this night, Ping Pang Pong gets an upgrade to 5 stars for a combination of solid Chinese food, the availability of dim sum, late night accommodations, friendly service and upscale Chinese decor, (easy parking).

For authentic Cantonese dim sum, you really have to come to Ping Pang Pong. Our family of five all loved it, and everyone left happy. My sons' favorite was the lava custard buns--they couldn't get enough of them. The egg tarts and rice noodle rolls were also excellent. The restaurant seemed a little short-staffed, but the young woman who refilled our tea and handled our bill was especially sweet and friendly. This is one of our must-visit restaurants every time we come to Las Vegas.

I long heard about this restaurant from family that would visit every time they were in Vegas, and now I finally know why! Everything was delicious, huge portions, and fairly priced. The person I dined with had a severe allergy to shellfish. And while there is a lot of shellfish options on the menu, our waitress was super careful and accommodating to make his meal enjoyable and safe. No other restaurant we ate at during the trip was this understanding and accommodating. I highly recommend giving Ping Pang Pong a try, and urge you to get the chicken and soft noodles- it's worth it!

This is my go too place for Chinese food, the ambiance here is awesome. The servers are super fast and efficient. The menu here is huge so many amazing choices, they have dim sum during the day and some left over at night. The food is super tasty and well cooked. I have so many favorites here, the salt and pepper pork chops, the beef broccoli, chow fun noodles, duck and egg white fried rice, orange chicken and the chow main noodles are just some of the choices here. Trust me and come here to eat they are open till 3:00am. The dim sum menu is also very good it's too many to list. I come here after work to chow down on some authentic Chinese food. Give this place a try and happy eating...

The Chinatown area is known to have some of the best dim sum in the entire Vegas Valley. But little did I know that one of the best places would be located inside the Gold Coast casino just off of Flamingo across from the Palms. Ping Pang Pong is a moderate sized restaurant located in the center of the casino. And with so many locals recommending this spot for their dim sum fix, I had to check it out when I came back into town. To eat here, there are two garages around the property that you can park at for free. And personally, I would suggest parking in the east parking garage as there are more levels, a dedicated walkway into the casino, and less lurkers peering into cars. Walking into the casino, the signage was pretty clear and I found the restaurant pretty close to the hotel's main sportsbook. Walking up to the restaurant around 11AM, there was a decent sized line waiting to eat in the restaurant with a full dining room full of Asian families. And after sitting down, the dim sum carts immediately began stopping by with a variety of your traditional dim sum favorites. This service was pretty consistent throughout and staff came by to offer more food, refill tea, and take questions. Compared to many other restaurants in the area, the price at Ping Pang Pong has remained competitive throughout the years. With a small item price at $4.28, medium at $5.88, large at $6.88, extra large at $7.88, and the largest at $8.88, the price per portion was pretty fair all things considered. There are only a few catches that you should watch out for. First, there are only 1 or 2 items priced at $4.28 so assume that most items begin at 6 dollars. Second, some of the items you'd expect at certain price tiers might differ. An example includes the Shrimp Rice Rolls which were priced as $8.88 when they often come up as a large. The Beef Offal with Radish had an individual price of $14 which falls outside of the typical pricing system. These being said, be sure to read the menu before accepting any dishes that might come by. But as for the items, most of the items were very good and tasted authentic to their roots. I found the Beef Rice Rolls, Pork Spareribs, Beef Tripe, and Beef Balls to be my favorites here. The beef items had a deep sweet flavor and grounded beefy taste. The texture of these items were spongy, but weren't soft to say the least. The spareribs were soft and also rich with a black bean sauce flavor. And eating the beef tripe, there was a nice chew to them that was very enjoyable. Other items like the Siu Mai, Shrimp Rice Rolls, and Bean Curd Rolls were tasty and delicious as well. But if you're looking for Ping Pang Pong's specialties, definitely shoot for the meat items first. For this casino in the surrounding Vegas area, the food exceeded expectations! With a great price at each tier to the delicious food offerings, it made for a great time here at Gold Coast. And with a very clean dining space and constant service, I would definitely come back again. If you're having doubts about the place or the casino itself, just drop by and check out the lines of people lining up to eat here. There is a reason the locals call this one of the best places in the area.

Pork and Shrimp Siu Mai (5/5): The absolute highlight of the meal and easily one of the best versions of this classic dish available. The order comes with four enormous pieces that taste incredibly fresh, with every single bite packed to the brim with juicy, distinct chunks of real shrimp and pork. Bean Curd Skin Roll (5/5): Another standout favorite of the visit. The dish includes three large rolls cut cleanly in half, packed with incredibly juicy meat filling. It's especially delicious when you ladle the savory sauce from the bottom of the plate over each bite. Cream Egg Yolk Bun (5/5): A dessert that tastes like a cross between an egg tart and a sweet pineapple bun. The sweet egg yolk cream center is warm and exceptionally gooey, so you'll want to take your first bite carefully to prevent the runny filling from splattering. Salt and Pepper Squid (4/5): A very clean, airy, and crispy appetizer that shows zero signs of being fried in old kitchen oil. While the batter leans a bit light on the expected salt and savory seasoning, the abundance of thinly sliced fresh jalapeno peppers added a spicy kick. Sticky Rice in Lotus Leaf (4/5): A very solid, comforting option with excellent overall flavor throughout the rice, though the savory meat filling hidden inside the center felt a little sparse. Beef Tripe with Ginger and Scallion (4/5): A dim sum staple featuring an incredibly delicious, gingery sauce and great savory flavor. Beef Congee (4/5): We ordered the medium-sized bowl, which easily yielded at least 4 smaller bowls of congee, making it a perfect shared carb to round out the meal. It had a comforting consistency with a subtle note of ginger, though it personally sits just below a traditional preserved egg and pork style for me. Logistics Tip: Arriving around noon on the weekend means encountering a packed house, but the staff moves the crowd efficiently and gets tables turned over in short order. You place your order by marking your selections directly onto a paper slip, and the kitchen sends items out to your table as soon as they're ready, meaning dishes will arrive in a random, staggered flow throughout your dining experience.
