Authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Solid bánh xèo (happy pancakes?) & got something kinda similar to soda chanh but using lemonade. Food was delicious reminds me of home. I noticed in another review that it used to be a kfc. They have a drive through window that's not in use. Would be amazing to just drive through & get a banh mi & coffee in the morning (or grab whatever on their drive thru menu). I'll be dreaming about it!

Local hole in the wall that is by far one of the best bowls of pho around! The owners are super sweet and always a smiling face. The broth is so rich and flavorful and such a unique little dinning room. This photo has saved my husband and I from being sick in bed, it's magically really.

Food was ok service was amazing restaurant very clean but the drinks were horrible I order one mango shake and one Thai tea don't try I can't describe how was the taste (yeak)

Nice little family owned Vietnamese restaurant in what used to be a Kentucky fried chicken. I ordered extra food and took some to go for later. I had the crispy pork rolls and the broken rice special with everything. This included vegetables, rice, Vietnamese, meatloaf/omelette, big pork chop, etc. It was quite tasty. The pork chop was a porterhouse cut, and the tenderloin section was very tender but the other section was a little on the tough side. The flavors were good. Overall, I recommend this place and I would go back.

The food her is so good and fresh. They broth is my favorite part. No need for anything extra it's just right. I only add chili oil. Their banh mis are very good as well they are super crunchy, hot and fresh. The service is always quick as it is family owned. As far as the ambience it is your average pho place very simple decor and not many people in there when I go so the food is always made to order. 10/10

Honestly some of the best pho I've had in a while. The broth has a ton of flavor, portion sizes are large. Hole in the wall spot but those are the best when it comes to pho.

Food was mediocre at best, veggies weren't fresh been sitting out for a long time, restaurant was filthy bathroom was horrendous literal dookie in the toilet floating toilet wouldn't flush rude sign on door "if you don't like the cleanliness of the bathroom please let management know" this restaurant is a old fast food place no decor and no music terrible ambiance. This place is in the rough pat of town our uber driver said to stay inside do not come out! Also lots of unhoused people frequenting the exterior. Extremely rude staff "owner" took care of us and it was expensive 2 Bowls of pho and 2 waters was almost 50$ eat at you own discretion

First let me mention that the owner is amazing and very sweet! Price cheaper than other pho places in the area at 8-9 dollars a bowl and of good size. Appetizers were also well priced. The decor of the location is extremely clean and the wait staff was very attentive. We ordered our food and it came out almost immediately even while they were juggling several to go orders. The food was served similar to a street food cart style in Vietnam. The Crab Rangoon are a must, perfectly fried and not greasy and the spring rolls were very authentic! And what review of a Vietnamese restaurant would be complete without a review of the pho. The broth was fresh, clean, well bodied, flavorful and hot! The noodles pairing well with the broth. The meats were tender and flavorful! All in all a very surprising find in Cocoa. Good food, good portions, all at a great price! read more

3 in a half. It's pretty average. The server was very nice and friendly. I tried their egg rolls and pho dac biet. We googled for restaurants and this one popped up. We went around dinner time, and it wasn't very busy at all. We got right in. We were probably her third table there the whole time we were there. When we checked in with yelp, we got a coupon that gave us a free pho if you bought two bowls. There was no problem using it at all. She let us take our free bowl to go. That was nice of her. read more

The food here was delicious and hit the spot. The broth for the pho was amazing and some of the best soup base I've had. The service was amazing and quick. They constantly kept our water glasses full and checked on its frequently. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the Orlando area and want delicious Vietnamese food. read more

My family is in town visiting and had a pho craving. We tried a different place initially and were left disappointed. We went to Pho 95 and were so happy that we received great service and delicious pho. Hearty bowls, flavorful broth, and ample veggies. This is for sure our family's new local pho place! read more

Food and prices are great. The restaurant isn't exactly in the best part of town, but worth the trip during daylight hours. Also, if you Check In on Yelp a bogo discount is presented. They no longer honor it, so don't get excited thinking you just found a great coupon because you didn't. read more

Tried PHO 95 instead of my regular spot that I drive 20+ min for. We live almost 30 min away, so guess our disppointment when one order had zero noodles. On top of it, the broth had very little shimmer (which shows a lack of collagen...which shows a lack of bones used) and the body didn't yell OMG this is nurturing (I had vietmanese pho in Atlanta 3x last week and they all yelled....yum yum body good). The entire reason I went for Pho was to help an upset stomach. Let me tell you, this Pho kicked up GERD in both me and my wife. So all in all, a total disappointment. No jalepenos, the basil wasnt fresh, the broth way too clear with very little shimmer. I'll go back to good ol Papa. read more

I typically don't like Asian food. Pho 95 could change that. I eat vegetarian and had a Pho entree complete with tofu and a vegetarian fried spring roll. All very good. Family cooking. Outside looks might keep you away, but tonight the food was very good. read more

Delicious! Just came back from a month in Vietnam and safe to safe the food is pretty legit. Often I find the quality of the beef in Pho Bo questionable but this was really good. Great find for yummy Vietnamese food! read more

This place was a wonderful find. Had the tip snd brisket pho. The broth was very rich and flavorful. Noodles were cooked perfect and absorbed the flavor nicely. The tips and brisket was melt in your mouth goodness. Also had the spring roll appetizer. They were do crisp snd fresh. The perfect blend of basil and cilantro. With a tasty peanut sauce. Had the Thai tea to drink. Very tasty if a little sweet. The service was top notch. Attentive with out being obtrusive. The price to food ratio is awesome. You won't leave hungry. Going to try this brand new restaurant today for lunch - and I'm glad I did! Sure is nice to have another Vietnamese option in the central Brevard area, and this place looks like a winner. I had a very savory bowl of beef broth Pho, and some delicious fried rice with a generous serving of barbecue pork slices. All around fantastic experience! The server was friendly and attentive and the place was clean. We started with the biggest spring rolls we have ever seen. Then, we tried shrimp soup with rice noodles and beef wonton soup with sliced pork and no noodles. Both in a chicken/pork both, which is milder and less salty than the beef broth I have tried at other Vietnamese restaurants. If you're looking for the Northern traditional beef broth, they have that as well. We also tried sliced beef and grilled shrimp on vermicelli. Both meats marinated and sauced to perfection. Soooo good! The menu was competitively priced and quite extensive. Including a full beverage menu complete with boba tea. It's unfortunate that we Live on the other side of the county because I can't wait to go back and try more. read more

My husband and I are visiting from Northern Virginia and decided to try this new restaurant. I got the Bun Ga Nuong (#45), the marinated chicken and vegetables were very fresh and the special fish sauce is what makes this big bowl so tasty. It's not a spicy dish so if you don't like spicy this is a good dish to try out. My husband got the Bun Bo Hue (spicy soup #39), and it was spicy but if you want to spice it up more, sriracha sauce are on the tables. He said it was good. The prices are very reasonable. We will be back and wish the owner much success! read more

Do not miss out on Pho 95! My boyfriend were in town visiting family, and we were craving a bowl of pho. We stopped by this place and could not have been more pleased. The food was amazing, and the service was even better. I'll be stopping here again next time that I'm in cocoa. read more

We were looking forward to trying this new Vietnamese restaurant. Decent decor ("waterfall" in center of dining area added soothing background noise) and extensive menu of all the expected traditional items. Had the bun #40 (rice vermicelli) with shrimp, chicken and an egg roll. The dish was tasty, although chicken was a bit bland. Excellent quantity for lunch, for very reasonable price. Service was the biggest let down. Server was awkward, forgetful and sure didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Saw three employees (no other diners, at noon) and none were Vietnamese. Weird. We'll stop back sometime, but won't be in a rush to do so. read more

Food was tasty and well-priced, and the menu is extensive. Ambiance is nice as the interior has been redecorated and doesn't look like the former fast-food restaurant it is. It was empty on a weekday at lunch and the gnats were annoying. A pest control contract would easily fix this. read more

Maybe it's my fault but if you're staying in a hotel do NOT order pho for takeout or pickup. The meat comes raw and unless your hotel comes with a kitchen to heat up the broth then you're not eating. I'm so disappointed read more

One doesn't usually think of Dixon blvd as a place to great food, but Pho 95 is outstanding. I had the chicken pho, I could smell the star anise and cinnamon before it reached my table, the vegetables were fresh and not over cooked. The strawberry boba smoothie was fantastic the fruit was fresh and it didn't taste like artificial flavoring. Will be back! read more

We're tourist from California where countless of Pho places around. During our visit we wanted Pho and not much of a choice where we search so Pho 95 we stopped by not expecting much since there is not much of a choice for Pho in the area but it turned out to be very satisfying. Price is good and portion is good too. Very nice clean place. read more

I'm a big pho guy. Lived in Thailand and let me tell you it's hard to find good pho around here. Pho 95 has the best most authentic Pho in Brevard County. I've tried a lot of places, and I'm not saying the other places are bad but the flavor and work put into the broth at Pho 95 is top notch buddy! I personally like the Pho Ga (Pho Chicken) but everything is good. I have tried the Pad Thai, and other non Pho dishes and they are great as well. Don't waste your time at places like Thai Thai. The decor is minimal (not over the top) and clean, much like many good dining experiences in South East Asia. The atmosphere is quiet. The staff is very kind. The food is a 10/10. The prices are less expensive than many other similar establishments, and the portions are larger. Prep time is quick, under 10 minutes. I highly recommend this establishment! read more

My wife and I just ate at Pho 95 for the first time. It was some of the best Vietnamese food I have had since being in California. Service was great! The amount of food to the price ratio was great. You won't go home hungry. read more
