Update 12/6/17: I'm quite disappointed. Had such an amazing experience the first time coming here. Got the Pho All In again, and while the broth was super good, the meat was horrible. The meat was chewy, tough, and riddle with gristle and fat. In no way was this quality meat. Lumped in with the meat, were extra clumps of more fat and gristle. It looked like what they throw into the broth to flavor it? Maybe. But it was disgusting. Veggies and Tofu were cooked perfectly and the (chicken) broth was flavorful. The Pho All-in is where all the praise really goes. The broth was darker than most Pho places and packed lots of flavor. I usually add hoisin sauce and chili paste to pho to give it more flavor, but it didn't need any at all! Thats how good it was! My only complaint being they have one bowl size, unlike many other pho places that serve a small and large size. Pho Amor's bowl is on the medium size, no where near as large as others. I really don't leave reviews but this place pissed me off. My usual place Wow Pho and was closed today so I decided to venture off here. All I asked for was PHO Soup Noodle with chicken. I get a box of some disgusting chicken noodle mix. I then said I didn't order this, and tried to reorder. He had the nerve to try and charge me AGAIN lol. I never minded and just wanted a smoothie on this hot day but the machine was broken (I'm not upset about that things happen). Then a lady comes up and ask me what I was trying to order and I pointed at someone's food that was eating what I wanted. She says "oh that's different than what you ordered". I KNOW! Then says sorry next time, as if there will be a next time. I might of been ok if the food they gave me was good but it's so disgusting. I am super picky about pho and I can say 100% that this is the best pho spot in the Eastvale/Norco area hands down, and one of my favorites in general. It's about a dollar more than some other places I've been, but it's such great quality it is totally worth it. Everyone is always so nice, and the food is delicious. I usually get take out, and even when it is super busy, the wait is never unreasonable. The takeout packaging is great: the broth is in it's own container, the noodles and veg/protein are in a bowl, and then there are the veggie toppings in another bag, along with hoisin and sriracha- everything is neat and organized and I've never had a spill! My favorite is shrimp pho- there is a very generous amount of shrimp!! The broth is delicious as well, not too sweet, as other places sometimes are. Thanks to local Yelpers we found a promising go-to Vietnamese pho place only 20 minutes from our neighborhood. We ordered spring rolls and 2 bowls of Pho All In bowl for $23. The spring rolls could've been better. They were mostly filled with noodles and lettuce. And the wrapper broke. The pho bowls did not look filling but I was so so wrong. The large sized meat portions were endless. The noodles were endless. Every time I stirred my chopsticks there was more food. How did they make a Mary Poppins bowl of pho? Since moving to Riverside county two years ago, this has been my family's go to pho restaurant. It's close in proximity to where we live and the food is great! My favorite things to order are the egg rolls, vermicelli, and or their pho. I love that I can call in to order and when I arrive they are always so kind and offer to help me take everything to my car (we have a big family so it's usually 4 bags full of food, sometimes 5). This is one of the few Vietnamese restaurants in the area. I've had Pho Amor before, tried the pho and it was a pretty satisfying meal. This time, I tried the All in with rice noodles. It included chicken, shrimp and beef. It was average to me. BUT, I have to say I'm hard to please because I'm Vietnamese and have delicious home cooked meals by my Mama on a daily basis. My favorite restaurants are in Little Saigon of course. This place is a decent substitute. Will definitely come back and try other things, like the macaroni beef filet or the crispy noodle dish. PROS: The quality, taste and variety of food and drink options. The staff other than the iron fisted older woman is always very sweet. CONS: The older woman who appears to be the owner is cheap ie don't bother asking for extra sauce on the side because I've been told time and again by her that she knows how much is enough. She does not know the definition of good customer service. My orders are correct about 50% of the time. This is regardless of how many times I politely and clearly repeat my order. I was really excited when this place opened up and have given it so many tries because i want to support small, diverse businesses in this neighborhood but I remain frustrated by the incorrect orders and the poor customer service by the older lady.
