    Filet Mignon Pho

Dine in 4/18 Visit - Came in after 6pm for a late Pho craving .. saw this spot all over social media and was curious to see what the Hype was all about . Restaurant wasn't too packed had a few open booths . Walked in and was greeted by Cashier/ Server. FYI - you need to order first prior to sitting down. Looking at their menu it's more a Vietnamese fusion . Placed an order for the beef belly fries , Thai tea & filet mignon pho which came with beef balls . Beef Belly fries imo was pretty mid it had more sauce & garnish & mad fries over BEEF belly especially at $25 price point . Shoes strung fries , sauce , onions & cilantro was just so mid and just not as appealing tbh and not worth the amount you could easily make it . Filet mignon/ beef balls Pho - the Broth was clean and savory but in a bowl is was a Mountain of mad noodles over filet mignon small pieces and beef balls cut into which is 1 beef ball cut into 4 pieces .. you would think for the type of pho you would be getting bang for your buck .. also order was a pho tai .. same scenario mad noodles little protein . Thai tea - it was decent also mid .. Overall, altogether for 2 bowls of pho , 1 appetizer and 1 Thai tea was close to $80 without too which is pretty steep and quality . I like the location & cleanliness and huge parking availability in the shopping plaza but would I ever eat here again in all honesty Negative. I can't justify the price & food quality and lack of cutting corners and adding tons of noodles and not enough protein ..

Delicious pho! One of the best in the IE for sure. We came here on a saturday right at opening time only to find out it was going to open at 12. It usually opens at 11... but just so you're aware, they could switch up opening times. This place was super simple. All the menu had was pho. No apps, no banh mi, no rice dishes, just pho and drinks! They have definitely perfected their pho. I recommend the beef belly, but definitely order extra meat. The broth was super deep with a stronger star anise taste, which I love. It's a counter service restaurant so you order at the front, get your number, and find a seat. Service was pretty quick and staff were all super nice. It was a pretty quaint with plenty of seating inside. This place could be a little cleaner, but the pho was awesome.

Amazing chicken pho!! Friendly service, and the ambiance is spacious and clean. I especially like their music playlists. Only feedback is to have Oatmilk options for the banana matcha and other drinks.

Sarah was very kind and answered my questions . I couldn't decide what to try so she explained the difference between each of the popular choices. I initially tried this spot because I saw on yelp that they had bulgogi fries and egg rolls. When I went they only had soup. So I'll be checking periodically for these items or new ones. My choice was the steak eye pho. This one has the option for a smaller size which is why I chose it. Sarah described it perfectly and the soup was good.

    Mushy noodles!!!

NOODLES TOO MUSHY AND OVERCOOKED!!! When I entered the restaurant the place looked messy even though it was only 3pm since most of the tables were not cleaned. I ordered the #1 Beef Rare Steak Pho. The broth smelled great, but once I started to eat the noodles I noticed that something was off. The noodles were way too soft...they tasted way too mushy. I complained to the person by the register and he said that this is how their noodles are made because they make their own noodles. That's all he said and didn't offer to remake my pho or to get a different batch of noodles. So I am stuck with this bowl. Had I known about this, then I wouldn't have left them a tip because you have to prepay for your meal before eating. I've had hundreds of bowls of pho including places in Little Saigon and actual Saigon in Vietnam. Never once were the noodles soft nor mushy. Not coming back here...what a waste of money.

Ordered to go from Pho Noodle Bar and was genuinely impressed! The flavor of the broth was amazing--rich, comforting, and full of depth. I ordered both the House Pho and the Beef Belly Pho, and each bowl had its own standout qualities, from tender cuts of meat to perfectly cooked noodles. But the real highlight? The beef belly bánh mì fries. Absolutely incredible. All the flavors meshed so well together--the savory beef belly, crispy fries, fresh herbs, and that perfect sauce that ties everything together. It's a must-order dish. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting, with modern décor, ample indoor seating, and a pleasant outdoor patio. They also offer a convenient self-serve station for water, utensils, and napkins, which makes the experience smooth and easy. Highly recommend!!

Was in the area and initially came here to place a to go order, but was informed that they were not doing take out; so my son and I decided to eat there. The menu is small, about 7 different pho; as well as several different coffee/matcha drinks. I chose the beef belly pho and ube coffee, and my son had the brisket pho. Our bowls were delivered to our table within minutes. The beef and noodles were plentiful, and the broth was good. Solid option for pho if you're in the area, but a bit expensive. Condiments (sriracha, hoisin, chili) and utensils are already on each table; ample booth & table seating. Also, be aware that this restaurant is cashless.

Saturday afternoon the place is packed. Everyone's trying to order food. As you walk in the sign says please wait, Look for the host to be seated, however, we were guided to go straight to the cashier and order and seat ourselves. While we waited, We were able to get free water from the water station. Our banana coffees $6.79 each, came out first and those were delicious. The coffee is on point and the touch of banana on top is sweet. My daughter ordered the eye round steak pho $18.89, which was very tough. Unfortunately that won't be the soup that we would order next time. The beef shank pho $21.79 was second best coming in at number two. The meat was a little better than the other but still tough. And the winner for today's meal was the filet mignon pho, $20.89, which had about five pieces of tender, juicy pieces of filet mignon, and then at the bottom of the soup with some tough pieces you could totally tell that they had skipped out of the filet mignon and threw in the eye round steak. The kids, however, did enjoy the drinks. Parked right next to the Stater Brothers, and near the subway, The kids will definitely want to come in and return for a banana coffee latte in the future. The music is really loud and there are several fans moving at high speed. The only unfortunate part of this restaurant is that with all the lights, it's warm in here, and when the fans are on, the fans make your hair fly everywhere. It would be a better option to just run the AC like every other restaurant in town. Again, if they would run the AC, and advise me they ran out of filet instead of trying to scam me, this review would have been better.

This establishment has only been opened for about 2 months. I'm not entirely sure if there's been enough time for the Pho experience to soak for a proper review yet, but let's give them some benefit of the doubt given it's a Pho Noodle shop. With only 10 booths seating between 4-8, the shop is not that big of a place. However, reduced footprint provides for quite a unique charm for a quick eat and roll. The "Bar" in the name of the shop probably emphasized the typical notion of a big restaurant. The server/register person greeted us and welcomed us to their overhead menu and drinks. Easily visible and can be seen so if there were questions you could ask them there. Before you seat, you'll need to order first. After lunch time is usually best. We ordered just the house special and chicken soup noodles. Both came in so much and generous portions of protein/meat. This serving would be great if you're really hungry coming in here. They do not hold back. We also ordered Thai Ice Tea and Vietnamese Coffee. While the Thai Tea was awesome, the Vietnamese Coffee was just pure amazing. The House Special is served in a large bowl which I thought was a regular. There's only one size bowl and it's BIG!! THE BROTH WAS EXTREMELY TASTY AND VER DELICIOUS!! Without adding anything at all, the broth has you tasting the flavors of the bone, bone marrow and all the fixings that goes into a great well brewed Pho broth!! Also had the chicken soup as well and that went very well. Hangs down one of the best Pho places to eat here locally. Recommending this place to everyone who wants to enjoy good food.

I came across this pho spot on Instagram and decided to check it out. The restaurant has plenty of seating, and the setup is a little different from most pho places, you order at the counter first, then grab a table while they bring your food out. There's also a self-serve station for utensils and sauces, which I thought was convenient. One thing I really liked is that they actually offer chili oil, which you don't always see at pho restaurants. I ordered the brisket pho and a taro latte. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the brisket was tender. honestly, I didn't even need to add much hoisin sauce. The taro latte was a pleasant surprise too, probably one of the best drinks I've had in a long time. Overall, great food, close to home, and definitely a place I'd come back to.

First time to this location. I ordered a Thai-ice Tea and a LG. Round Beef Pho. The Pho was very flavorful and the beef was lean and hardly had any fat and well worth the price. The Thai ice Tea was a bit sweet but enjoyable. The service was great everyone here was friendly.

Brisket pho egg rolls & parmesan fries

My husband & I came to check out the new pho spot in town, I'm so glad we did because the pho is really good. Best we've had in Corona! Small, clean, nice little restaurant. The banana matcha latte is my new favorite! The egg rolls & garlic parmesan fries were pretty good also! The only thing that threw me off a bit was having to walk to the back to order then grab your booth (which is no problem at all) just confused us a bit. Definitely will be back to our new spot!

Canvas Coffee caught my eye, and I loved that it felt community-driven right from the start. It's located next door to a church, and you can tell there's an affiliation because the space is huge, open, and welcoming. Everyone inside was genuinely kind and friendly. It has that warm, community vibe that makes you feel comfortable immediately. I can imagine it being especially lively on a Sunday morning when services let out. The menu is fun and extensive. I originally considered the "Katy Perry" drink (which sounded adorable), but it's a layered drink and I wasn't in the mood for something sweet or decorative. I went with my usual: a sugar-free vanilla latte topped with salted caramel cold foam. I was only the third person in line, and my drink came out almost immediately, which I appreciated. They also had several breakfast options that looked really good. The jalapeño bagel stood out to me, and the veggie bagel sandwich looked tempting too. I just wasn't hungry enough to commit this time, but I'd definitely try one on a return visit. As for the coffee itself, it arrived piping hot, which I love. On first sip, though, it was lighter in flavor than I expected. If you prefer a blonde roast or a milder coffee profile, this might be your spot. I personally tend to gravitate toward a more medium or bold roast, so it didn't quite hit that depth I usually look for. Overall: Atmosphere - great Service - friendly and efficient Coffee strength - lighter than my preference Four stars from me. I'd come back, especially for the vibe and to give the food menu a try next time.

As someone who values and supports small businesses--especially in our post-pandemic community--I was disappointed by the lack of compassion and clarity in how this was handled. I understand and respect a business owner's right to set policies, but when those expectations are not clearly communicated to all guests, enforcement can feel abrupt and personal. Small businesses often pride themselves on community, warmth, and care. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I had here. They have a nice variety of coffees, specialty coffees, iced or blended coffees, teas, and energy drinks. Today we tried the Peanut Butter Mocha and the Java Chip Classic, both blended. I got an extra scoop of peanut butter in my drink and I LOVED it! I brought the Java Chip Classic and a turkey and cheese croissant home for my daughter and she really enjoyed both as well. The workers were very upbeat and friendly. And considering that they couldn't start my order until I pulled up, it did come up quickly and accurately. This was one of those rare occasions that "getting lost" ended up being not so bad because now I've found a great new small business that I'm looking forward to supporting :)

Actually the name of the place is "Mojo's Express Coffee" but yes, it is drive-thru only. It's a…read morelittle shack next to a liquor store and across from some auto service garages. There are two sides to the drive-thru so it makes no difference which way you enter. I came here while in the area and needed an iced coffee on a hot day. I had second thoughts about coming here while waiting in line. There were only two cars in front of me yet it took me 13 minutes to get to the window. You both order and pay at the window but a menu is conveniently located when you are in the position as the next car to order. I ordered a blended peanut butter mocha coffee. It took less than 3 minutes to have it in hand. Peanut butter. Chocolate. Coffee. All three flavors were there although the peanut butter was more prevalent. With whipped cream on top it was more like a shake than coffee. I quite enjoyed it. While the wait time is a gamble as you may get stuck behind the person ordering for half the neighborhood, I'm willing to take the gamble next time I'm in the area because what they make is delicious.

The store is very clean and if you pay attention to the floor, you will see how the lines work for ordering and checking out. My son and I went to pick up a few Italian ingredients and get a late lunch. The place is clean and reminds me of the NY Italian stores, because they have people slicing cold cuts, making sandwiches, serving hot meals, and bagging pastries. The store has all sorts of ingredients for your Italian dishes and the freezers have ready made dishes waiting to go into your oven for a quick meal. We took a few things from the freezer and ordered sandwiches and some lunch items. The food was really good and I will return, but with a longer shopping list because it is a little out of my way. I forgot to get pictures, but will get them on my next trip.

A very special Italian mart with all things italian specialty items. I dropped in here on a Friday…read moreafternoon to grab some cannoli's and various sweet treats. Ended up walking out with over a pound of assorted cookies and a dozen cannoli's. They were definitely unique - the cannoli's were freshly made and delicious. Some of the cookies were better than others but overall great. A bit on the pricey side for $18/lb for cookies and around $5 a pop for the large cannoli's. Total cost me just about $100. The staff was so friendly. I told the lady at the bakery section that I was needing about a dozen cannoli's to use as a filling for my wife's birthday cake. And she very quickly asked another staff member in the back to make them fresh. They were ready in just about 5 minutes! While waiting for my order, I browsed the shop and found so much specialty foods. An entire fridge in the back of the shop was filled with various pastas and ready to cook items. Aisles were filled with everything from breads, cooking oils, seasonings, sweets, cheese, wines, etc and etc. The sandwich and deli section filled the front of the house. And they managed to squeeze in a gelato section too. Very nicely designed with undeniable italian feel to it. I will definitely have to come back to try some other items.
