They did an impressive job of making all of the food taste authentic, not your typical bistro or fusion master of none style menus. We ordered butter chicken, pho rare steak, basket naan, chicken biryani, and chicken korma. The pho was phenomenal, just like in Vietnam, with an average portion of meat, overall very large portions and great flavor. The butter chicken was soupy and tasty, plenty of chicken, and large enough for anyone to be satisfied. I'm not typically a fan of biryani, but the chicken biryani had the perfect amount of spice, and almost addicting taste and heaping pile of food, enough for 3 meals! I did not like the chicken korma, but my wife loved it - with a unique yet non spicy flavor. The naan basket was also large, with 3 flavors of naan. Interesting concept, melding these two cuisines together! I can only speak for the Indian part, and this place does great at that. It's a quintessential Indian take out spot. (you can dine it, but there aren't a ton of seats and the ambiance is pretty simple) I got the lamb vindaloo, at a 5 out of 5 spice level. It was hot, hotter than what 95% of Alaskans could tolerate but...I could've gone even harder! I also got a samosa since I had a 15% discount for ordering online for the first time. My husband order food from her while doordashing. He purchased oxtail pho and a naan for $35.12. It's is very good and I was quite surprised as I've never seen this restaurant before! However, when he got home and we started eating at 1:30am, it seemed he had a pho combo with tripe, meatballs, brisket etc and no oxtail. My only concern if I was to order here again is I would have to check my order throughly. According to my husband the naan was approximately $5 making the oxtail soup $27-29 with no oxtails. This restaurant opened up at the beginning of March & I checked them out shortly after opening. They are bringing us the bold flavors of Indian & Pakistani cuisine as well as the comforts of Vietnamese pho. I am excited to see how the kitchen team will fuse together the flavors of these 3 cultures. They also had a Oaxacan menu that they sadly had to discontinue for the time being. I hope they consider bringing it back at some point! I ordered a Bihari style chicken kebab wrap to go. The chicken was extremely flavorful & moist tandoori cooked. It had a great char, and held the flavor of the marinade. There was a good amount of chicken in the wrap too. The wrap had a lot of spices, and flavor. It was served in a soft & buttery piece of naan. The wrap also included a side of fries. For my first visit I didn't try a lot of their menu, but the flavors in the wrap definitely have me wanting to try more of their offerings especially their Indian cuisine! Having tried both sides of the menu, I can say I would come back to try more Indian food. The pho was a bit bland for my taste compared to other pho shops around. What a great surprise. Located in a strip mall. I expected the usual plastic tables with cold plastic chairs. But, am pleasant surprised at the warm atmosphere created by wooden tables covered with black linen table clothes and linen napkins. The menu was varied and offered many selections. I was happy to find a Burrito Tikka Masala. Asked if they could 'hold the cilantro. No problem, cause they make it fresh. The flavors were delicious. Dishes came with white rice. There are condiments on the table but the dishes did not require them. We ordered level 3 spicy which was perfect! Will definitely be back.
