We ordered togo because some friend talked about the place. Bún Bò Huế (Spicy Beef Noodle) was NOT good at all, doesn't taste right, more like a broth with lemongrass only, missing many flavor. If you think it's good, then I guess you never have a real BBH in your life lol...Tôm xào b tỏi (butter Garlic shrimp) was so overwhelming with garlic sauce. Too much of anything make the food taste horrible...Ordered a brown sugar boba drink, ended up with just regular milk tea and Coffee jelly. The waitress was rude, tried to argue that brown sugar boba tea should come with coffee jelly instead even though 5 minutes ago she asked if we wanted Boba....hahaa...im speechless...they don't bother to correct their mistake anyway, and would try to weld their way. I don't think I want to travel that far north to try this place anymore, just waste of time and money. read more

I had lunch here with my family and absolutely loved everything about this place! The Pho was flavorful and delicious! We had the chicken fried rice as well.. spectacular! I was excited to find out there was another vietnamese option not too far from home. I was disappointed to find that they're food was not amazing. I ordered pho ga for takeout and all I can say is it was ok. The chicken wasn't dry, which is nice, but the broth wasn't as flavorful as at other pho places. It certainly wasn't bad, I could eat here again, but it hasn't taken the place of my favorite. read more

Just finished lunch at Pho Bistro and it was delicious! My husband and I got the spring roll and shrimp roll appetizers and pho for lunch. I got the P2 and he got the P6. The rolls were fresh and delicious and the pho came out hot and quick. Our waitress, Liz was knowledgeable and friendly and the owner even checked to make sure we had a great meal. Delicious all around and it saves us a trip to the city when we are craving Pho (oh and the prices are reasonable, unlike some other Edmond Pho places). There are SO many thing's I love about this restaurant but where to start? First the food. Authentic Vietmanese pho broth is a lengthy process and one these cooks have down to an art. They take the time to prepare the pho properly to perfection. Everything is cooked as its ordered. Fresh! Nothing left under lights or heated "left overs " like so many places tend to do. The ingredients is so fresh and its all in the taste which is abundant in flavor. The price is wonderful as well as the portions which are more than generous. The service is impeccable . you are greeted as if you are the only customer from the moment you walk in. The scenery is very family friendly and relaxing complete with visual and auditory stimulation but not so overwhelming that you cant enjoy your friends company over a delightful meal. Overall the food was very good, the service was quick, and the restaurant was clean. My spouse and I split shrimp spring rolls. They were delicious and fresh tasting. I'm fairly certain they had been wrapped when we ordered them, as some of the ingredients were warm and some were cool. I had the beef fried rice which was tasty, although I would have put more meat in. I would give the beef fried rice 4 stars. I also had an iced coffee with sweet condensed milk, which was good also. My spouse had brisket pho. Which she said was very good. They had the standard fresh accoutrements and sauces, but they also had what seemed to be house made chili sauces. She rates the pho 5 stars. **Why 4 stars?** They have two TVs, one playing music videos from hair bands and soft rock. The other blaring curse words and gunfire, with children present. Overall the food and service fairs well against other pho restaurants we've tried in Edmond. We will be returning! read more
