This hole-in-the-wall Vietnamese restaurant used to be my favorite restaurant in Tulsa. That time has gone. Maybe, next visit will write a different story. I came back just to make sure my review was accurate. I tried both Bun Bo Hue (my favorite Vietnamese soup) and the Vietnamese pho. The pho broth was the same (mildly flavorful) but the noodles were more firm than last time.
