Rounding off my list of Favorite Vietnamese Pho in Tulsa Metropolitan Area in third place is Pho-Filled which is located on 71st St and S Mingo Rd. This restaurant (a location takeover of Paris Banh Mi) has made much improvement since opening in early 2025. The pho broth was more flavorful. The pho noodles had good texture, and the meat varieties in the combination pho were great. The greatest improvement was the peanut butter sauce. It's no longer a gross thick paste but a dipping sauce now. The spring rolls themselves were always great from the beginning. The ability to order food using QR code from each table is a chic and refreshing feature. The inclusion of drinks options such as matcha drinks and coffee latte is also a unique feature of Pho-Filled. I think this restaurant is trendy. I hope it will continue to do well unlike its predecessor. ***P.S. It's a little more expensive! read more

Pros: Several of my coworkers saw this place on Instagram and we decided to give it a try. The thing that they especially were interested in was the desserts. We ran into another coworker while we were here. And even though they had only been open a week my other coworker had already eaten there three times?!? She said that she loved the flavors of the food and then it felt really healthy. Cons: I thought all the food we tried was just OK. This place is so cute! I have only been here during breakfast hours to get the matcha strawberry drink and it was the creamiest drink ever. LOVED it! The girl at the front desk was really friendly and the flavors were all there- I got to substitute for oat milk and it made it even tastier. An Introvert's nightmare They took over 40 minutes to get our food out because they lost our order. We never got water, they only brought one set of utensils until I asked for a second one (there's two of us), and turns out they doubled our dessert. They won't ask you for any clarification that is usually common sense in the service industry or recite your order properly apparently. On the other hand, they do have an online menu you can order from and they'll bring your food, probably, idk how their system works. This is the first time I'm writing a 1 star review. I have a hobby of trying new restaurants and food places and this is genuinely one of the worse experiences I've ever had. The food wasn't even that good, especially for being a dollar or 2 higher than all their competitors. (Mid food, out of the 20ish pho places I've tried) If you want good pho and service, go towards broken arrow around elm or in the rose district. At least you're guaranteed to go home happy and not angry. read more

First time trying this spot since the last business closed. The soups were pricey but they gave a good portion with lots of meat. I ordered the rare beef pho size M. I enjoyed their drink selection and ordered the strawberry matcha and added a labubu jelly since thats all the craze now. It wasn't busy at all and the tables were clean. Delicious pho, but some service quirks and a long wait. The pho here was delicious--flavorful broth, generous portions, and high-quality ingredients. Easily one of the better bowls we've had in a while, and the portion sizes were massive. However, the overall dining experience had some drawbacks. You seat yourself when you arrive and place your order by scanning a QR code at the table--no traditional server interaction. While that's fine, it meant that once we got our water, there were no refills unless we went to the back to do it ourselves... and unfortunately, the water dispenser was empty. We also had to wait over 30 minutes for just two bowls of pho, which felt way too long given the casual setup. On top of that, the prices were the highest we've ever paid for pho--good quality, but definitely on the pricey side. Overall: amazing food, but slower service and a more self-serve setup than expected. Worth trying once, especially if you don't mind a bit of a wait. read more

I love eating here anytime I'm on that side of town. The fresh rolls are delicious, the shrimp are huge! Some of the best iced coffee you can find, made with sweetened condensed milk, so creamy. My favorite dish to order is the shrimp vermicelli, the flavors are out of this world. I love the lemongrass paired with the shrimp, it is so so good!! I've also had the pho, which was so delicious, and I've tried the bahn mi which was also fantastic. I want to come try some of the desserts next and the jelly labubu!! Service was either waited or you could order and pay from your phone which was nice. Clean indoors and lots of seating.
