Great pho! Make sure you get the brisket. It's a little fatty (in a good way) and tender. I add basil, lime and chili oil from the counter. We tried the pork bao tonight and it blew me away! My wife and I were going to see a show at Ruth Eckerd Hall, and we wanted a quick and light bite before the show. A quick check on my Yelp! app and we decided on Pho and we found this little gem. It was very quiet when we arrived, we went to the counter and perused the menu, and we ordered the Summer ROlls and each of us ordered a bowl of Pho, me beef, and my wife chicken. Both were typical big bowls of noodle soup, hot and tasty, and they have a self-service area to get all the accoutrements like basil and spicy sauces. The Summer rolls were excellent as well, plus they had Vietnamese coffee, which was EXCELLENT. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area. read more

To be fair, I ordered the least exotic item on the menu: a chicken sandwich. I wanted the Vietnamese special coffee but it was $8. That's too expensive. I thought everything was too expensive for a diner setting. Be prepared to pay $25 per person for lunch. Really, the lack of ambiance and side salads was disappointing. read more

Of all the pho I've had East to west, this has been my favorite so far. The chicken looked and tasted like actual healthy chicken. Husband had the beef pho and loved it. We also got the fried chicken wings, bao buns and boba. Each dish tasted fresh and delicious. Place looked clean and everyone here was working so hard the entire time we here. We also had the Real Tropical Fruit Boba Smoothie and Milk Viet Special Boba Tea (it tasted like a spiced chocolate milk and was AMAZING), all the food was delicious and would definitely recommend! Friendly staff. Walking in you order first in the rope like line. The pho here comes just in a bowl without the condiments delivered to you that other places do. Here the condiments: bean sprouts, jalapenos, greens etc are at the counter for self service along with mini water cups and pitcher. This is a new way to not have waste for some people that don't use everything delivered to the table. Love this place. It's never really busy. Food comes quick. Spicy beef pho is my go to and is always hot and delicious. The broth has great flavor and they actually give you quite a bit of meat. Got takeout from here a couple times. Always get the rice vermicelli with pork and egg roll. The flavor is very good and I like the fish sauce and they are generous with vegetables however the pork was fatty and egg roll was very greasy. Normally this dish comes with bean sprouts but they don't include them with the veggies. read more

Great little place. The boba smoothies are phenomenal. They are made with real fruit, and the boba is well cooked (light and fluffy). I've had the mango, strawberry, and tropical (a mix of mango, strawberry and pineapple) and all three were delicious. Worth the trip just for a drink. The beef pho is really good, a solid 3.5 - 4 stars. It comes in a bowl which is great if you are planning g to eat out or if you don't have giant pho bowls at home. They give a generous portion of noodles, sprouts, green onions, jalapeño, lime, basil, and cilantro. The broth is pretty good but too salty. The only other knock is that they serve the beef in the broth. Which, to be fair, eliminates any concerns of undercooking it. But, but the time I get it home, it is well past well done. Their bao is also good. They serve it with their own special sauce, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss the more traditional orange bao sauce. My husband has also tried the bahn mi and the bun, and has thoroughly enjoyed both. read more

Since I moved back to Florida three years ago, I've been on the hunt for a good bowl of pho similar to the ones i used to eat in California. After trying this place yesterday, my search is over! My daughter and I went here on the recommendation of a friend, and I'm so glad we did. Pho Bowl is located in the same shopping plaza as the CiCi's Pizza on McMullen Booth Rd. The place is small, but neat, with a few booths along the right side wall and tables filling the rest of the space. When you walk in, you order from the counter, they give you a number, and you go sit down. Water and small cups are provided further down the counter, next to a container of metal chopsticks, spoons for broth, and metal forks and knives. The toppings for your pho, such as the jalapeño and basil leaves are also self-serve, which I really liked. While this could be messier, it also seems less wasteful. On the tables are bottles of Hoisin and Sriracha, but there is soy sauce, chili oil, and another chili sauce on the counter next to the utensils. Small sauce containers and plates are provided for you to take stuff back to your seat. We both ordered the steak pho, mine with no cilantro. I found the broth (with nothing added) to be well-seasoned and flavorful. The meat was also not completely raw in the bowl, which i appreciated. It was slightly pink, but cooked quickly in the soup, and i found it also to be well-seasoned with flavor of its own. There was a decent amount of soup to noodles in the bowl, and I struggled to get through most of it. It wasn't the biggest portion ever, but there was more than enough to satisfy one's appetite. I also ordered the fried egg rolls which came out as an appetizer, and were piping hot. They were equally as delicious as everything else. The menu featured several other types of pho, spring rolls, noodle dishes, bahn mi, pork chips, boba tea, and sodas. We waited no longer than 10 minutes for our pho, and were checked on a couple of times by the people who were working the counter. Quite a few people came in to carry out food, especially boba. I'm not a fan of that myself, but my daughter ordered the mango and loved it. By the time we left, there were 4 or 5 other people in there, all with something different. This places offers vegan and vegetarian options, too, which is nice to see. I'll have to come back to try a few of those items and update my review. read more

You order, take your little number card and find a seat in a very cafeteria style restaurant. After sitting you wait for them to bring you your food. Then you get a ladle and knife and can add toppings to whatever you got. I got the pho bowl with tofu and veggies. Michael got the pho bowl with steak. Both were very reasonably priced; with the total being less than $20 Mine was amazing!! Flavors were so comforting and warm and they didn't skimp on the portion size with loads of veggies and tofu to go around!! My only critique was it was a bit to salty for my taste. That being said, I don't really use salt so I can taste it almost immediately, it was most likely just the veggie broth they used. Otherwise it was perfect Michael loved his as well! They had covid procedures in place which made me feel comfortable eating here because some places I will avoid maybe even post pandemic. I am sorry I did not take pics but I was carb deprived and had not eaten all day. I had the combo pho and a pork Bahn mi sandwich. I am pretty sure I unhinged my jaw and swallowed everything whole. It was so tasty. As of now instead of having the various sauces on the table you have to go up and get it and there is available hand sanitizer. This is a place I would come back to. I enjoyed my dinning experience at Pho Bowl. The place is clean, well lit and the staff is extremely nice. Their unique approach to pho allows the guest to get their own garnishes so they can have as much or as little as they want. As a big fan of basil this was a huge selling point for me. Additionally they operate it similar to a Paneras. You give your order, they give you a number placard, you find a seat and they serve you when your food is ready. I ordered the combination pho and which included rare round eye, brisket and meatballs. The ingredients looked and tasted fresh. The broth was light and pleasant but lacked a depth of flavor I look for in a good pho. With that said I would definitely eat here again. Good service, good food and great location.
