Ordered take out tonight and it was absolutely terrible. The food was like 3 day leftovers warmed up. The grilled shrimp was shriveled and old, and rubbery. It literally shrank so small I couldn't even tell it was shrimp until I saw the tail. The grilled chicken was old as well. Charging $22 for old leftovers is just so wrong. We will never go to Pho Canyon again. What a poor business who rather serve old food over customers returning back! Stay away! read more

A real hidden gem!! I rarely write reviews, but this place was amazing! The food tastes fresh and authentic and comes in large portions. The service was outstanding! The workers were very welcoming upon arrival and attentive throughout. I decided to stop by randomly with friends as we are not from Colorado, and are only visiting, but we are all sooo glad we ran into this place. The inside is cute and clean with lots of space! We love getting Vietnamese noodle bowls, so my daughter and I came here the other day. We were greeted right away, which was nice. The waitress brought us a few big ice waters. When I go to restaurants and order water, they usually ask before they put lemon in the water as not everyone likes that. The water here automatically came with lemon, which I am not a fan of. We started off with their grilled pork spring rolls. This is the only Vietnamese place that I have ever been to that offers grilled pork inside of their spring rolls. It was sliced thin and grilled perfectly. I could have their spring rolls just as a meal! This place is also the only place I have ever been where they did not automatically come with peanut sauce for dipping. Maybe it was because we ordered the grilled pork ones? Anyway, not a big deal as we just asked for some. They were made fresh and had lettuce, rice noodles, and cilantro inside. There was hoisin sauce and sriracha sauce on the table so we also dipped the rolls in those sauces. Very good! I ordered the combination noodle bowl (B7) which comes with 2 pieces of shrimp, grilled beef, grilled pork, chicken, and a Vietnamese eggroll. My daughter ordered the grilled beef noodle bowl (B1) which does not come with an eggroll. She added one which was an additional $4.00. The bowls were ok. Not the best I have ever had, especially at the high price of them! I can easily go to other places in Westminster, Northglenn, or Thornton and get the same thing (but bigger portions and ones that automatically come with eggrolls) for $13.00 as opposed to the $22.00 per bowl we paid here. If I am pressed for time and only want to order spring rolls I will be back because it is 5 minutes from my house, but if I am wanting a noodle bowl, I will drive the distance and save almost $10 a bowl. Overall, I would tell anyone who has not ever had Vietnamese to give it a try. The server was efficient, the food was fresh, and the restaurant was quiet and clean. I had lunch at Pho Canyon Point on April21,2025. The service from an old lady is very bad. The pho is like $17, and I paid $20 as total in the end. What happened next was they charged me $38.78, with $18.78 overcharged. I have to contact my bank to dispute this transaction. Delicious soup! Would definitely come back the next time we're in Golden and looking for a bite to eat

I stopped here on a whim after a long day of work. Restaurants in Golden tend to be a bit more pricey, but understandable given the location which is gorgeous and also not as easy to get supplies to like the bigger, more accessible cities. With that said, I was satisfied with the price of my meal. I was pleased to see lemon in my water as citrus is customarily added to water in Vietnam (most often lime). I ordered shrimp spring rolls, which my son-in-law's mother makes regularly. They were almost as good as hers! Very delicious and so very fresh. The traditional peanut sauce was delicious too, lots of peanuts! My entree was a chicken noodle bowl. They provided ample Nước chấm sauce and it was perfect. I really liked the crispy friend onions. The portion size was very good, but after the spring rolls I had to take half home. I was really impressed with the fresh quality of everything. I've driven by this place every day for years on my way from Highlands Ranch to Boulder for work. I will definitely stop here again and can't wait to try the Pho. I appreciate the family atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant. I recommend this restaurant highly for their comparable pricing, fresh quality and delightful ambience. read more

We were so excited for this place to open. But no. Terrible service and we saw many others waiting excessive times for their food or being ignored. One family it was over an hour for their takeout and they came back because the order wasn't correct. Our kids boba drinks were brought after we finished eating our entree. No apology or recognition. Food was ok but overpriced. To top it off, they charged us 4 times for the meal as the paper was out so they re-ran our card over and over. Having to dispute it now with the credit card company. Also, we had to listen to a dog barking our entire meal as it seemed they were keeping a pet either in the kitchen or back office and it barked incessantly. This is the best pho I've had outside of Denver, and I have been on the hunt and tried them all. The restaurant is clean and nice, the grilled beef spring rolls are delish, and the bun Bo hue broth in the meatball and veggie tofu pho are so flavorful and yummy!
