I love their nem nuong. One time I ordered at a time I usually don't, and the spring rolls had too much pickled radish and carrots, making it too sweet. Otherwise, loved the 10 different times I've ordered them! Servers are cool and helpful. I also enjoy their avocado smoothie with boba.

I ordered lemongrass tofu vermicelli for takeout. It tastes and smells like there's some fish sauce. The quantity of food was really good for the price. I liked the amount of tofu, but I wished it was more flavorful and seasoned throughout. The lemongrass flavor was weak and the tofu tasted quite plain as a result, so I could not rate this higher due to that.

Always such a warm welcome & greeting here -feels like family !! Service is very quick, very friendly, the owner Lynne comes out to say hi & visit when she is not too busy !! The veggie pho is full of assorted veggies : Napa, broccoli bokchoy,zuccini, beansprout, onion, mushroom, scallions & has great flavor !! There are standard seasonings plus sesame oil, knorr seasoning, sriracha, hoisin, salt & pepper ... something new is menu scanning which links photos?? Spacious dining room often very full, waitstaff really hustles to serve & clear, often a line from the counter for take out !!

We enjoyed the tofu bowl, tofu chow fun with vegetables and grilled pork dishes. Prices have raised about 50 percent with added vegetables another extra 4 dollars (only 2.50 a year ago). Honestly at these price points, I have to ask myself if I want a better view at one of my favorite restaurants in Sausalito. I paid 22 dollars for a tofu vegetable lunch plate. Pretty steep. However, the staff is friendly and the food fresh with generous portions so as long as the quality and quantity continues, I will come back.

First time at Pho Craze. Ordered the vegetable pho and Pho Craze special - both were tasty. The restaurant is clean with plenty of room to sit comfortably. Service was efficient and friendly. Really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

Usually stop by this location for the chicken rice plate and sometimes the chicken pho. The rice is sometimes very dry and tastes crunchy which is a downside. So far, everything has been flavorful. Service is usually fast, but this place can get very busy, so a little patience is needed. There's a big indoor seating area as well.

Very sad the prices went up on us. The menu pictures from June and the website still had the old prices. I was hoping to get their #1 large for $15.50, but it ended up being $17.00. The rice noodles were clumped together, but I did get good portions and decent quality proteins. The beef carpaccio was different than expected... not in a bad way and I did appreciate the amount of meat. Overall, a decent experience! Service could be a bit better. Another table like us also had to wait for awhile before ordering.

Seems to be the go-to spot for pho in the area! I've been twice now and will say that it's tasty. I've had the #1 before which is pho with all the fixings and the BBH. However, their BBH seems to be just their regular pho broth with chilis mixed in vs the traditional BBH broth that is rich and spicy which was disappointing. Not sure if it was a bad day or if that is usually how the dish is made here. We also get their spring rolls with grilled pork that is delicious. The price-point is also very affordable and makes sense for their dishes. They have plenty of seating indoors as well.

Without a doubt, the worst Vietnamese food I've ever had. Ordered the shrimp and pork bowl with spring roll. Everything came out was ice cold and came out within two minutes of ordering it showing that everything was pre-cooked. There was so much salt on the pork that I would've had less sodium if I had licked a cows salt block. We had spring rolls to start off with that fell apart when we picked them up as they were stuck together for probably a couple months in the back room. Their peanut sauce looked like watery brown glue, and had zero taste. Do yourself a favor and don't ever go to this restaurant not only where you have bad food. There is a good chance you'll get food poisoning.!!

Me and my family been coming here for years. Affordable prices and really good food. All the soups are good here but they also make some really good rice plates. Service is quick. So if you're hungry and don't want to wait more than 10 min for your food, then this place is ideal. Which is also really good, since it seems you never have to wait long to get a seat here. Overall, good food, good price. 5/5 in my book

This place is legit. The bun bo hue and pho are very good. Having outdoor seating is also a nice option. The owner started this business right during the onset at covid and I'm happy to see they are doing very well. Definitely one of my favorite Vietnamese food spots in the area. I cannot say enough good things about Pho Craze!!! Incredible service, delicious food, consistent quality, and fantastic prices. I have gotten so many friends from all walks to life to fall in love with this place- from those who LOVE Vietnamese food, to those who have never had it before and are picky eaters. They accommodated my mom so well when we came and told them she had Celiacs (no gluten, so no soy sauce). They were INCREDIBLE when we placed HUGE orders for events, too. Organized, efficient, on time, and everyone raved about the food. read more

I was driving from Sacramento on my way back to Oakland when I wanted a bowl of pho for this raining weather. I found this place on yelp. Since I was so hungry, I ordered way more than I should have . My absolute favorite dishes are shrimp egg rolls and papaya salad. The bún bò Huế is pretty good too. The people are very friendly and really appreciative of the customers. I would absolutely come back to support them if I am in the area. read more

First time there and walking in the place was very clean! All of the employees wore masks and you have the option for indoor or outdoor dining. We chose to sit outside but the indoor dining tables are spaced out very well. There's a lot of space inside. I had the #6 and added meatballs, my friends both had the seafood combination pho. I thought my pho was really fresh, the rare steak and brisket both very good. I loved my broth as well! My friends loved their broth but pretty much took all of the chicken out of their seafood pho. The chicken was very hard and some pieces not so edible. We also ordered the shrimp spring rolls and those were good. The peanut sauce was a little bland for my liking but it was still ok. The service was fast, friendly, and the prices were reasonable as well! All in all I would come back! read more

Customer service during the day 10/10 night time 3/10 they give out Thai teas not filled all the way, I had to ask multiple times for extra cilantro, mint, and lettuce. Otherwise this is my go to pho spot but only during the day. This Hispanic lady that possibly runs the night shift was a little attitudy and rude as well. I advise everyone to go during the day. read more

The food is great! During our 10 minute wait for a table (at 2pm in the afternoon on a weekday, it is that popular!) one of the most amazing things about the atmosphere was a video feed of someone making fancy and funny cakes. Layer cakes with multi-colored frosting in the shape of hot peppers, Santa's boots, hearts, cupcake pull-aparts- it was amazing!! Never have seen anything like it. read more

Very low quality Vietnamese food, unfortunately. Sandwich was missing the usual combination of flavors (salt especially seemed to be missing) and ingredients did t seem very fresh. Same with fresh spring rolls. Left a bad taste in my mouth for several hours. read more

Pho was delicious - the place is clean - everything is so well priced - Pho Craze represents a phenomenal value considering how much work if you have to make this at home. Instead of buying pre-cook meals from the supermarket or heavy greasy fast food - for the same cost - I can get a hearty - fresh Pho to go for lunch or dinner. I would saved money and time and it is a healthy choice - no guilt. No home cleaning up - no wasted food and no cooking for hours - without guarantee food will be good - I just pick up a bowl of Pho Craze - maybe some rolls then voila - I am free to go to gym and watch TV or work....Free time is everything for me - so PHO CRAZE will be my kitchen from now on. read more

Finally! Pho Craze opened! Came in for dinner. The restaurant was lively with other diners. I had an appetizer and beef pho. My Nem Nuong rolls was delicious! Perfect texture and taste. Pho was steaming hot. The broth had amazing favors and depth. Comfort food at its finest. I couldn't resist and order two additional pho to take home. With the dramatic climate that we in I'm not taking any chances. It's great that I can call place an order and know that I can feed my family with a hot meal. Thanks PhoCraze!! read more

I order from my office in the area and my food is always fresh and ready when I arrive. Busy around lunchtime, but for good reason -- it's amazing. I usually order the bahn mi and you can't miss with any variety they offer, all delicious. Never skimpy and the bread is perfect. The staff are wonderful individuals and always friendly no matter how much hustle and bustle there is. I haven't had the chance to partake in their outdoor dining option, but it's well-thought out and the storefront is nicely maintained, never any issues. This is a small business that deserves all the support! read more

If you're looking for delicious, authentic Vietnamese food then you have to check them out. I normally order their mi han san (seafood combination noodles) and it hits the spot every single time! I also love their vermicelli (bun thit nuong) and combination pho. But everything is so good!! Very welcoming and professional service compared to other spots. read more

The food here has been consistently good! I've been ordering since they first opened and so far, I am definitely satisfied with their food. I used to travel all the way to Concord for Vietnamese food, but thank goodness I found a good place closer to home! Besides, they offer outdoor dining, so I will try that out next time. read more

We ordered through door dash last night. The food was really delicious. I really like how they packaged everything separate so I could put my pho together myself. The broth was flavorful and not greasy. I also got the grilled pork spring rolls. Those were also really delicious and the vegetables inside were fresh. My only complaint is I wish the kids pho also came with vegetables. read more

Got takeout here for the first time tonight. Everything tasted great! Along with two hearty carnivores, we have two vegetarians and one peanut allergy in the family, so sometimes ordering Vietnamese food can be tricky. Being my first visit, the cashier was incredibly patient and took extra time to go through the menu with me and giving recommendations. But this was not an isolated incident. In the short 10 minutes I was there, I watched as this cashier welcome back a old regular, give a child a small to-go cup of ice cream, and patiently work with a customer as they were experiencing technical payment difficulties. Phila Burger is shining light of what a local, small business should be in a community. I will gladly be returning.

I added hot caramel topping. Price per ounce: 80 cents/oz (Sept 2025) Menchie's Frozen Yogurt is a self-serve, pay by weight, fro-yo shop. There's a cashier island and the fro-yo machines run along the back wall. There's a toppings counter that includes: wet, dry, liquid and fresh fruit toppings. I'm guessing there was a 2nd person working, because how could one person run the shop and keep the place so clean and organized. The young lady working the checkout was very polite, and even tried to sign me up for Menchie's Rewards. BTW, the frozen yogurt was very good. I was a bit amazed that it wasn't runny on a such warm day. The fro-yo had a thick and creamy texture. Not icy at all. The fruity flavors was cold and refreshing. The choco/vanilla swirl (twist) was creamy and smooth. It wasn't too sweet. FYI: There's 7 machines, 2 flavors each + the center swirl valve. So there's 21 flavors to choose from. Tables inside, and several tables outside on a small patio. Free parking I would return if I'm in the area again.

This is by far the best beef broth that I have ever tasted in the east bay! My personal favorite is Pho Craze (1) add oxtail to top it off. Don't eat beef no worries my wife likes to order the veggie Pho that comes with fresh veggies and tofu and she loves it. We appreciate the fact that they don't have a lot of staff in the restaurant to help with Covid and keeping 6 feet apart. They now also offer limited outdoor seating.
