This is a small Pho restaurant that seems to be popular with locals. They do a brisk takeout business as well. Come for the food not the ambience. I ordered the Seafood Pho with an add on of very tender & tasty brisket. They were both delicious. The pricing is reasonable and the portions generous. They bring a complimentary warm mung bean dessert after the meal. The service was quick but impersonal. There was loud Christian music & sometimes scriptures being read on their sound system. The decor is plain & simple. It looks like they can seat about 72 people. No outdoor seating. This is the second restaurant I've been in this week where a table in the dining room is set up to do side work. That is a pet peeve for me. The glass entry & doorway has not been cleaned in quite a while. If I lived in this area, I would definitely order takeout regularly, the food is delicious, but I wouldn't dine in. read more

The pho here is really cheap and the seating here is nice versus most pho restaurants. But they really need to turn down their radio and music. I couldn't here myself think. Got the spring rolls & the garlic noodles with tiger shrimp. The spring rolls were good but really wish they had more veggies inside to give it more flavor. The garlic noodles and shrimp were really good though!! Super garlicky, which I love! & the staff were attentive & very nice. When we asked for the check, they brought it out with a small soup-like dessert. I'm not exactly sure what it was but it was warm and delicately sweet! I highly recommend this place the pho soup delicious I really enjoy it nice temperature. At the end of the meal they give me like a little free dessert tapioca. Mediocre Vietnamese food. The pho broth was one-dimensional and seemingly loaded up with MSG while the combo meat cuts were forgettable and skimpy. The pork spring rolls were similarly small and unimpressive. Our pork banh mi was also small (notice a trend?), under-filled, and heavy-handed with the sauce. The one saving grace was the grilled chicken bun dish with its tender meat and great flavors. Comes with one set of veggies to share. Usually I love lots of bean sprouts but not a bad amount for sharing. When we found the dark digestive track of the shrimp hanging out the back side it made me lose my appetite so we decided to leave. The restrooms are a complete pig stall!! It reeks of urine, and there's no hand soap. The plates we were given weren't even washed, they looked as though they only rinse them with water. Was meeting my Chiropractor for his B-Day by his work and saw this place within a 5 min drive from his office on Google maps. I'm always down for pho, but a rice dish was calling me. We walked in and were greeted and seated right away. The look of the interior was very similar to other pho places by my house in the SGV, so it felt like home, even though we were in the South Bay. I love beef and rice dishes, but I had just read an article earlier saying people are forgetting to incorporate seafood in their meals, so I opted for shrimp. Best decision ever! They were wok'ed with some awesome sauce, it made me wish it came with a second order of shrimp only! The dressing on the salad also kicked ass! I usually leave the cucumbers and tomato, but this time they all disappeared! Dressing had pepper and was sweet, and slightly thick, which made it coat the lettuce nicely. Right across from IKEA in Carson, a decent size restaurant with a good variety of Vietnamese food, they even sell Bahn mi'. I had the bbq pork plate and it was good. They have a good ad running in social media. That made me try this place. But, sorry! If you didn't had the best pho place before, this will be good for you. We ordered seafood pho, chicken broth is too salty. Fried egg rolls is too dry, not cooked right and lacks the proper condiments that goes with it. Grilled pork is not grilled.
