The crab & shrimp fried rice was really good. My 1st time here and I was happy w/ the service and the food. I loved that they had a section where you could get all the sauces that you desire...with a sign saying " please don't take more than you need" I totally understand that. this is my ALL time favorite thai place! the food is always fresh, super flavorful, and always consistent. i usually get the pad see ewe with tofu or fried rice and they are always delicious. i also love the egg rolls! very flavorful and perfectly seasoned! and i of course love their thai tea (one of the best i've had!) and their butterfly pea tea (my all time fave!). I came here for brunch with my friends and they like this spot as they got their usual. The service was good. I'm not sure what I was expecting from how they said it's one of their usual spots but I just figured positive things. But a huge side note is that, they're not foodies. The interior was pretty small, no restroom, and the parking lot wasn't the best. As for the food, my friends got their usual which was their Pad See Ew, Orange Chicken, and some type of fried rice. I tried the Orange Chicken my friend got and it was pretty good but I noticed there wasn't much chicken but more batter to it. I also tried the Pad See Ew and that was the only dish I had no complaints over at this restaurant. For myself, I got their Pad Thai with Pork (Level 2 spice) and it came with a salad. I'm not one to waste food but that was one of the worst Pad Thai's I've had. They also got my order wrong: I asked for pork and they gave me chicken. I didn't want to make a complaint because I was out with friends and the only issue at that time was the protein. The food was bearable at first but the biggest issue I was having with both my Pad Thai and the salad was that they were both way too sweet which was so off-putting for me. I genuinely couldn't eat most of it. It also came with one eggroll which I was looking forward to because I couldn't eat the other two and it was also pretty disappointing. The eggroll was crispy but very bland. I believe they don't tax you if you pay cash? Honestly I'm not sure, they didn't have individual prices on their menu so I had no idea how much some of the menu items cost. We had our meal as a to-go option. Which was yellow curry and pad thai. With the time from ordering and delivery of the food. The taste was still great and the food preparation was in a timely manner to still say that the food was enjoyable. I like how the business stayed in their site menu, that some items may look or taste different by the time your order arrived To your location. As sauces may dry out etc. And that it is recommended to enjoy your experience at location. They way that our food was packed allowed for safe delivery and no spills or mishaps. The containers used were dependable. There is however a "spicyness " level on the pad Thai from 1-5. I chose 4 and I could definitely say that it did taste like a spicy level of a 4. 5 would have been too much heat for me lol. This place has 4.5 so it gives me reason to come back. I like sweet but not that dish-never again. I even ordered Thai Iced Tea. That made it double sweet. I like Pad Thai but not this one that's for sure. I am being honest. I took 2 bites, that was it. I ate my salad & egg roll and gave my left overs to my co-worker to try. I ordered the pad see ew with beef and for some reason and it had chicken on it too. Chicken and beef. Noodles were super soft too soft, and soggy. Small pieces as if someone cut em for a child. Whole thing tasted old. So I came to the conclusion that they must have given me an extra order or an old older. Food that was previously ordered but never picked up I don't know, and re fired for me. That's what it was. Noodles were too soft, tasted old not fresh, and why would it have both chicken and beef when I ordered beed only? I'm sorry, I understand not wanting to toss food but yall can't be serving old food to customers. That's how you lose customers. Might've worked with someone else but not me sorry I know my food. I tried this restaurant based off a friends recommendation and while i did really enjoy the flavor of the food the "taxes" they charge are not in line with the city tax. I placed an online order and really didn't pay attention to the taxes until it was time to split the bill with my family and we saw that they charge 16.5% of taxes when the city tax for carson is supposed to be 10.5. If they are going to charge a service fee they should disclose that when placing an order on their website. UPDATE: as a response to the owners post saying i was lying here is a screenshot of what i was charged when i ordered directly from your website. this is through your website ma'am not grubhub or toast. your website does not state it charges any sort of other fees other than taxes so everyone BEWARE of their HIDDEN fees when placing an online order through srirachathairestaurantca.smiledining.com which is directly from their website. Located in a small plaza, they have a few tables inside but mainly a take out spot. I've always liked their pineapple fried rice, prik khing, and curry. The food here is good. However, my recent experience with their phone order service was a little frustrating. I called ahead to place an order and the staff told me they would text me when it's ready in about 20-30 mins. An hour later I receive a text that it was finally ready. I get there and asked them why it took one hour for one order of fried rice, they couldn't give me a reason. Food is great, but I wouldnt recommend placing an order over the phone. If you're planning to eat there, it's best to go in person, order, and wait. read more

I'm disappointed with today's visit to Sriracha Thai which is unfortunate as I really love this establishment. I raved about this place to my best friend and today we stopped by so he could try it out. He ordered Pad Thai and Tom Yum soup as I ordered my usual; shrimp & CRAB fried rice, chicken pad se eew, and chicken egg rolls. We also ordered Thai Tea and Butterfly Pea Tea. Well, the first dish that came out (even before our beverages) was my pad se eew and the first thing that crossed my mind was that this plate was going to be cold due to how fast it came out. Turns out I was right, my noodles were flavorful but lukewarm at best. That wasn't even the worst part about today's visit though. Usually the shrimp & crab fried rice comes out with a distinct seafood smell followed with little chunks and pieces of crab within the fried rice. Today the crab appeared and tasted nonexistent in my plate. I brought this to our server's attention but she was reassuring me that there was crab inside the egg. After digging through the plate for crab I called her over a second time to voice my concerns and even showed her that there was visually no crab in my dish. She continued insisting that there was crab and came back from the kitchen with a small container of crab just to show me how crab looks... My friend thought she was going to leave the little container to at least make up for the absence of crab lol. She offered to remake the dish without egg but I said it was okay as I didn't want to go through any further trouble and was frankly over it already. I absolutely love this establishment but I didn't love today's experience. I hope it was just an off day and that the quality returns to usual on my next visit. read more

I had a very satisfying experience. It was my second or third visit to the restaurant. We ordered seafood Tom Yum, crab fried rice, a plate of fried chicken wings along with a small green Thai iced tea and a large Thai iced tea. Called in to place an order for pickup on two separate occasions because I was craving Thai food. I got a text with all the information and the estimated time my food would be ready. I loved that! I got the following level 2 spicy: -Drunken noodles. Tasty. Would order again. 3.95/5 -Red curry. Came with white rice. Pretty spicy the first time I got it and not that spicy the second time I got it. Loved everything but the meat. 4/5 I got the following level 1 spicy: -Stir fried vegetables with beef. Flavorful. Very very soupy/saucy though. Beef was terrible. I actually thought about throwing out all the beef and just eating the rest, but I needed the protein. 3/5 Would recommend, but wasn't a fan of the meats they had here. I usually come here for lunch work when I get this route for work. But today I am sad I ordered a dumpling soup. And to my surprise when I get to eat the soup NO DUMPLINGS. It was mainly all brought. It literally had no veggies no dumplings thank goodness I ordered extra shrimp. Which was a total of 5 shrimps. Very disappointing in the soup. This is my favorite hole in the wall spot in all of Carson. The inside of the restaurant is hella small, with only a few tables but that hasn't stopped my boyfriend and I from dining here multiple times. We do notice that a lot of people order over the phone and pick it up to-go, which we've also done before. Our favorites: * Angel Wings- we don't order this often because it's pricey, but I love how it's like an illusion trick eating them. They look like normal wings on the outside but when you bite into it, it's magically stuffed with a ground chicken mixture and glass noodles. So fun! * Tom Kha- coconut soup that's citrusy and spicy (may be modified to your liking) and soo addicting! We usually order with chicken. Even if it's 100 degrees outside, we would still order this soup. * Pad Thai- I usually have to add a lot of lime and hot sauce to other pad thai, but this version just comes out perfect the way it is! * Twisted Tea- thai tea and green tea mixed together.
