I love my pho and I'd say I'm a connoisseur. With my credentials out of the way, I'd like to say that this place is one of the only Pho spots I've ever been that has more meat than noodles. Thats great and better than the alternative, but honestly I still want more noodles, haha. Solid broth, pleasant and balanced flavor. Not too bland or oily, but light yet rich. And piping hot when served, which is great. Thai tea was good as well. And their lunch menu items are a good value. Just don't expect more than a couple shrimps if you choose than protein. They're more generous with chicken. May be my new go-to spot. Highly recommended.

Order pho online because I thought I had read on their website they don't use msg. I even put in the order comments no msg, please. Drove 35 minutes to pick up my order and was informed at pickup that their pho does contain msg. I thought it was my error but was thinking a call would have been nice. I asked when did they change and he said they've always used msg. Took it home and checked the website and sure enough, right there on their website it states "Our food has no monosodium glutamate." Called the restaurant and got the same man on the phone and I asked him why it states on website you don't use msg and he replied they hadn't updated their web page. I then said then why did you tell me in the restaurant that you've always used msg and he had nothing else to say. I tried to eat the food but it wasn't good.

Bun with pork and spring rolls

I am not a pho fan, so I never get pho at pho spots. I always get the bun, which is like a salad over vermicelli noodles + a protein. I've been to Pho Dat Thanh and have had their bun before, so the other day when I was hankering for some bun, I returned. I decided to eat in and was seated quickly. I ordered the bun with bbq pork and spring rolls. My meal came out quickly and it looked amazing - there was SO MUCH of it! I guess I should have asked if there was a lunch portion bun, because what I had seemed like the dinner size. I poured the sauce over the bowl and got to work. I immediately noticed that I didn't like the spring rolls - something was definitely off with the taste of them. Also I noticed that given the sheer amount of vermicelli noodles, I would have liked more sauce. The pork was really good though and I inhaled those along with the leafy stuff and carrots. I ended up leaving quite a bit of noodles in my bowl. Checking out was fairly simple. I will return here - the service is good and the facility is clean, and the food is fundamentally fine. Next visit, I'll just get the pork, and see if there is a lunch portion for bun. If not, I'll request 2 sauces. Boom.

Portion size was good & price point was good - honestly no complaints! The menu was pretty varied & had some vegetarian options which I was happy to see. All & all a new staple in our household

Food - 4.8/5 , I love the eye round steak pho. So good and they are very generous with amounts and meat cuts! Always comes out with a handful of bean sprouts and limes. Also we usually get sliced onions on the side. Service - good. Most staff are very friendly and very efficient. Typically the same workers every time around Setting - good. Nothing crazy but it's okay Me and my family have been coming here for around 10 years. It is our go-to spot. Whether it's to cure our hang over or to just grab a quick bite with our family - this is the spot. We love it here and we definitely will always come back

Pho Tai - as served. Nice flavorful broth

Flavorful broth. Meat was a bit tough (eye round) but nice big pieces. Could have used more. Iced coffee was perfect. I like it made at the table, not the places that pre-make it and pour it from a pitcher. Service was quick. They also sell beer. Kind of dark and dreary inside.

My go-to pho spot when I visit home. This is where I have been coming to get pho since I was a little girl, so it is nostalgic for me. The soup feels like home and it is a very familiar taste. I wouldn't say it's the best broth, but it gets the job done. There are better pho places, but this place is one of the best in this area. The service is good, but sometimes you have to get someone's attention if you need something.

This place was once owned by another Vietnamese opener over 20 years ago. My mom and I use to go there every so often, Since returning to the area after retiring from the military, I decided to take my mom here after shopping. Needless to say the ambiance / vibe wasn't the same. No one greeted us when we walked in, it was about 3-5 min and we ended up seating ourselves. There wasn't anything on the menu that stood out so we got the Vietnamese crepe aka bạn xạo. although it was hearty it just didn't taste right. It wasn't cooked in coconut oil like it normally is and it wasn't as crispy. They served it with the "cheaper" lettuce and the dipping sauce was VERY off. We both also got the iced vietnamese coffee which of course wasn't vietnamese coffee. You could definitely taste it was another "off" brand. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this spot if you're in the mood for "authentic" vietnamese food as the new owners are not Vietnamese and are just "keeping" up with the "typical" vietnamese food items.

Left this bowl full. Couldnt even swallow

Many business owners think about their products and services from the perspective of a provider or…read morevendor. Not the customer. Here's some advice: Walk through your business the way a customer would. How do they enter your space or navigate your website? How easily can they identify what they need? How smoothly is their order fulfilled? Where are the natural opportunities to upsell or add value? What does the payment experience feel like? Every step shapes their perception of your brand. If customers sense high effort, confusion, or indifference from staff, they will look elsewhere. Of the four customers I saw during the visit to your location: 1) the first one was frustrated because the ingredients advertised weren't available, so instead of being guided to an alternative she had to make that choice, 2) The second customer was frustrated because there was only one person working, and while this individual was making his order, the soul worker did not acknowledge any of the other customers, so he was frustrated when the customers pulled his attention away from crafting his order, leaving him with a negative experience, 3) the third. Customer was clearly frustrated because she was purchasing premade juices, but still had to wait an under amount of time before even being acknowledged by staff, 4) the fourth customer (myself) after waiting in line and have to ask a new employee who just came on shift if I could be helped was immediately informed by the staff regarding what they were out of and what they didn't have. Here's a tip: Instead of delivering a flat "we're out," train your team to offer alternatives that keep the experience positive. If you're out of vanilla on a hot day, guide the customer toward other refreshing options. They came to you to solve a problem--thirst, hunger, comfort--and your job is to preserve that momentum. When your marketing has already done the work of getting someone to your door or onto your site, honor that investment. Even if you can't provide the exact product they wanted, create a smooth transition so you don't lose the sale, the relationship, or the goodwill. Your brand, values, and reputation are being formed in real time. Inconsistency, poor service, indifference, or discourtesy can undermine your business before it gains traction. A customer‑centered process is your competitive advantage. For customers who are trying to support your business, especially as a black owned business, you are making it hard for customers to give you their money. Please fix this.
