I have been going here for years for a smoothie run. Their drinks taste super fresh and they have a good selection of fruits. You can mix and match any way you'd like, they also have a kid size which is hard to find. These are a perfect afternoon treat when I don't feel like getting coffee. I had a fairly decent experience here. When I arrived, no one was actually manning this space, which is more-or-less a kiosk under an escalator in this mall. I was intent on getting a smoothie so I stuck around a minute or so until someone returned, but I could have gotten fed up and left. There was no BRB sign posted anywhere I could find. That accounts for the one star off. The employee finally returned with no apologies about her absence, but quickly took my order and rang me up. I paid and she set about making my smoothie. There was no convo but I was ok with that because A. I'm not friendly and B. Who's tryna have convos with strangers when we're all out here wearing masks??? I needed her to keep her mouth shut while she was making my drink! She handed me the smoothie and I dug in. It was delicious! I can't recall exactly what I had offhand anymore (2 days is killer on my memory) but it had kale, strawberries, mangos, and another fruit. Super good, pretty filling. I'd go back here. read more

This place is NOTHING HEALTHY:( This place deserves less negative stars. Where should I start? First, if you are thirsty and reading this, please go to the food court to the Jamba juice. I made a mistake which I will never do again. This place cheats their customers. 1) Their price is exorbitant for the item you will receive. 2) They drench your drink with sugar water so it will mask the little ingredients they will put inside 3) The customer service is almost zero. These people who work there are RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. They don't understand what is customer service. I ordered a fruit smoothie (beet, apple, ginger and kale) which should taste like such. However, to my taste bud, I could not taste the beet, other than little bit of the beet coloring, nor the ginger nor the apple. They didn't have kale so asked to put the spinach inside. This should have been a nice juice, but instead what I got, was $8 worth of ice water with a bit of pink. When I confronted the guys working there, they were giving each other the eye as to "how to get rid of her". First, they told me no refund, I asked to put more fruit and they said I requested without sugar so that's why it tastes like that. There was a white high school kid there, a black kid and a hispanic woman. All of them were rude and discriminatory. After I left that place, I went to Jamba juice and got exactly what I wanted. Save yourself the money and pass the word around. They are located near under the escalator, just in front of the old Brookstone store and by the Kay Jewelers store. read more

Dropped by the mall for the first time in years today intending to run in and out while my boyfriend had his phone battery changed. Big mistake! Neither of us had thought about it being so close to Christmas. When we were told it would be three hours before the phone was ready, we decided to stroll around the mall to pass the time rather than deal with the hellish parking situation out front again. After an hour, we were thirsty. This happened to be the closest place to get a drink, so we gave it a try. I'm not a huge smoothie guy, but this thing was delicious! From what I could tell, it was filled with fresh fruit too. The staff members were very helpful and quick as well. Sure, it was a bit expensive, but I didn't mind. Would definitely stop by again. This place had a lot of ways to make your smoothie healthy. I wanted a cold drink that day because I was so parched and we came across this smoothie stand. I think this smoothie stand was in Columbia mall for a while, but they never offered all the add in options. They had fresh fruits, protein powder, yogurt, vegetables, and healthy sweetening options ( honey, agave, etc.) I got the mango smoothie with yogurt and a little bit of honey. It tasted perfectly sweet and it was creamy from the yogurt. The mango was fresh and not frozen. I asked them a lot of questions to make sure They made the smoothie I wanted... Here is the information I gathered: 1) peaches are frozen:( 2) they add sugar water unless you tell them you want a healthier sweetening option. 3) even though the strawberries look like they are sitting in sugar water, they are not. I guess its just water... I am concerned with healthy things going in my body and I would say that if you want a cold drink to satisfy your thirst get it from here instead of Starbucks or the bubble tea stand. So happy I found this place, but you have to ask to make sure fruits are fresh and not canned/ frozen/ in sugar. read more

I have the worst experience here while getting a smoothie that was very clumpy. They explained that it was because I did not have sugar in the smoothie which is odd because I make smoothies every single day without the added sugar. They made me another smoothie which was still very clumpy. They do not offer refunds so beware. The cashier was very polite however the girls making the smoothies were rude and dismissive. YES. The best smoothies I've had in columbia. Better than Tropical Smoothie Cafe and way better than Smoothie King. This place actually uses real fruit and vegetables and they don't use ice as a filler. My favorite is the kale, pineapple, and ginger fruit shake. read more

This smoothie stand is so simple yet so amazing. They use all real fruit and vegetables. While they do offer a protein powder, it isn't the main source or filler of their smoothies. To make your smoothie creamy, you can add yogurt or almond milk. For sweeteners, you can choose from honey or agave nectar. They are so much better than Smoothie King and Tropical Smoothie Café which primarily uses protein powders and juices. My Favorites: Peach, Raspberry, Strawberry, Spinach & Kale Pineapple, Mango, Kale & Ginger The service is always quick and good. Prices are reasonable. Hispanic Lady with Bluetooth on was very rude, I wait on line make my order , they put so much sugar that I couldn't drink it . So I ask them to re make the smoothie and they put me to wait on 10 orders I was on my lunch break took me 35 minutes for a disgusting smoothie, the make the 2nd one wrong again since I paid for yogurt and they used the same mix and add the yogurt. TERRIBLE . I ask them for the manager phone number and then Hispanic women said the owners won't answer because the live in Italy! Really . Located in the middle of the mall, it is really a good juice bar. I get my favorite pineapple/mango smoothie and it is always tasty. They add sugar but it is a better taste than the smoothie powder. Sometimes, they get too busy and confused so help them handling your order. read more

Loveeeeeee their smoothies no one has better smoothies in the area. I love the strawberry Banana smoothie.

If i were to guess, their smoothies are 90% water/ice and 10% ingredients. The person making my smoothie added a couple cups of water and a cup of ice. They added a quarter piece banana, a small spoonful of strawberries and a few pieces of shredded kale. I asked for almond milk and did not see the person add any. I didn't complain because they only had one person working on Saturday. read more

The lady who worked there last night was very unpleasant when I told her that my lemon smoothie tasted weird and I really didn't like it. She said she couldn't do anything for me except make another lemon smoothie. I told her the lemon tastes like it went bad. She said its all fresh fruit. I had the most unpleasant experience at this place today. I ordered one smoothie from a Hispanic woman who had a Bluetooth in her ear. She proceeds to ring up the cost for two drinks and make the drinks. I politely interrupted her and said I only ordered one. She tells me that I did not and argues with me insisting that I "should watch what I say" when ordering. I told her I would never order two because I was alone. She wouldn't let it go! I'm getting angry and told her that she should take her earpiece out because apparently she is having a hard time hearing. She shows me the extra drink and says "what am I supposed to do with this now? These are expensive". Well that's about the only true thing she said. They are way over priced and not very good. I would over look that, but not this woman. I have not ever been treated so badly by a retailer in my life. Actually it was really mind blowing how rude this woman was. I am not a kid but a middle age professional woman. I always try and be as pleasant as possible to any staff but this woman was off the charts rude. I love this smoothie stand in the Columbia mall. I always get the strawberry, orange and pineapple smoothie it's a taste like nothing else once it hits your tongue then goes down your throat. They never seem to disappoint sometimes the line is real long but it moves pretty fast. They use real fruit and make it right in front of you. It looks pretty healthy to me but it doesn't matter to me when it tastes that good. The sugar they use can also be replaced with Splenda in case your concerned about the sugar. It's a good thing that the young kids who work there take their job seriously and don't play around. read more

This place is great! Staff are always happy and polite. The drinks are made fresh EVERY morning and afternoon. They are constantly wheeling in fresh fruits throughout the day. Very clean stand, and waits can sometimes be long. But the smoothies are delicious and healthy. You can't really go wrong with what you choose since there are hundreds of combinations with their menu choices. The location of the stand is perfect, right at the center of the mall near the Lord and Taylor's exit. Makes my mall trip that much better every time I come here, love this place! read more

Do not waste your money at this place. I ordered a chocolate, peanut butter banana smoothie and it was terrible. I paid for my smoothie, And did not taste it until I had already walked away and went into a store down the hall. I came back to complain to the associate on duty and she blatantly told me that they could not make over my smoothie. I told her that it taste nothing like chocolate all I could taste was banana and water and she told me no, She said the owner of the stand who's name is Maria does not allow any refunds or makeovers. I can understand not getting my money back but all I was asking is if she could fix the smoothie because I had paid for it and it was not good at all. Because we are wearing masks during Covid I couldn't taste the smoothie at that point. Needless to say the smoothie was trash, the manager did not allow the associate to make over my smoothie and I ended up throwing it away. $6.50 down the drain. The lady and I think it was her son where "helping" customers are plain rude and VERY unpleasant. While I was there the bottom of my drink burst and the guy said it was because I put the straw through it. (He blamed the customer! Aren't customers always right????!!!!!!) Then another customer complained about not getting what they ordered and he said they didn't order that. AGAIN customers are ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!! I love their kale, peach, and strawberries smoothie! They do add sugar water to the drink to make it taste super sweet so you have to ask for a substitute (i.e. honey) if you don't want the sugar water. Other than that, I love their drinks and all the options they offer :) read more

I'm a regular customer and have been so for about 1 year. I get the pineapple/strawberry fruit shake. I love the sweetness of the sugar water added to help blend the fruit and liquify the shake, but my daughter prefers less sweet so she gets 1/2 regular water and 1/2 sugar water. The owner is a real pleasure. She employs many high school kids from the area giving them a start in the world of work. I work at a local school so I greatly appreciate her giving the students a job and maybe a future in a successful business. read more
