I ordered Szechuan chicken to go and tea for here!

I was driving by, very hungry and looking for a place to eat. The reviews almost turned me off yet I'm glad I stopped in. My experience tonight was great service, great food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is clean and bright, employees are very attentive and the food is great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'll be back!

I came in to pick up a phone order. I called it in and they said it would be ready in half an hour. So I drive over half an hour later and they said it would be about 45 minutes when I got there. So I ordered a smoothie and sat down. The smoothie didn't come out until the food which was a bummer. The place seems disorganized. I watched the cashier girl give the wrong order to two people and one persona she had to run out to the person and stop them to give them the rest of their order. Luckily another customer saw which car they were in otherwise the girl was going to just give up it seemed. The fresh spring rolls I ordered were all broken and could not be picked up without the vermicelli falling and spilling out. Disappointing. The food was subpar at best. The staff was disorganized. The building was messy and dusty. It is expensive for what it is. Food: 2/5 Location: 3/5 Staff: 0/5 I will not be back

    Chicken Teriyaki and Chicken Katsu

I've been coming to Suzy's for a couple of years now. Their food is delicious and it's definitely gotten better over time. I've tried several things on their menu, including the teriyaki chicken, sesame chicken, Gyoza, egg rolls, chicken katsu, and the house fried rice. I would order all of them again. I also like that you can pretty much make anything a combo with the teriyaki chicken instead of the standard 3-4 things. One of these days I'll try to Korean food they have on the menu -- to me this makes them stick out as having a larger variety to choose from than most places. It's close enough to me to pick up but today I door dashed my order. When it came everything was still hot and smelled fresh. The portions are always worth it for the price. I took away a star for 2 reasons: (1) The salad dressing they use is really watery. Like it ends up being a pool of water on the bottom of the salad. I personally enjoy the salad that usually comes with teriyaki so the watery dressing was a bummer for me. (2) It is a bit pricier than some other places -- if that's something you care to consider. My dinner on door dash (entree + appetizer) for one person was $35 ($28 for the food plus fees). I got $5 off some of the fees for using a dash pass, but without that the total would've been closer to $40. Obviously, you don't have to worry about fees if you're picking up -- but still worth it to note that most of their entrees fall between $17-$23 per dish. And most of their appetizers are between $7-$13. Overall, I will continue to eat here. It's a good spot to try if you're looking in Puyallup!

This place just keeps getting better and better. You can tell they take pride in their food and customer service. Today we got the almond chicken teriyaki combo and Mongolian beef. Excellent! We won't go anywhere else!

My order that clearly states vegetarian broth which was an option on their menu.

The chicken pho is my favorite -- it's so flavorful and comforting that I always get the large size! Their chicken fried rice is just as delicious, and the chicken teriyaki is also a great choice. The chicken is tender, not dry, and I appreciate that it doesn't have the heavy black char that some places leave on their grilled chicken. This place has become a staple for me, and it's an extra plus that it's just down the road. Great food, convenient ordering, and consistently good flavors make it a spot I'll keep coming back to!

After traveling, being around a bunch of people, and feeling a little run down, pho sounded like the perfect thing to help my immune system and keep me from getting sick.⁣ ⁣ I ended up stopping at It's Pho U in Puyallup, and it was exactly what I needed. The pho came out hot, the broth was comforting, and the fresh herbs, noodles, and meat all hit the spot. It wasn't overly heavy either, which I really appreciated after a long travel day.⁣ ⁣ The service was also surprisingly fast. I ordered on the tablet, and my food came out quicker than I expected. That made a big difference because I was tired, hungry, and didn't want to sit around waiting forever.⁣ ⁣ Overall, this is a solid spot for pho in Puyallup. It's casual, easy, quick, and comforting. I'd definitely come back, especially after traveling or anytime I want something warm and filling that feels good for the body.

YESSS!! This is THE place for Vietnamese food! They are indeed authentic!…read more I have been missing the smell and taste of staple Vietnamese dishes ever since I moved out of California a few months ago. I used to receive Mom's vietnamese home cooking frequently and I lived near the Asian hubbubs with easy access to all the cuisine, but now I have to discover new places here in Washington to satiate my taste buds. Everything I've tried so far has been good. I've been content. But here!! I ordered takeout through Doordash, and as soon as I picked up my food, an aroma of so many flavors filled up my car. Parking is kinda annoying since it's on the street but I arrived within 30 mins of opening hours so it wasn't terrible yet. The restaurant already had at least a table or so, with customers, so I wouldn't be surprised if it got busier later. There's a fair amount of space and tables for hungry stomachs! The food was about ready by the time I arrived, and the 30 min drive home left me feeling famished and ready to dig in. Thankfully, I was not disappointed. Everything was packaged well so that nothing spilled during the car ride, and everything was so yummy! I ordered more than I originally intended... I was craving com tam (broken rice) and couldn't find a satisfactory place near my residence, so I drove all the way here to Tacoma.. and then I figured, I might as well order their Banh Xeo too! The photos online made it look so good, and it ended up tasting amazing! Slightly crispy and stuffed just enough with bean sprouts, meat, and other goodies. Perfect after drizzling some of the sauce over it. The Com Tam was also made well, and definitely hit my cravings with its classic ingredients. I ordered a Large Pho Bo Vien (meatball) for my son, and was sooo tempted to eat some myself. The broth smelled fresh and the noodles were cooked nicely. Decent portions for everything, too. I definitely need to return to try out more of their food. So far, it has made me one happy Viet gal :)

Wasn't feeling great about my decision after we had already ordered. The apple salad was very fishy. A little fish sauce goes a long way. It wasn't delicious. The shaken beef was okay, not great. I don't live nearby, but I ended up grabbing a stamp card, so there's a good chance I'll come back eventually for the drinks alone. I ordered a chrysanthemum tea with boba along with a banh mi. The drink was probably the highlight of my visit since it was super refreshing, flavorful, and made pretty quickly too. Definitely quenched my thirst. The ordering process was a little awkward though. There was one guy working the front and I had a hard time hearing/understanding him at first (maybe he was speaking too quietly?), but it became easier once we switched to Vietnamese. He also didn't seem to recognize the drink I wanted even after I gave the menu number, so I had to point it out on the menu before he could ring it up correctly. I'm guessing he might've been new. The banh mi took longer than expected considering the place was empty, probably because from what I could see, there was only one lady in the back making food. Taste-wise, it was decent but nothing especially memorable for me, and the size felt smaller compared to other places I've ordered from. I think the banh mi only came in one size. Usually, I'd order a Large so maybe that's why this one seems small. There were at least a couple tables inside so I could sit and wait. I still had a good experience though and would come back mainly for the drinks because that chrysanthemum tea was genuinely really good. They have tons of options so I wanna try out their other drinks too.
