Horrible Customer Service and we're completely rude. Very yummy, I love the Thai tea and the teriyaki sauce. I had a grilled chicken which is basically a regular chicken teriyaki. I really like this Pho restaurant. The price is comparable to other Pho restaurants in the area, and in my opinion you get a large portion. Their chicken pho is delicious (it is NOT the rubbery chicken that some places have). Their have bubble tea that are very reasonably priced, and they also have a delicious Thai ice tea. I've only tried the Pho here but the other food looks good also. The service kind of lacks in my opinion, I've been a few times and after your food comes out they don't ask how it is or check to see if you need anything (if you do you need to go up to the counter). Always amazing. Started eating here when we moved to the area 7 years ago. You can't go wrong with the pho, fried rice, or fried tofu! Fellow culinarian here, I just stopped in about an hr ago and got food sickness from their pork ramen. After eating it for a while, I noticed the pork look scalded and not seared. I waived the server down and asked if he can find out if it was seared first or dropped in the broth raw to cook, which is definitely a No-Go for pork. He relayed that the cook said he seared it first, but based off the absense of sear marks, and my current status of stomach pain, I dont think he did. My daughters Pho was fine, my sons chicken teriyaki was good. If they seared the pork to proper temp, like they did to the chicken (at least I hope) id have given 4 stars. The Kalbi rib plate was delicious and huge! Tender beef in a sweet soy garlic marinade and 2 plentiful scoops of rice. The garlic chicken wings were good. The wings had too much breading for my taste but the sauce was great. This also came with 2 large scoops of rice. I did not like the fried vegetable spring rolls at all because they are the frozen kind that have mushy veggies inside. They aren't fresh veggies. You know what I love more than anything about a business? When the employees remember your face or name. This place has been a lifesaver during covid. This was the last place my partner and I has a simple dinner before the second mandate to close restaurants again. We went into grab take out last night and the cashier stated it was weird not having us be able to eat in. He remembered us and he was super friendly. Our food there is alway hot, fresh, and made so quickly no matter how busy they are. They wear their mask and have sanitizer sitting o. The counter for you. It has become one of my favorite places to visit. The parking lot is a little scary because people speed in but that has nothing to do with this restaurant. I tried their ribs for the first time last night and they were absolutely delicious. You get so much food for your money. read more

first time ordering from here, will never again. I ordered veg bibimbap, worst ever I've had. you'd think for a salad you couldn't mess it up. It contained usual lettuce and the pickled radishes. there was thinly sliced cucumbers, long thick slices of red peppers, red cabbage, pieces of raw broccoli and thin slices of carrot and a cooked egg I requested over easy. the only thing with flavor were the pickled radishes, broccoli and red cabbage with sesame oil, that's it!!! not even bean sprouts in sesame oil! It takes time to make a very good bibimbap with marinated vegetables, and it's a must for your egg to be cooked over easy. Mine was over medium. I don't even care for eggs but in bibimbap love to chop my egg with some salt and pepper as my salad dressing. This was an easy made bibimbap that was very disappointing to me and will never order again from them. However I did order the garlic chicken wings that were awesome!! Excellent service and wonderful food! I ordered a steak pho and tofu pho and omg they were so delicious. Usually I feel like lately it's so hard to find places that know how to make decent broth and this broth was good. I was not disappointed and the food was HOTTTT when I received it and by the time I got home (I live 20 min away). I was so happy with how friendly these people were. Their prices honestly are reasonable for a small business that's going through a pandemic. Oh and let alone their tofu, they actually FRIED it which I love! I hate bland non cooked tofu lol. Let me preface this review by saying that I foolishly avoided this place for a couple of years because I thought it only featured pho with tofu. Turns out, it features Vietnamese and Korean food with tons of flavor and variety. I finally checked this place out this week and ordered the raw steak pho, spicy pork banh mi, kid's chicken fried rice, and some gyoza. Everything was really delicious. Packed with tons of flavor and generous proportions. The fried rice was really good and was the best item that we got, it had tons of chicken and nice chunks of onion, carrot, and peas. The pho had a really flavorful broth and they didn't skimp on the raw beef, I really liked the pho. The banh mi was a nice sandwich with a good roll and some really flavorful and sweet/spicy sauce. Its really good Pho but not the greatest. They go cheap on the amount of basil and bean sprouts you should get with it And don't really give you enough. The bubble teas and even the Thai teas are from premade Powders or from a can. You can tell. They make "korean" food. However its not traditional. Its like a tame Version of Korean. Maybe they think the non korean customer wont Like traditional? I don't know. They should should make it properly. But still the its good. Customer service is always good. We've been coming here for awhile because they are so close to home, plus open on Sundays. There have been inconsistencies but overall they've been pretty good. Today may have been the last time because recently it seems to have declined in quality each time we go. The broth had zero flavor. It's as if they made the broth, then cut it with water. So disappointed. I didn't want to waste it so I ate as much as I could before I just couldn't take the blandness anymore. I do believe it was the worst bowl of pho I've had in my entire life. I don't know if they are struggling and trying to cut corners or what, but I don't think I can justify going here anymore. I called in a pickup order. The young guy answering the phone was lifeless and had no phone etiquette at all. No kindness or thank you's, just sounded like I was interrupting his dull and banal day. For a moment I thought it was a stoner on the phone. I got there in 10 minutes and the food was ready. I ordered the grilled chicken breast vermicelli and 2 fried egg rolls. The egg roll wrapping was tasteless and the orange sauce that came with it was serviceable but not the greatest. The vermicelli bowl was a huge disappointment. The fish sauce wasn't tasty. The chicken was dry and looked and tasted like the processed frozen chicken you buy in the freezer section and had no flavor. The vegetables were fine.
