I would definitely give Pho Fans 5 stars based on our recent visit last Sunday and we are very satisfied with the dining environment, service, and of course the quality of the food and the reasonable price in Long Island area. We started with the Grilled Lemongrass Chicken, and also ordered the Vietnamese Steamed Bun and finished with two big bowls of beef noodle pho. The chicken is very tendered even after the grilling. As an appetizer, it's enough amount. We really love the bun and you can eat together with the sauce, the cucumbers, the sweet radishes and of course the boneless pork ribs. It's very yummy and good to try. Lastly we order the big bowl of beef pho. They give you large amount and also the broth soup is so delicious and the noodle pho is smooth, tasty inside out and not sticky at all. We are very happy to know this restaurant from our friends and would definitely recommend and will visit again. I was so excited that a new Vietnamese restaurant was opened in smithtown. They have the fancy iPad menu and of cOurse the nice menu book as well. My friend and I ordered 2 phos of beef and chicken, 1 summer roll and 2 drinks. The service is good and whenever you call them, they come to serve you right away and patiently answer all the questions. The broth is good and you can tell it's from the long time boiling. The beef is fresh and texture is good too and there are different kinds. Chicken is tender and smooth so not dry at all. Another good thing is that the portion is very big and price is reasonable. Visited here twice and it becomes a place where I have to go whenever I am in Long Island. I ordered one Appetizer named Shrimp Summer Roll and the main food which is the Beef Combination Pho. The food is very authentic pho food and the flavor is very tasty. The shrimp is fresh, and actually they serve you 4 rolls which already can make you full. The beef broth soup is delicious and they serve very large amount of pho. It's the tender chicken one. It's just so soft smooth and tender chicken. Really love the meat. I had a very great experience here. I got the beef broth with beef eye round, brisket, beef ball, tendon with rice noodle. I have got say the portion is quite big and flavor is not bad. We also got our steamed dumplings which is quite standardized but we are happy with the flavors. The waiter here is attentive so the service is good.
