Inside of the restaurant. Ambiance is great!

Ambiance is great! Service is great! The ladies who work there is attentive and are friendly. Food is great! their meat in the beef pho is meeting expectations. It is better than other local beef pho places where they skimmed on meat and their beef are not fresh. But this place is not! So go visit them! And they have outstanding condiments which I love! and they add more greens in your pho than other local pho joints! Thumbs up! Go now!

Under new management now. Food and service were very bad. I will not come back here unfortunately.

Good spot after a long days of work and when it's cold outside. I need to try the chicken pho. I have came here twice and have to say the first time I got rare steak and flank. The meats were good, but the second time I got double flank and the meat slices were a bit tough and very fatty. I'm a fan of some fat, just not all fat. The broth is good, could be a bit stronger flavor. The Vietnamese coffee is a bit stronger than usual. Could use a bit more condensed milk. I'll be back tho, solid 4 stars.

Nice clean place with friendly folks. Salad roll portions are more generous with more ingredients than many places in Portland. The pho is as good as any. Some of the other items are slightly on the sweet side but this is normal or Northern Vietnamese style. Overall very good.

Amazing pho. With the weather getting colder, it's a real treat to live in the area and have a pho place so close by. Portions are generous, and the staff is very sweet, even though I cant pronounce anything in the menu. Can't recommend this place enough!

Great addition to the Orenco Station area. Super clean inside, friendly staff, and good food. They are serving some tough to find Northern style dishes, along with some typical stapels you'll find and most places. Looking forward to coming back to try out some more dishes. Definitely give this place a try!

Been here multiple times and it's always been a blast trying various dishes here. My favorite is the Bun Rieu and it's one of the best that I've had. I'm glad Pho Ha Noi opened up in Hillsboro so that there's a high quality, great tasting Vietnamese food near me.

Enjoyed a hot bowl of Pho Dac Biet (special) on a rainy evening at Pho Ha Noi. The broth was comforting and so flavorful, the noodles were flat and thicker than what most might be used to--it's a northern style of pho! The service was nice, the staff was really kind to check in and come by to ask how the meal is, how we were doing and just really inviting. It's a quieter space at the moment so if you have time to give them business, come by for a bowl of pho.

Food was very good. We ordered B8 chicken pho soup and B10 pho special beef soup with flank steak, meatball, tendons, and eye round steak. This soups broth was delicious, flavorful, it tasted like they took the time to cook a fantastic broth. I will say they have my favorite broth for pho soup in the Hillsboro area for sure. Service was very attentive and cared about our dining experience. Ambiance, the place looks very clean and uncluttered. We will go again to try other items in the menu.

Absolutely loved the service and the hospitality! 10/10 it felt like eating at my grandmas house. Definitely on my radar for the top places to get pho at. I will definitely be coming back to try other items on the menu.

Pho Special. There's broth was bland and no pho aroma.

The food was very bland and oily. The pho had no taste, the thin slice meat stick together, and they use wide pho noodles (I prefer the thinner pho noodles). My mom order their special bun cha Ha Noi. It didn't come with any veggie. The broth was very fatty. You dip your noodles into the broth and eat it. I personally don't like any broth base meal without veggie. The restaurant is very small. It's not good for large group (8+). This restaurant gets a 1 star for the friendly waitress. I don't think I'll come back to this restaurant.

I had the Pho Dac Biết (Special) it was very good. The coffee little sweet, but this is my new favorite Pho now. This is the closest to Pho Hanoi by not flighting to Hanoi. What going on with all the Pho in Beaverton. Pho Kita and Grill was my #1 until this one pop up.

A Flavorful Escape in Hillsboro! If you haven't made the…read moretrip to Top Burmese Ambassador on Main Street, you are missing out on one of the most unique and soulful dining experiences in the Portland area. While the original NW 21st location is a classic, the "Ambassador" location in Hillsboro feels like a true elevation of the brand, combining incredible hospitality with a menu that is a masterclass in Burmese flavors. Here is why this spot is an absolute 5-star gem: The Tea Leaf Salad (Laphet Thoke): You cannot visit a Top Burmese location without ordering this. It is the gold standard--fermented tea leaves mixed with crunchy peanuts, toasted sesame, fried garlic, and fresh lime. It's a texture and flavor explosion that is unlike anything else in Southeast Asian cuisine. The Golden Samosas: These are a "super duper" must-order. They are flaky, perfectly spiced, and served with a house-made sauce that provides the perfect tangy kick. If you want something even more comforting, their Samosa Soup is the ultimate rainy-day cure. Standout Mains: The Coconut Noodle Soup (Khao Soi) is incredibly rich and aromatic, with just the right amount of creaminess. For a more savory, hearty option, the Beef Curry with Pan-Toasted Paratha is spectacular--the beef is fork-tender and the paratha is buttery and crisp. The Service: The "Ambassador" name is fitting because the staff truly acts as ambassadors for their culture. They are incredibly patient in explaining the menu to newcomers and make excellent recommendations based on your spice tolerance. Atmosphere: The interior is beautifully designed--vibrant, warm, and upscale without being stuffy. It feels like a "mini-vacation" right in the heart of Hillsboro. Pro Tip: This location is incredibly vegan-friendly (about 70% of the menu can be made plant-based!), so it's the perfect spot for a group with diverse dietary needs. Don't leave without trying the Burma Blue cocktail--it's as beautiful as it is delicious!

We ordered the green tea leaf salad, the turmeric fries, the chicken curry with paratha, the all-star okra curry, the coconut noodle soup, and the kheema paratha. I also tried the grass jelly drink. I can't choose my top favorite among everything that we tried. The green tea salad was very unique and I would never have ordered it myself. Now, I'm a fan. The turmeric fries were so delicious too! The chicken curry with the paratha was very Desi and excellent tasting. The okra had a homemade feel to it. I would've liked a side of paratha with it, rather than rice. The kheema paratha was excellent. The coconut noodle soup was like a nice warming/satisfying coconut curry with noodles. The grass jelly was interesting and I know that most of the jelly was left in the can, so while it is nice tasting, I wouldn't recommend drinking it in a can. The Hillsboro location is a little small but this restaurant and the server helping out are both an absolute delight and I highly recommend coming here!!

A Ramen Masterclass in Beaverton! If you are looking for…read morethat perfect, soul-warming bowl of noodles, Koku Ramen & Bites in Beaverton is an absolute gem. It's located in the Timberland Town Center and manages to perfectly balance a modern, trendy vibe with authentic, traditional flavors. Here is why it's a 5-star standout for me: The Broth (The Soul of the Bowl): I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen, and the broth was incredible--creamy, rich, and clearly simmered for hours. It has that deep, milky consistency that only comes from true craft. If you like heat, the Spicy Miso has a perfect, layered kick that doesn't just overpower your taste buds. The Noodles: They get the texture exactly right. You can choose your firmness, and they have that perfect "chew" that holds onto the broth beautifully. The "Bites": True to their name, the appetizers (bites) are not to be skipped. The Pork Gyoza are perfectly seared, but the Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken) is the real winner--juicy on the inside and impossibly crunchy on the outside. The Chashu: The braised pork belly is melt-in-your-mouth tender. They give it a quick torch sear before serving, which adds a beautiful smoky aroma to the whole bowl. The Vibe: The restaurant is clean, sleek, and has a great energy. The staff is welcoming and incredibly fast, making it a perfect spot for a quick lunch or a cozy dinner. Pro Tip: Don't forget to add a Marinated Soft-Boiled Egg (Ajitama). They cook them to perfection here with that jammy, custard-like yolk that takes the ramen to the next level. Beaverton has a lot of food options, but Koku is easily at the top of my list for comfort food. I'll be back again and again!
