The most UNDERRATED pho I've ever had. I love their pho so much, its all I come for. The place feels nostalgic to me as a 90's kid; outdated wallpaper and beige pink cushions with the tall sliding door fridge to the side full of drinks for you to grab. I got to talk to the owner, and he's a one man show. Told me it's been hard the last few years, and it struck a cord with me. He appreciates everyone who comes through his door and is so humble. Hidden gem right in OFallon! This little place has the best pho ever! We so had the potstickers which were fresh and so delicious. Everything comes in to go containers, but the pho is served with all the accompanying rice noodles, fresh herbs, hoisin sauce with sriracha, bean sprouts, jalepeno and lime. I had the Pho Bo Vien and my husband and son had the Pho Tai Bo Vien. The broth was so flavorful and the meat rivaled some of the more well-known Pho restaurants in the STL area. The owner was so kind and accommodating and asked if we needed anything and made sure we enjoyed the meal. Highly recommend this place and we will 100% be back in the near future! read more

They provide ample season add-ins to further flavor the broth to your liking: basil, cilantro, lime, sprouts, jalapeño, hoisin, and Sriracha. Next time, I'll ask for sliced onions as well. My family ordered the Vietnamese spring rolls, Vietnamese egg rolls, egg drop soup, pho, bun bo, and the sweet and sour chicken. I truly can't wait to go back and eat more because it was excellent! The vegetables and herbs were fresh, the meat was flavorful and tender, and the soup was rich and soothing. I was so busy stuffing my face I forgot to take a picture to add to this review. The restaurant is unassuming, a small storefront in a strip mall. I'm assuming the kind and quiet man who took our order was the owner, and also the chef. The wait was slightly longer than expected but it was well worth the wait as the food was all hot and delicious. Avoid this place. Going in the door, the door and windows were filthy. Their Buddha shrine had a thick patina of dust on it. Everything in general had a patina of grease on it. I should of trusted my gut at this point. Let's just say that I gave it a bit more of a chance. I went ahead and ordered my pho and gui cuon. I went to sit down and all of the tables were dirty. I asked the lady if she could clean a table for me. She said that they only do takeout because they won't let them serve dine-in due to COVID. I'm not from the area. So, I left without taking my food and went to next door to Madison Cafe. They said that they'd been allowed to do inside dining since June 2020. Needless to say, I'm never going back. :) read more

Tonight we ordered a simple order of pot stickers and fried rice with no veggies. I went to pick the food up and they charged me for 2 things I did not order. I called and asked for a refund and the girl at the front who answered the phone is VERY rude. She was laughing and wasn't accommodating what so ever. All I wanted was a refund on the food I DIDNT order. Then the manager said "you eat my food, you don't get money back" even though we aren't eating it... never will go back don't waste your money here it's a joke. And to the girl at the front desk... Very pleasant surprise. We were so happy to find a place that makes good Vietnamese food. Their pho broth was great and they gave me a good amount of noodles. No one working was wearing a mask. The people cooking the food had no masks, no gloves, no hair nets, and not safe clothing for cooking. I was quoted 15-30 mins for my call in pick up order to be ready. I waited in the restaurant (only one in there) for almost 10 mins before anyone acknowledged me. Same thing happened to another person picking up an order while I was waiting for mine. The food took way longer -- told 15-30 mins but it was actually over an hour to get my food. No sanitization process for clean or dirty pens at the cash register. Eventually one person did put on a mask but none of the other 5 people handling food had masks on. read more
