Im actually so sick of the bad reviews not being legitimate. There was a review with someone being angry bc they cant do math. 10 people ordered, so assuming thats 200$ and it being BOGO that technically is 100$. The food is 18.45$ so not quite 20$. This person wrote they were over charge at 160$. They also didnt think the 2 extra appetizers matters. The tip was included and then you have tax. I think the restaurant can do math. They just opened so at the time they had hand written reciepts. Another review saying how their customer service was bad. Sorry. This is a vietnamese restaurant. Get over yourself. Just wave them down and be nice. You're not eating at joel robuchon or a fancy steak place. You just pay for what you get. Now that thats out of the way, let's begin to why this place gets a 5. Its a smaller restaurant with bench seating. Its kind of difficult to get in and out but thats not a big deal. The chili oil is phenomenal. They personally make this as its earthy, nutty, and savory. Id have to say this is the most tasty and best chili oil I've ever had. It is really a fantastic spice. My husband and i came in for the BOGO. He didnt realize that this was for ALL items marked with a black line underneath the price. That's so awesome! Had i known that, id gotten the bun rieu. Bun rieu is something I like a lot more than pho. I got a pho dac biet. Let me tell you, the bowl is massive. It came with a decent amount meat and a lot of noodles. A little disappointed my noodles were not al denti, but its ok bc the broth was above average in flavor. Once you put the chili oil in, this Pho was on another level! It was sooooooo good! The pho came out very quickly and the servers were pretty nice. I just had to flag them one time to refill my water and they were helpful in getting me whatever I needed. I also got nem cuon. Thats pretty good actually. I always choose nuc mam cham. I hate peanut sauce. However, I wish they made the orange hue sauce made up of ground pork. Thats my favorite and the best for nem. They also have banh mi. The banh mi has no deal but they are pretty cheap at 6.50$ i ordered 2 myself! I got a thit ngoui and a nem. The bread wasnt toasted, which was a bit weird but the banh mi was still decent. I think this restaurant is owned by the people that own pho thanh. Pho thanh missed the mark for me but the pho here is large and really good with the chili oil. This deal will be going on until after winter. The neat thing is they have an extensive vegan menu. Large portions for the price. Its BOGO so why the negative reviews when pho is now double the costs for a bowl. The bun rieu was a solid 8.5/10 the noodles came out a bit too soft but that can be changed. The menu is extensive including all the vietnamese appetizers too. Would def come back. read more

I do not recommend this restaurant My friend saw this placed advertised on her social media feed, with some specials for the grand opening. Specifically a $50 gift certificate for the next visit and buy one get one free pho dishes So a text was sent into out group chat, and 7 of us went to try out this new spot. The food was okay, a bit expensive for what it is, but that maybe due to the buy one get one special? We're not sure. The portion size was decent, but the good itself was just mediocre. Our friend group is asian and we eat at a lot of Asian places, so our tastes/ standards maybe a bit higher than normal Service was lacking, maybe due to them being new. One waitress was taking orders with a few people filling water and cleaning tables. We had to ask for water multiple times and they just forgot to it to us, so we were pretty thirsty. They brought a bunch of dishes at once but didnt tell us what dish was what. That led to one of my friends taking a bowl meant for someone else. The problem was that he already spiced it to his taste. And when his bowl arrived we figured out the mistake. Then comes the bill. We all ordered dishes that fall within the buy one get one deal. (Which was about 19 bucks each) we were told we ordered 10 items. So let's just round up 10 items at 20 bucks each, that should be 200 bucks. Half of that should be 100, but our bulk was $160.00 It included an auto gratuity due to our party size. Ok. No problem but the math stills is not mathing on why we were charged $160.00. The bill was handwritten in Vietnamese, which none of us can read. That $50 gift certificate promo was no longer available for some reason, (was not explained) The bad service maybe due to them just opening and needed to work out the staffing issues, maybe we caught them on a bad day The food at full price is a bad value None of us would go back there. read more

So I came here because my friend told me about their grand opening promotion. Buy 1 pho get 1 free and the up to $50 voucher to spend on next visit comparable to whatever you spend on this visit. She came here earlier for lunch and filled me on the details. I came there later in the evening. I did not do the buy 1 get 1 free pho cause the deal is either / or not both. I did the voucher option spend $61 and got $50 voucher which was awesome. So let me go thru the experience. Parking was ok in the shopping center. When I entered it was full house busy. A lot of people there dining in. This was around 7:30pm on a Monday. First day of promotions. There was a lady that greeted me and sat me near the kitchen area or bar stool area. This older gentleman took my order and since I was ordering 3 meals he said it's better I sat at a real table instead which was fine by me. I got a big table and ordered the thit kho hot vit aka simmered pork and egg. Tom rang Muoi aka salt n pepper shrimp. Rau muong xao toi aka water spinach cooked in garlic. I also got the fresh sugar cane juice and when I asked if it was canned or fresh he said it was fresh made at their other business brought over. I guess it tasted okay. More on the darker color. So let's go over the dishes. The simmered pork was bubbling in clay pot upon arrival. Love it. The meat was tender but I do prefer this dish on the darker side and more caramelized. The eggs were more on the light side which makes me think it wasn't simmered in the broth for long. Not sure if I would order this dish again. I might wanna try the salty pork ribs instead next time. The salt n pepper shrimp was tasty and done nicely. I got about 7 large size shrimp and I would definitely order this dish again. It's already deveined and shell still on which I like. The water spinach tasted okay but the color isn't very vibrant. I prefer this dish more on the bright green side which lets me know it's fresh. Not sure how fresh this dish is, maybe it's the seasoning that makes this dish darker. I probably won't order this dish again. There are tons more on the menu that I would love to order and try. It's all different types of foods I grew up eating at home and at viet restaurants. So I definitely want to come back more times to try all of them and discover my favorites there. As far as service the people are nice and this lady did came by to make sure I was doing ok and everything tasted okay. I'm assuming she's manager or owner. The older gentleman was patient and kind. The staff was helpful once you got their attention. It is their first week of opening so I am very understanding that Service isn't super fast but it's something I know they can improve on. With possibly hiring a couple more staff or something. They were running around everywhere trying to attend to everyone. As far as the time it took for the food to come out to the table. It wasn't too long at all. I would say after I ordered it came in about 15 minutes or so? I appreciate it that they did a special promotion of the vouchers today to try out their restaurant. I definitely will be coming back to try more different dishes. Prices are reasonable and not super expensive. Could this be a new fave viet restaurant to come to? Possibly. So this is from a home experience. My mom and her friend met for a cute lunch. She called me to check in because I'm under the weather & knew I needed something for my stomach and her friend likes 50% off anything. I said sure. I went ahead and checked out the menu and seen Hu Tieu & I was excited to try something different since I landed on Hu Tieu TikTok. Checked out the menu to confirm that's what I wanted with all of the toppings, the pork, seafood. I told my mom the order and she said that soups were 50% off & she asked if my fiancé wanted a soup for when he gets off work. Of course he does mom, lol. I also reminded my mom that he's allergic to seafood, so if there's no seafood in the broth and we can check with the server, then ok, if not then just let me know so I can just have the other one for lunch tomorrow (I can't talk my mom out of a deal, it's been 30 something years). My mom brings over the soups & I say thank you boo. I told my fiancé that mom brought over dinner, so not to worry. He gets home a few minutes later as I'm setting up the table & I open my box and it's just shrimp, no other meats. I was confused like there's supposed to be more in the container, right? I look at the other container with his food & his dish just seemed more to standard. Shrug it off, but I'm just like why isn't anything labeled?!? I'm going back and forth to wash my hands to make sure I don't cross contaminate. The soup was ok, but kinda bleh for a first time experience. Probably should had more faith in the pho, as I know you couldn't forget any meats or toppings. I was curious on the broth and re-realized that it was a pork and seafood broth, so I instantly felt bad and told him to drop the chopsticks. That was on me as I didn't do enough research before. Once again, I still felt underwhelmed with my dish & added more sauce to brighten up the dish or something special. Idk, MY meal was wrong, that's why I'm here lol. Not complaining about the allergy as that was on me. Side note: You know how you read reviews while waiting for your order & you say dang, I hope it's not me too... yeah pookie, they got me too. Fun fact: I live in Henderson so I'm not sure if it's worth the drive to get it fixed. A newly opened Vietnamese Restaurant on the west side has proven to be a charm from indoor ambience to the many food selections. The food was very fresh and had the wonderful Vietnamese flair on every bite. The Pho broth was very good with a lot of flavor; the Banhmi sandwiches were very fresh . Absolutely not what I was expecting. My husband ordered 3 to go bahn mi's after having pho with his friend. After finishing his meal, he said he had waiting almost 30 minutes for these sandwiches to be done. After coming home, we discover that NONE of these bahn mi's has ANY of its usual vegetables. I called to confirm that it does have it inside. I was asked to come back and after living not too far from it, I agreed. As I get there, I do have my sandwiches with me as I assume they would fix it. NOPE. They hand me a small bag with very little amount of veggies inside where I pretty much fix the problem myself. They also throw in a green drink as an apology and even that wasn't good. This place is amazing! It was closed down temporarily and people were saying about cops pulling in for something bad but it was just a kitchen malfunction. They fixed it now and still have the crazy buy one get one pho deals. What's even crazier was that even with the buy one get one, the portion was substantially high! I'd say higher than what typically Vegas offers for just one. They're doing this for advertising so if you haven't tried here yet you should do yourself and them a favor. You won't lose read more

But you came for a BOGO deal, temper your expectations. $10 average for a Grilled Pork Chop and Rice or Combo Pho is good deal. The pho is perfectly seasoned, meat is grilled well, and service is super fast and friendly. I'll be back with plenty of friends smand family. I've paid a lot more on Rainbow and Chinatown for a lot less quality and quantity. Lot of spoiled, close the door on others after they get in people in the reviews here... I moved to Las Vegas about a year and a half ago from California and can honestly say out of the 10+ pho places I've tried here in Las Vegas all over town, Pho Haven (which opened it's doors only five days ago) truly has the best tasting pho of them all! We came to check out their BOGO pho deal today and were super impressed. We arrived at about 7:45pm and they were packed, but waited only about 5 minutes or so for a table to become available. Staff members were all very kind, professional and helpful. Their banh bot loc appetizer was fresh, texture was amazingly soft with just the right bounce. Their fish sauce for dipping tasted different from what I'm used to/grew up on, but after adding more lime it met my expectations. The pho dac biet (special pho) arrived in a stainless steel bowl at the perfect hot temperature, broth was delicious with a satisfying fatty but not too oily taste, and noodles were at the perfect al dente doneness I like. Sugar cane drinks were strong in calamansi flavor but natural, authentic and refreshing. I only wish they had a larger space to accommodate more patrons, as I have no doubt they will have much success! Very much looking forward to come back to try more of their other many menu items. read more

We were eager to try Pho Haven since it is near by and boasted a dedicated vegan menu. The inside is nicely devorated with cozy seating and fake florals, which males it a solid date choice. However, more importantly the food is great! On our first visit, we wanted leongrass tofu and vermicilli bowls, but they were out since it was a crazy opening week. We got Bahn Xeo Chay ( veggie vietnamese pancakes) instead. This rice flour crepe was perfectly crispy and filled with tofu, pickled veg and accompanied with fresh lettuce and herbs. Truly the perfect summer dish. The sweet soy dipping sauce was a nice substitute for fish sauce. The second time we visited we got the tofu bahn mi, which hit the spot for the reasonable price of $6. I'll save everyone the trouble of trying to decipher their promotion. The Pho is buy 1 get 1 free. Only the Pho, and only the the ones that are $16.00. So in reality only about 6 types of Pho are available for the buy 1 get one free. If you do the buy 1 get 1 free, you forfeit the 50 dollar voucher they are advertising. They don't tell you this is until later. The Banh Mi is not buy 1 get 1 free. It's buy 2 get 1 free. They are stingy with the veggies for the Banh Mi. Food was decent. Service not so much. I have been patronizing Pho Haven for 4 times now. Each time I have ordered the Pho special and for their BOGO deal, I would order other dishes to try out at home. Pro: The pho bowl is larger than most other pho place and it come out hot. It has adequate amount of meats, but inconsistent where some time I would get 1 piece of meatball and other times I get 3. Cons: The problem I have is the togo items. Each time, I got disappointed with the taste of the food or not enough meat. I had ordered the Bun Bo Hue and was totally disappointed. They had skimmed the meat and didn't include blood cake or pork knuckle. Another time, I had ordered the rotisserie chicken, and the chicken was tough and the fish sauce was overly sweet. The last time I came there after they had an incident and closed down for a few days, there was a new waiter. It seems like he didn't want to be there. We had to repeat our orders numerous times, and we also requested for extra lime and water. Of course, he didn't bring the extra limes and water and when we remined him, he seems upset. As he bringing out the water, he was on the cell phone with the owner or manager requesting her to buy Starbucks coffee for him. He was quite loud about it, at our table. Later on, he went out to smoke in front of the store. We do not feel that he should be working as a waiter. The price of the bowl of Pho is $18.45. I went in a Tuesday and my brother went in the next day and they upped their price from $16 to 18.75. Maybe to keep the customers away, perhaps. i came with my family after seeing the facebook bogo deal - it applies to more items than just pho however, first thing i realized upon seeing the menu was that the price for the pho was 18.45 instead of the advertised 16. but who knows, maybe 16 was the price only for opening day. got seated and unfortunately the tables were sticky, not a big deal, they were busy, i get it service was fast and prompt, food came out fast and hot. however, i found it difficult to enjoy my meal due to the excess of flies in my face, particularly brave ones that seemed to really enjoy flying face first into my families hair, face, and eyeballs ??? and in the rare moments that the flies did leave us alone, our entire table found the pho & bun rieu to be extremely salty. no need for hoisin sauce when our mouths were already dry from the salt content. pho was lacking meat & noodles, but had a whole ton of broth to dry out your tounge on i guess opening days are always rough, expecially with a bogo deal, but expecially after seeing others comment online on inconsistent advertising, and tasting the food myself, i think this place was a one and done for me. read more

First In Grand opening 2nd location didn't not disappoint me . . Coming back again .

This was on Aug 3rd. We arrived a little before 7p and waited for a table to be cleaned, which took about 10mins. When we were seated, they did not give us any menus so we had to grab one from the front. There was an older man that was running front of house and taking orders who seemed to be one of the owners. We were waiting patiently for him to get to our table, but that never happened. He didn't even acknowledge us (party of 4) at all. When he finally walked by I politely ask if we could order and got a wait a moment gesture. Again we waited for him to come back to our table. He continued to ignore us and sat down 2 other parties that came in after we were seated. He even took their orders! After all that we were still patiently waiting. As he was walking towards our table it seemed like he was finally coming to take our order, but instead started to bus another table. After finishing taking a bowl to the back kitchen he ignored us again and went to a 3rd table and took their order. It was very apparently at that moment he did not intend to take our order so we got up and left. When we left it was 7:40p. That will be the first and last time we ever go there after being treated like that. If I could give it zero stars I would. read more
