    Chashu bowl. The best

Doesn't matter how name ramen noodle place we tried. This place is still the best. The broth is so creamy and tasty. It's to die for. The favor is just right. Always the same every time we come here. Food is good and cistme

The broth was delicious but the added ingredients were freezing cold. The pork was cold along with the egg. Very friendly workers. Quiet and nice ambiance. Pork was gelatinous:/

*DISCLAIMER: The attached photo is an old photo just for a comparison to the newer photos. Truly sad to see how the food isn't the same anymore Firstly I enjoy their pork belly bowl so much but for some reason I had to put it in a to go box straight away and finish cooking it at home. It was honestly very flimsy and white (looked undercooked, honestly boiled). Barely any sesame oil or salt was tasted so I also had to add that at home. For the ramen, the last two times I went the broth was not very hot (temp wise), I also normally love the fact that the spice level has me sweating and my table agreed the spice level we ordered wasn't as spicy as were used to here?? The pork was cold and gelatinous, the chives were practically raw and I ended up fishing them all out and putting them to the side. Nitamago/egg can understandably be cold at times so I get that but overall I think the cold toppings cooled my broth down to an undesirable temperature which was my first complaint to begin with. Along with it not being spicy at all I just did not enjoy the meal. After coming here for the last six years and loving it, I can say the service here is superb and the staff is always attentive and friendly. I will probably come back one last time to give it a chance but honestly.... I miss the old standards :(

This is a good ramen places to try in the South West area, but there's just something that is missing about it. I really used to like this place a few years ago but I have a feeling the quality may have dropped. The most notable thing I'd say which is definitely different than any other place is that they serve the pork and egg (sold separately) cold on top of your hot ramen. I like my ramen egg more yolky and soft boiled, but this one is more jammy and more towards hard boiled. I usually get tonkotsu but I got shoyu which was pretty good. The only thing I'd note is if you like spice, I suggest getting it on the side. I got level 4 shoyu and I could barely taste the broth by itself. So it may be more enjoyable to at least taste the broth by itself first before adding the spice. Other than that, this place is a pretty standard ramen joint that also makes their ramen noodles in house. If you are waiting, you can take a look at their ramen making machine. The location is pretty small where it may be perfect for eating solo or probably with a friend.

Great service! Amazing food, chill atmosphere! I got the spicy miso ramen, kimchi fried rice and home made gyoza! Food was flavorful and everything tasted fresh. The kimchi fried rice was delicious, cooked perfectly! I'll definitely be back to try other items! They have a unique hot tea that comes in a can, it was very interesting but tasted great.

Shoyu ramen add egg - spice hot on the side, chicken gyoza, & pork belly bowl (ask for extra crispy on the pork belly)

Ramen kobo has been one of my top favorite local ramen spots in Vegas for a long time. The flavor for everything on their menu is consistent (except for new the ramen flavors, I haven't tried them - yuzu or birria) and on a day they're not busy, service is super fast!

Came here on a whim with a friend, this happens to be their favorite ramen restaurant in town, so I knew it was going to be good, and it definitely was! Ambiance: Located right off Durango near 215, it was very easy to find and parking wasn't an issue. Signage was clear. The interior is a bit small, but it honestly helped to give it that authentic Japanese restaurant vibe. We came early in the evening (5pm) on a weekday, and while they have a waitlist system, we did not have to wait to be seated. Service: Service was quick and very professional. We were greeted as soon as we came in, servers were helpful, and the ramen chefs in the kitchen were lively and cheerful. We were also wished well when we left, which was a nice touch. Food: The menu is simple and clear cut, with a variety of options without being overwhelming. As a side note I always appreciate quality over quantity, such as when you have a well-honed menu of really well-made items. I got the black garlic ramen (I love garlic) and it did not disappoint! The meal was made as I had requested. We left fat and happy, and will definitely be back for more!

Keep coming back there. Ramen is so delightful and service is so good too! I highly recommend this place.

We sat at the bar and were able to watch food being prepared. Tables filled up while we were there. Ordered ramen and it was good but nothing really stood out about it to me. I ordered spam musubi as an appetizer and it was great. We also ordered pan fried dumplings which were good. The yuzu baked cheesecake was a small slice but delicious. I learned next time I will not share it. That being said I would return just to get a slice of that. The staff was friendly and the place was comfortable.

We went there around 6pm there were still empty seats/tables. Ayako (server/cashier) was very friendly and jolly. Guests starting arriving and she knew majority of them. Looks like they are frequent guests there. Then the place became packed. Place was not too noisy really felt like a local resto.I ordered the dipping style just because I wanted to try "dipping style" lol. It was good. The rice bowl topped with pork belly was really tasty. Left the place with full stomach and people waiting to be seated. Try this hidden jem!

Love their fried rice all the time. The best in town. I always add char siu pork. They have a new item which is Spam Musubi and yuzu baked cheesecake. We only tried the musubi and it was ok. Service was always prompt. The ambience is very welcoming always

My work group visited Ramen Kobo and we had the sought after Birria ramen, and it was an absolute hit! The rich, flavorful broth paired perfectly with the tender birria meat, creating a hearty and satisfying bowl. The service was top-notch -- quick, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience even better. The seating in the restaurant is very limited, so make sure you set out some time to wait if you have a bigger party. Ask for the chili oil they serve on the side. It was so good that I ended up taking some home to add to my leftovers the next day. Definitely a must-try for anyone looking for unique and delicious ramen! I can't wait to come back and try more.

While we were waiting, I asked another customer how the ramen was because we were considering coming back to try it. Her response was, "It's pretty decent," which wasn't exactly a glowing endorsement. To top it off, parking in this plaza is a nightmare. During that visit, the manager, Karen, stopped by our table to check on us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine, and I told her I'd definitely come back to try the restaurant myself. About a month later, a friend came to visit from California, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to return. Coincidentally, Karen was there again, and once again she made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Then, last weekend, I came back with another group of friends, and Karen continued the same exceptional level of hospitality. She even surprised us with an appetizer and Momofuku's famous Blondie dessert, which was absolutely delicious! (For anyone wondering, it's only available during dinner service, and it's worth ordering.) Every visit I've had here has been a positive experience. The food has been great, the atmosphere is fun, and the hospitality has been what keeps bringing me back. Karen truly knows how to make guests feel special, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Cassie at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes a wonderful first impression. If I could offer a little constructive feedback, I'd say the dining room could use a bit more lighting. It's a cute space, but it feels a little too dark for my taste. The music was also a bit louder than I'd prefer, making conversation a little difficult. During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass. Overall, though, I've really enjoyed my experiences at Momofuku. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests keep me coming back. Karen is a true asset to the restaurant, and she's a big reason I'll definitely be returning.
