Everything was good, but the Spicy Wonton was definitely my favorite and I highly recommend it! It had a nice kick, the sauce was flavorful, and it was one of those dishes you just keep going back to. I would definitely order it again. The Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodle had a rich, spicy broth with tender beef, and the House Special Fried Rice was also well seasoned and paired nicely with everything else. The food came out quickly, and the price was very reasonable for Las Vegas. The three dishes were $35.65 before tax and $38.64 after tax. This was our first time trying flat noodle soup. We went for the brisket soup. I got the C3 and hubby got the C4(spicy) he said spicy was just right and not too over spicy. The broth had great flavor and I usually don't drink the broth in soups on its own. Service was quick and server was very polite and attentive. They had bar seating as well as booths and tables. You can see them making the noodles through the window by the bar. Seems like enough seating until busy times. After we got there just a bit after 6ish seemed to get full at that time. I forgot to take a photo because when my brisket soup came, it smelled so good, I just started eating. The brisket soup had tender beef and the broth was delicious. Their hand-pulled noodles were the perfect density. You can get knife cut or an even thicker cut for noodles. They have a variety of noodle dishes and appetizers as well. I wanted to try the Dan Dan noodles but we were so full off of our brisket noodle soup, that I couldn't muster more food. We ordered the wonton soup for my daughter and she absolutely loved it. This place does not disappoint. Went here on a Wednesday right when they open and it was perfect. Went were hungry. We were seated right away at the booth. Water was served with menu. Updated review. Everything we ordered today was super delicious! My favorite is the spicy wonton. They can adjust the spicy levels which they did for most of the items we ordered. Tried the fish pickle noodle and wow interesting flavor and fish was so good! Service was excellent and the kids loved watching the people in the kitchen cutting noodles. Great spicy noodle place for the price and location. We either come here or go to one of the competitor restaurants Shang Artisan noodle. This location is closest to our home and the food never disappoints. We always get the szechuan spicy noodles plus the spicy wontons. This time one of of us got the knife cut and the other was the flat wide noodle. Advantages: this restaurant offers 3 different types of noodles ( knife cut, hand pull or flat wide) whereas the other place only offers 2 ( knife cut or handpull). Their prices for the wonton are cheaper here, only charging $8 instead of $12 at the other restaurant. Food is always made to order and comes out within a timely manner, very hot and spicy. You can hear other customers coughing inside the restaurant because of they're inhaling the chili. The only cons about this restaurant are: the dining area and the parking lot. The dining area is a bit small and feels a bit tight when tables are full. The parking lot gets full because it's located in the corner of a plaza with other businesses. The plaza includes a popular Thai restaurant, a gym and other small businesses nearby. There is a yelp waitlist which you may have to join upon arrival. read more

The hubs thought this place was closed because the windows were so dark. We arrived around 8:45pm (they close at 9:30) and the place only had a couple of empty tables. I wanted to come here after seeing a video on Instagram , so after reviewing my video I showed the lady what I wanted. It was spicy pork ribs soup noodles (with knife cut noodles). The noodles have an irregular shape but they were nice and chewy, exactly what I wanted. Our family of 5 each got a bowl but none of us finished it because they were big bowls and so hot (temperature) that it really slowed us down.
