I instantly made a hard left to eat, vs go to my car. I wasn't sure what to get until I saw the summer special on the wall. Chicken or steak pho with egg-roll and soda for 15.99. For me, that is alot of food, but it was a good deal. Lol. Everything was great. I saw a second special as I was eating that was just the pho with a soda for 12.00 dollars. I would have ordered that, had I seen it. All is well, i decided to make the best of my first choice. I got the steak pho and chicken egg rolls. Everything was great. Love that they have hoisin sauce to add. The extras to put in your pho were great. Service was fast and reliable. There were very many to go orders and the restaurant was full. I didn't feel weird either, sitting alone as I dined by myself. The restaurant isn't big. But it doesn't feel too small either. I was warmly invited to sit and dine in, instead of order to go. PT noodles, it's a solid Vietnamese restaurant. Goodyear is lucky to have this diverse cuisine so close to home.

We also ordered lemongrass chicken and lemongrass shrimp so we'd have leftovers! First, the noodle bowl was excellent with fresh lettuce, mung sprouts, & cucumber. I loved their fish sauce. The only criticism I would make is they overcooked their shrimp. Pretty chewy and dry. But I could overlook that easily. I cleaned up that noodle bowl! I can't excuse the dry and chewy chicken for my entree, though. It was so dry it tasted like it was days old! My friend had ordered the lemongrass shrimp which she enjoyed, but I could tell her shrimp was also overcooked. Both entrees came loaded with stirfry veggies and hot rice, which was delicious. All in all I will return in the future for another rice noodle bowl and to try their Pho.
