If you want Pho, they have Pho and it's really good. Currently they do have a summer pho option that comes with a drink and egg rolls or just a drink for a good price. Shoutout to a fellow Yelper for putting PT Noodles on my radar because this was such a fun switch-up from my usual order. First of all... a pho burrito? Obviously I had to try it. It's exactly what it sounds like -- all the cozy pho ingredients wrapped up in a tortilla and served with a side of pho broth for dipping. Vietnamese + Mexican fusion and somehow it just works. The broth was flavorful, the fillings were hearty, and the whole thing totally hit the spot. It's messy in the best way and I loved every second of it. They've got a solid menu with plenty of veggie options, which I always appreciate. Seating was quick, service was smooth, and pricing was actually really reasonable for the portion size. Not a full five-star experience for me, but a strong four. Creative, satisfying, and something different from your standard bowl of pho. I came here for dinner with my family and I ordered the pho brisket and two spring rolls and combination pho. We ate all the spring rolls but the pho came wrong. I also never got the brisket pho. We waited a long time, and waitress did not check on us. Until everyone left we paid up front for only the spring rolls. I was disappointed in the service and we weren't able to eat what we ordered. The water tasted like tap meaning it wasn't filtered. And no good ac in this restaurant. Not clean. 2/10/2026. We found PT Pho through Yelp while looking for a new spot to try and decided to place a to-go order. The restaurant was pretty busy with takeout orders, which we took as a good sign. My husband ordered the spicy beef rib pho. He said the broth was amazing -- rich, flavorful, and clearly the highlight of the dish. Unfortunately, the beef itself lacked flavor and tenderness. He ended up tossing most of the meat and just eating the noodles with the broth. I played it safe and ordered the combination fried rice with an over-medium egg. The portion size was solid and there was a good meat-to-rice ratio, but it also fell a bit flat in the flavor department. I had to add chili garlic oil and soy sauce to give it some life. We also ordered a side of pork chop, which unfortunately lacked flavor as well. It tasted like it had been quickly grilled in teriyaki sauce without much seasoning or depth. We came to PT Noodles on a Saturday night and it was a wonderful choice. This is a casual restaurant so we were seated immediately but the restaurant did fill up after we got there! My fiancé liked his Thai tea and steak pho, like he kept saying "mmm this is so good" every other bite, haha. I got the tofu banh mi, which I was so happy to see on the menu! I ordered extra tofu but even with the extra tofu, I felt like there could have been more. I wish I had gotten an appetizer because I was still a little hungry after I finished the banh mi. The name on the sign is what brought me to PT Noodles. This little Vietnamese restaurant is a typical hole in the wall. The paint in the wall has seen better times, the tables and chairs are basic, a few posters and inexpensive art on the walls. BUT we really enjoyed the food. The menu has, of course, lots of pho choices, noodle bowls, and rice bowls. It also has Vietnamese coffee and some fusion stuff, like pho burritos. We had: *Pho Burrito (noodles and beef in a tortilla with dipping broth on the side) *Egg noodle bowl with beef *Egg noodle bowl with shrimp, chicken, and beef. I decided to give PT Noodles a try since it has such great reviews -- and it didn't disappoint! The restaurant isn't very big, but it was packed with people when I went, which is always a good sign. I ordered the lemongrass chicken wings, the classic pho, and bun bo hue. The lemongrass flavor on the wings was really nice -- flavorful, slightly spicy, and well-marinated. The bun bo hue was loaded with different kinds of meat, much more than I expected for the price, so it's definitely a great value. Their chili powder also stood out -- it's different from most places because they use chili oil instead, which gives the broth a richer taste. Overall, a delicious and satisfying meal! I should've ordered the Pho instead! Many of the Pad Thai noodles were undercooked, clumped together and hard for inches at both ends of the noodles. No flavor at all! This was the only restaurant where pad Thai didn't contain eggs, peanuts, bean sprouts or even the tamarin that's essential for this dish. Inedible! PT Noodles has always been my go-to for PHO. I'd give the PHO a 4.5 rating. I have lived in the area for almost 30 years or more. I left the state and came back 3 years ago. Although I do enjoy their food, and their rating is an "A" the curb appeal is not very welcoming or clean outside, and the inside is very dirty, dingy and dark. I feel after all these years they would want to take more pride in their restaurant and make some much needed improvements. It would not be a huge undertaking. Power washing the outside, put some new paint on the walls and open up the windows for more lighting would be a huge improvement. I would rate the outside and inside a 3. The steak pho was delicious, the broth was very good without any sauces or toppings. The plate was filled with toppings several slices of lime, sprouts and all the sauces. It was dark out, but the sign showed PT NOODLES very clearly. I went inside and it was pretty crowded. I originally wanted to dine in, but it was too busy at the time so i eventually just ordered takeout. The ambiance was crowded and didn't look the cleanest & most sanitary. I ordered the original pho with steak and ate it in my hotel. there was one bowl with the noodles and one bowl with soup, so you had to dump the noodles into the soup. There was also another box with all the veggies and flavor packets, so I added all a bit. The noodles were thin and the soup was very watery, and the taste wasn't that flavorful. Came here w my daughter and we split the shrimp spring rolls, pork egg rolls, and teriyaki beef. The rolls were delicious but small for the price. Our server was kind, descriptive of menu items and attentive. The only two things I would comment on is the Sriracha looked like they didn't store it in the refrigerator. It wasn't red like normal, it was a funny light brown color and towards the end of the teriyaki beef I came across a piece of beef that tasted rotten. Stopped by PT Noodles with my wife and father in law during the evening of June 28th. From a positive standpoint we were greeted and seated right away. Our table was right next to the entry / exit door. The not so positive was the food and drink. My ice water had a funky taste to it. I had one sip and done. My wife ordered the vermicelli which she described as not fresh. I was excited to order the Pho Burrito which was advertised as having brisket, noodles , vegetables and a side of Pho broth.
