Just ate at Pho house today with my wife. I ordered pho soup, can't remember my wife's order as well as two order 'to go' for my kids. Owner and staffs are friendly. Will be back again and probably will give 5 star next time. We always ate at Odessa doughnut for the soup but now we found a new place whenever we crave for Vietnamese food. We love Pho but our experience here was bad. First, the tables are too close together so we kept getting bumped in to. My husband wanted to try a sandwich but we were told they do t have them, a note on the menu would have been nice. Only tea is from machine, not brewed. We ordered our food and people who came in after us started getting theirs before us, I mean people who came in 15 min after we ordered we're getting their food & they ordered the same thing we did. read more

I was in town for business and came across this place on yelp. I got the #10 beef pho and really enjoyed it! The broth was seasoned well and when I asked for spicy they delivered by adding red chili flakes. Service was fast and the server was very attentive. Excellent Pho! Got the roundeye medium bowl and as expected it came with broth, steak, onions, noodles cilantro, scallions and side plate of fresh veggies. The best part of Pho for me is always the broth so I would definitely give the broth 5 stars. It has flavor, just the right amount of spice and seasonings. My only suggestion for a better experience is instead of serving a lime wedge cut in half just give me a full wedge. It's easier to squeeze without making a mess. I appreciated the attention to service by the server and owner/manager. Both went out of their way to accommodate and make this a great experience. For being in Midland/Odessa this place is as good as Pho gets. read more

The combination Pho is DELICIOUS!!!!! Seems like the people here like their jobs and are very fast serving hot delicious food. Nice place and seemed like a nice place to eat. It would be a 5 star rating if it weren't for a guy that seemed to work there but wasn't actually working. He paced back and fourth in front of me which mad me uncomfortable. He sat at many different empty tables staring at his phone with his air buds in and seemed to be talking to someone (loudly) in an Asian language. He wore a suit jacket and a ball cap. He walked behind the counter and into the back and came out with a cigarette in his mouth (in the building) and went and stood right outside the door smoking as people had to walk through his cloud of smoke, into or out of the restaurant. Every time the door opened his smoke wafted into the dining room. I really like the food but if I return and he is there, I will just go find somewhere else to eat. read more

I didn't like the old location, but I thought I'd give the new location a try. Great new venue, great staff, etc... Now the pho has definitely improved, the overall taste, the quality of beef, etc...HOWEVER one thing about the old location that I didn't like is still the same...the broth is too greasy!! You never want a greasy bowl of pho. It is vital to consistently skim your broth for extra fat. The broth needs to taste clean and herby. My hands are still slimy and my stomach didn't appreciate all the extra grease. I will still give this place a good review because they're trying to grow and I want them to get better. So please take this as a constructive criticism. I don't have a lot of pho options here in the basin area. I was the guy who came in and asked for a sample of your broth. read more

I love this place! Seating is rather limited but the service is quick. I love the #12 combination plate.

Service was great the whole time. Food is a dollar higher than the menu on the picture shown above. The pho broth however wasn't too bad I've had better seemed a little diluted, could have had more flavor. Once I added all my ingredients it was good. It's a good decent place. First time in West Texas and decided their Vietnamese cuisine in the area. I usually try places that has 4 stars or more. This one was huge disappointment. The bbq beef wasn't marinated enough and rather tough. The soup had some flavor but not enough flavor either. They didn't even give us any basil for our pho. Which, everyone who has had pho know you can't have pho without basil. I probably wouldn't try it again. read more

The pho here is great and the staff is top notch! I've not had bad service here and the owner is the nicest guy around. After ordering for pick-up and getting home to realize they'd forgotten an item I ordered, they told me to bring the receipt and it would be on the house at my next visit.
