The banchan selection can be a bit hit-or-miss depending on the day--sometimes they have all of our favorites, and other times the selection feels more limited. Service has never really been the strong point here. Since ordering is done directly from the table, interaction with staff is minimal, but even for simple things like water refills or small requests, it can be difficult to get someone's attention. We often find ourselves trying to flag someone down throughout the meal. That said, the quality of the food keeps us coming back year after year, which says a lot.
