I had the rare ribeye Pho and my partner had the Oxtail Pho. Both were flavorful with lots of meat. We also shared an egg roll appetizer and drank Jasmine tea. I've been wanting to try this Vietnamese restaurant out for a while now since it's not too far from where I live. We stopped here for lunch, and even though it was busy, we were able to be seated right away. The menu offers a range of traditional dishes from banh mi, pho, and a variety of rice plates. I ordered the build your own pho with rare steak and my husband ordered the grilled chicken breast with rice. Our food came out in a timely manner and it was presented so beautifully. The pho broth was so flavorful and it came with all of the extra garnishes that I love. I don't know for sure if they offer Sriracha or Hoision sauce because there wasn't any located on our table. My bowl didn't have that much steak in it and it was a bit on the chewier side. They did offer a ton of rice noodles and broth which I really appreciated. Pho Kiều might've just become one of my new go-to pho spots in Las Vegas. The broth is rich, clean, and packed with flavor without being overly salty. Great service, awesome food, and lots of seating. I really enjoyed the flavors of everything we ordered. I ordered vermacilli and wanted a side of broth and they gave me a bowl complimentary. My vermacilli was soooo good! The sauce was rich, gave my food that umami I was looking for. My veggies were crisp and fresh and my noodles and protein were delicious. My cousin ordered a bahn mi, which she enjoyed also and they gave her a side of broth too. The broth was delicious, rich and flavorful, I'm sure their pho is pretty good too. My other cousins rice plate was really good. The protein was seasoned well and very flavorful. I don't live in Vegas, but this would be a spot I would visit again when I come back. 10/10! read more

It 1st time in here. There's constant people coming in and out and mostly locals. I noticed They have one server the whole time, he is very accommodating and took our orders as soon as he can. Our food arrived, we didn't have to wait that long, they prepared my combination Pho good, hot and the meat they use was high quality. My husband ordered grilled chicken with broken rice, they prepared the meat fresh and flavorful, just a little dry and not very tender (per hubby). The spring roll with nem nuong wasn't bad either, just the wrapper a little hard and dry. Other than that, this restaurant is good. It's a casual restaurant, lots of tables and lots of parking. This is my 4th visit to Pho Kieu, and a review is long overdue. I used to live closer to Chinatown, so finding great pho out in Summerlin felt like a challenge. Thankfully, Pho Kieu has satisfied every single pho craving I've had since discovering it. The pho is absolutely delicious with incredible depth of flavor. I order the beef brisket pho every time, and it never disappoints. We've also tried the spring rolls, which were fresh and just as delicious. I love that this place is somewhat of a hidden gem tucked away in a plaza. It's easy to miss, but it's absolutely worth seeking out. The customer service has always been friendly, welcoming, and courteous, which makes the experience even better. One thing that really stood out was when I ordered through Uber Eats while my family and I were down with the flu and too weak to drive. Everything arrived packaged perfectly. The broth was still excellent, the ingredients were separated thoughtfully, and the meal tasted just as great as dining in. Pho Kieu has officially earned a spot in my regular restaurant rotation. Had come in the afternoon. Vietnamese old guy with glasses served us. There was about 3 tables including ours, so it wasn't to busy at all. First off, ordered the fresh spring rolls, pretty good but it's not your original peanut sauce. Next we ordered combination pho and bun bo hue and also the bahn mi. It took them 30 minutes to get out 2 soups. When it came out the noodles were so soggy as if they forgot it in the water when cooking it . The bun bo hue noodles were even WORSE. Small little noodles breaking apart. It was probably one of the worst soups I've had in a long long time. I also ended up canceling the sandwich because during that whole time, they didn't even start on it........... Honestly pho king or there sister restaurant Saigon corner is WAY better. Local here. I have tried almost all the Vietnamese food restaurants in the valley and this is the only place that I have experienced so much meat toppings that I could barely finish the bowl. I upgraded it to an extra large combination Pho and did not expect this much meat and noodles. It was only $2.50 more and worth it. The soup is extremely flavorful. I'm not sure how they did it, but I was not dying of thirst after the meal. Definitely coming back here for Pho from now on. Just letting the locals know. Brand new in town.
