Was hungry so I got a vermicelli with grilled pork to go. It took about 20-25 minutes from the time I ordered to get my order. The sauce was spicy?? This is my first time having a spicy vermicelli. It was very spicy that my stomach hurt a bit. The grilled pork was marinated well, sweet but the pork was in many small pieces. A mixed experience on our first visit. The food was mostly delicious. The oxtail pho was a huge portion and yes, on the sweet side, which my husband loved. Some sliced beef (brisket?) seemed to have gotten in the bowl by accident. Bonus! The texture of the noodles was perfect. My bun salad with grilled pork came with a nice big bowl of excellent fish sauce dressing and plenty of crisp vegetables. The fried spring rolls were a little funky; I didn't enjoy the filling as much as I have at other places. Our big food complaint was the che ba mau, which was marred by big chunks of ice. I can chew on ice cubes at home. It was hard to enjoy the other ingredients when we had to fish them out between ice chunks. The service was inconsistent. We were seated by a highly professional and warm young man who took our orders, but he explained he wasn't actually on duty and left. The woman who took over was friendly, but spent most of her time seated and talking on the phone. Under new ownership. I ordered two grill d chicken Vietnamese sandwiches. And it had very little meat mostly all bread. The owner stated that he changed all the recipes from the previous owner, which probably is not a good thing. I really wanted this place to be the one -- the spot my wife and I could rely on for our pho fix. We came here a few times and at first it was solid. I usually ordered the combo pho. It was okay -- the broth could've been much better, but I overlooked it since the location was convenient. I've definitely had better, but close by is close by. The issue is that with each visit, the quality seemed to slip. The final straw was the seafood pho my wife ordered -- it was so rubbery we joked it could've been a chew toy (not really, but it was definitely overcooked). Service was good every time, no complaints there. If we would have known that we would have order a regular pho with meatball and split it into 2 bowls and paid less. And was greeted with a warm welcome. After being seated I ask where was the restroom. It was spotless and smelled fresh, so I knew the kitchen was right too. I ordered rare ribeye on the side it was fresh, and sliced to perfection. The broth was piping hot- with the trimmings- like, basil, bean sprouts- everything was soooo fresh, and full of FLAVOR! The egg rolls(which the owner told me how to wrap the leaves around them) hey, I didn't know The egg rolls, were golden and crispy and delicious The fish sauce they need to give you a tad bit more. I dipped my wrapped egg roll in the fish sauce & y'all that elevated that egg roll BIG time!! I was grinning from ear to ear!! This was my fourth time having the food, the first three times I would have given a 5 star, everything I had including their beef stew was amazing. Went back on Friday and the food quality and taste was horrible. I couldn't believe it came from the same restaurant that I grew to like. - Salt and Pepper shrimp looked nothing like their photos. It was breaded for some reason and the guts were backed with black, the most I've ever seen inside a shrimp, and they were all like this. The breading made the shell not as crispy and the whole thing was not eatable :( - The beef stew was so salty that I could not drink the broth. The meat was basically 70% tendon and or skin (pictured). Any pieces that were left were too hard to chew. Leaving a two because maybe the chef had a bad day? The egg roll tasted hot on the ends but the middle was barely luke warm. The meat looked a bit pink so I was pretty skeptical about finishing it. They barely gave any pickled veggies and 1 lettuce for 4 egg rolls! They provide reusable wooden chopsticks, red flag - not sure how clean they can get these. My husband got a fish and it was so tiny and barely had any meat. For the price, the portion was terrible. My search for a pho place near summerlin goes on! read more

They know exactly how to package the pho so it's fresh for when I get home & the flavor is 10/10. Ambiance is nice but I've never eaten inside. Wow, too many things to say about this place. I've been to a lot of Vietnamese restaurants in Vegas, but this one tops them all, even the ones in Chinatown. I have tried many Vietnamese ice coffees from lots of other places, but theirs has that perfect balance, not too sweet and not too strong. Their menu covered so many appetizers, pho noodle soups, rice dishes, curries, and yes Banh mi sandwiches. I ordered the broken rice with lemongrass chicken and of course with egg, don't forget to add the fish sauce, it was perfect and large portions. I had to try a sandwich since not to many places offer it. I ordered the vietnames ham and it was so soft and crunchy, delicious. So amazes at how fresh their French rolls were, so soft yet crunchy on the outside. If you are near the summerlin area, you have to try out their amazing food. We used to come to Pho 4 Real before they got bought out and changed to Phoever! We decided to come try them out--they had huge ads of new opening with Thai tea boba. We came in on Friday night at 8 pm and they were packed!!! Huge party in center table and only one left for us. We were seated pretty quickly but we could tell the staff was overwhelmed. They seated two more tables after us but didn't take our order. More parties entered and it was just pretty chaotic to be honest. They started taking orders of the tables seated after us and just ignored us as they paced back and forth trying to manage all their customers. I had to get up to talk to the employees at the front in order to get our orders placed. We found out after that they bought out the previous restaurant and have the same cooks still. The pho is on the pricier side compared to other pho places we've been. The pho was pretty good, but with how our service was today, it will be hard for us to want to come back. We also ordered spring rolls but never received it; had to go to front counter to pay and ask them to remove it. We wanted Thai tea boba they advertised but they were out of boba. Hmmmmmm.... This cute Lil hole is located inside one of the best plaza off of Flamingo. Parking is limited seeing as they share this small nook with multiple other flavored restaurants including Japanese, American, and Hawaiian. What caught us was the Pho.Ever sign. Sooo cute. The entry. Walked in with Hungry Monster and was a bit taken away. It looks like a small Lil Cafe. Greeted as we walked in and sat immediately. Fav 8. The food. We ordered the combo P1 soup with tripe and rare on side and B1 sandwich. The verdict. Wow! It's so comon you go into a Vietnamese restaurant and you get this bland, clear and boring pho. They actually have some dimension with great flavor. Hungry called it dirty. 10/10 for flavour. It's rich. So good I cleaned out. The good part, the rare here is smashed. The portion is just perfect. Not too much that you want to go home after, and not too little that your like, that's it? The sandwich was taken home. I'll update review on that later. Conclusion. Not too shabby. He rated it a 4 out of 5. I ordered the Grilled Pork Chop with Rice and Fried Egg. The pork had a great flavor on its own but also came with fish sauce, green leaf lettuce, cucumber and tomato slices. I'm not a fan of fish sauce but if you are then cutting up the pork chop and making lettuce wraps with the cucumber and tomato and then dipping into the fish sauce is a nice way to eat this dish. I honestly wasn't looking forward to trying this place because so many Pho restaurants I've been to have kinda sticky tables and questionable service. So I came here on Wednesday to try it out with my best friend. When we came into the parking lot we kind of recognize being there before but I believe it was a different name before this. Maybe they change ownership Upon entering, I see an older gentleman outside, and he was very sweet and friendly, he smiled at me. I assume he works inside and was taking a break. When I got inside, I got the menu, and I was kind of excited to see that sugarcane was in their menu. The waiter was a young guy him if the sugarcane was fresh, which he proceeded to tell me it was I asked if they make it fresh in the back for each drink or is it premade? He told me it was fresh so I ordered it. The older gentleman dropped it off at my table. It looks super dark so I asked him if this was fresh sugarcane he said he just opened it up from the can. I told him that I want fresh sugarcane and don't want the can kind. I'm a big sugarcane connoisseur so I typically go to the store a couple times a month to have my sugarcane fix which they squeeze it out on the machine. I was disappointed this place did not have it like that but the guy happily took it back. Next time, though when a customer asked if it's fresh sugarcane they should definitely tell them it's canned and isn't fresh. I hated having to send food or drinks back, but I did not want to drink canned sugarcane. I ordered the three choice pho with double tai meat and tendon. With no onions and cilantro. As well as the spring roll appetizer which I asked for no mint or bean sprout which they prepared fresh for me. This spring rolls tasted great and fresh. The pho was hot and delicious. I actually ate the entire bowl! I normally don't ever finish my Pho but the flavor here was magnificent. The overall vibe of the place was very quiet and chill. There wasn't much customers there at the time that we went, but it was around 4:30 PM and it was also a rainy day.
