Under new ownership. I ordered two grill d chicken Vietnamese sandwiches. And it had very little meat mostly all bread. The owner stated that he changed all the recipes from the previous owner, which probably is not a good thing. Because last time I got the Vietnamese sandwiches from this restaurant, the protein portion was much more generous. Maybe it is a one off with this new recipe/ownership but definitely not better than before.

The food was very tasty, they had some unique things we had never tried before. The space is kind of small but still good. Our server didn't come by too often but the food was still good.

Absolutely delicious and just what I was looking for. The server memorized my modified issue and it came out perfect! Service was attentive and informative. The location is right off the 215 which is nice and it was very clean inside. I loved the decor and colors inside. They have a vegetable broth pho which can be difficult to find at some Pho places and they were very accommodating. Flavors were on point, everything was fresh and will be going back there!

Ordered take-out from this place on a Friday night. Took about 15 minutes to make. It was so good, and the portion was huge!! I love the way they seasoned the pork (super saucy), and the nuoc cham sweet dippy sauce was the perfect amount of sweet and tangy! Egg rolls had a good crisp too! I def wanna try more of their menu!

$19.99 Bun Rieu special. Generous portion but the flavor was different from what I'm used so I didn't care for it.

The price point for Pho Ever was on the high end. Pho started at $17.95 and went up to $25.95 for the speciality noodles. The special when we visited in October 2024 was Bun Rieu ($19.95) which was my favorite. Hubby got the grilled beef Banh Mi. I was impressed when the Bun Rieu came out with fresh garnish including water spinach which was rare. However, I was disappointed with the flavor of the broth and crab meatballs. Missing were also blood cubes. My husband raved about the $9 Banh Mi The owner came out to check on us. She told us she doesn't use MSG and asked for a good review. I had hoped for better food given the prices but unfortunately, Pho Ever did not meet my expectation.

I was looking for some good Pho on the west side of town. Located on Flamingo and Grand Canyon Pho Ever is absolutely amazing. The service is outstanding and the food is delicious. I ordered Chicken Pho and it's very delicious and mouth watering. I am definitely coming back and making this place my favorite.

Small shop but clean and we got seated quickly. Service was fine and the waiter did write down our order but the kitchen didn't cook the right items. Cream cheese wontons came out as pork wontons. Pho đặc biệt sub ribeye but the ribeye didn't get sub. Way too much noodles and not enough meat. The biggest disappointment was the kids pho. We ordered 2 at $11 each. It was just plain noodles! If we would have known that we would have order a regular pho with meatball and split it into 2 bowls and paid less. I'm just shocked at the audacity to charge $11 for plain noodles when we all know that a bag of noodles cost $2 at the store.

From the clean restroom to the perfect broth- broth-five stars! Hey, y'all it's me-hope you're having a wonderPho day! I went to Pho Ever on South Grand Canyon Drive. And was greeted with a warm welcome. After being seated I ask where was the restroom. It was spotless and smelled fresh, so I knew the kitchen was right too. I ordered rare ribeye on the side it was fresh, and sliced to perfection. The broth was piping hot- with the trimmings- like, basil, bean sprouts- everything was soooo fresh, and full of FLAVOR! The egg rolls(which the owner told me how to wrap the leaves around them) hey, I didn't know The egg rolls, were golden and crispy and delicious The fish sauce they need to give you a tad bit more. I dipped my wrapped egg roll in the fish sauce & y'all that elevated that egg roll BIG time!! I was grinning from ear to ear!! The waiting time on the food (wasn't bad it showed it was made to order) Two Vietnamese coffee, Two HUGE bowls (and that BROTH was brothing aka chef kiss ) y'all I will be back. Stop reading this y'all and run to this location!! Peace

The tendon or skin of the beef from the stew
    Ayami H.

This was my fourth time having the food, the first three times I would have given a 5 star, everything I had including their beef stew was amazing. Went back on Friday and the food quality and taste was horrible. I couldn't believe it came from the same restaurant that I grew to like. - Salt and Pepper shrimp looked nothing like their photos. It was breaded for some reason and the guts were backed with black, the most I've ever seen inside a shrimp, and they were all like this. The breading made the shell not as crispy and the whole thing was not eatable :( - The beef stew was so salty that I could not drink the broth. The meat was basically 70% tendon and or skin (pictured). Any pieces that were left were too hard to chew. Leaving a two because maybe the chef had a bad day? But I was unable to eat my food so I don't think I will be going back again.

Service was a bit off at first, we were not given menus but realized there was a QR code on the table. Nobody came to us until I stood up and went to the counter to ask how things worked. Once someone came over and we finally placed our order the food came out pretty quick. The pho seemed to be bigger than it was because of the bowl but it was delicious nevertheless. The beef was really tender on the broccoli beef and was seasoned nicely. It was an affordable meal and I enjoyed all the food. Perhaps doing take out will be my next stop

We really enjoyed our…read morevisit to the W Flamingo location last year; this one on Maryland was closer to our hotel for the night. We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. Shang Artisan Noodle serves some really great noodle dishes. There's a reason we keep coming back for more! Bathrooms - Two individual rooms, one for women, one for men

It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! Our waitress and waiter were both very nice. Service is great here. I have no complaints regarding that! I started by ordering their Hot Tea Pot in the Genmaicha Tea, which is refillable ($3). The tea was good. I must've had it refilled about three times. The husband got the Asahi draft. For the food orders, we started with the cholegi salad, takoyaki, and chicken karaage. While the cholegi salad was good, I'd have to say I've had better chicken karaage elsewhere. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to skip the chicken karaage next time. It was lacking in flavor so I asked for table salt to sprinkle on top of it. For the main dish, our party ordered beef sukiyaki udon, tendon, tuna and avocado poke don, nabeyaki udon, and kake udon. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. For dessert, we got everything that was on the menu so that we could sample them. I particularly enjoyed their matcha pudding in that it was more than what the picture showed. There were layers of azuki beans and black sugar syrup underneath the green pudding. This one was my favorite! The sweet potato ice cream was the party's favorite. Overall, I really like the vibe of this restaurant. What I…read moremean is that it is a really simple place, no frills, tight seating, super fast service...good quality food. When I say fast service, I mean less than a few minutes from placing an order to hot food arriving at your table. I like that this place for its authentic, Hong Kong style bbq. So if you are looking for a quick fix for roast duck or roast pork cravings, this is the spot. The duck is juicy and flavorful and the roast pork is tasty, but a little more on the sweet side. I prefer my roast pork to be a little more savory, but it is still very, very good. I like the fact that the roast pork does not have a ton of the red coloring some restaurants employ. To start, we ordered the deep fried chicken wings with spicy salt. They were crispy and flavorful on the outside and juicy on the inside. Easily, this is one of my go to appetizers. For our meals, wife chose the two item combination rice bowl, which included roast duck and roast pork over rice with a side of choy sum. I chose the roast pork rice bowl, which includes the choy sum and two eggs sunny side up. The proteins were excellent and the veggies perfectly complimented them. My only peeve for this place is there is really no place to wait for seating to open up and it was unusually wam inside as the AC did not seem to be working optimally. When it is 110+ outside, a tiny waiting area would be great. Obviously this is not a deal breaker as the food and service outweigh the discomfort or inconvenience. Lastly, looks like the sign is up for their Shanghai Plaza location. I look forward to frequenting their new spot!
