Very disappointing experience. We arrived at 9:30 PM, and the restaurant's posted hours clearly state they close at 10:00 PM. Despite being there well before closing time, we were denied service. If you want to stop serving customers at 9:30 PM, then your hours should reflect that. Don't advertise that you're open until 10:00 PM if you're going to turn people away 30 minutes earlier. To make matters worse, the lady who answered the door was extremely rude and acted like she couldn't care less about the customers or the business. There was no apology, no explanation, and certainly no effort to be welcoming. We made the trip expecting to dine here based on the posted hours and left feeling frustrated and disrespected. There are plenty of restaurants that honor their business hours and treat customers with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. I won't be coming back.

Saigon Corner is definitely a little further off the strip than the typical Chinatown distance so about 30 minute drive. The decor is very interesting and I do like that there are private booths per dining party. We came during lunch and there was a 40 min wait but that seems to be the norm in Vegas that weekend. Food was actually pretty good. They have some interesting presentation for some of their items. I think the best dish was the garlic butter noodle with the steak. The steak in that dish was just so so good. I would love to have that on its own. Everything we ate was quite tasty and had a lot of flavor. I would skip on the drinks. They definitely taste more like a powder blend so I wasn't a fan of any of them.

One of my go to spots for Viet food and pho! Food and service are always on point and the restaurant has really solid vibes! Haven't been disappointed by any menu items yet and I've been slowly trying more of it (including snail options)

We originally came here due to the husband craving for pho. Food was pretty good. My husband and I enjoyed the food. The egg rolls were delicious but I was not a fan of the lettuce leaves. We ate them and tastes good with the egg rolls, but they looked "not as fresh." Not pictured, the hubby's main dish, special bun, bun dac biet. He said it was good and was glad he got that instead of pho (as to why we came here). The green tea milk tea had a good matcha flavor and not too sweet, which was nice. The service could have been better. It started off okay at first, as the servers were attentive. Towards the end, when we got the check, we waited quite a while for them to take the check to charge my card. We ended up taking it up to the front. Ambiance was nice. It felt like we were in an alleyway of some sort. A difference vibe. But overall, food was good. Menu was quite extensive. Want to come back to try other items on the menu.

I joined my friend's Vietnamese family for dinner here, and we had a party of 15, including several children. Despite the size of our group and the busy dinner rush, they managed to seat us comfortably and make everything work. We somehow beat the crowd, and the staff handled it all smoothly. The family chose this spot because they frequently visit Chinatown and wanted to try something different, especially given the Yelp reviews. It lived up to expectations. I enjoyed my meal, and judging by how happy everyone else was, they did too. That alone says a lot. I ordered the Premium Saigon Pho, and it was exactly what I needed on a cold, wet evening--rich, flavorful, and comforting. That said, I couldn't help feeling a bit of food envy when I saw the Short Rib Pho, Hot Stone Pho, and the bún dishes arrive at the table. They all looked incredible, and I'll definitely be back to try them. The aesthetic was another highlight. Several people in our group said it reminded them of places back in Vietnam. Without that personal context, I still found the atmosphere immersive, as if stepping into a rustic neighborhood café or market. The wooden seating areas with window-style partitions between tables added to the charm and made the space feel both cozy and authentic. Overall, this was a great experience: excellent food, memorable atmosphere, and a restaurant that handled a large, lively group with ease. I'd happily return.

Been here 3 times and the food and service is always great! I usually order the special saigon pho. Definitely recommend!

Love this pho spot! We always get Nhat as our server and she's amazing. I also love that their shrimp pho uses real, quality shrimp--not those small frozen ones you get at other places. That's exactly why I keep coming back!

Recently went to Saigon Corner and had a great experience. We visited on a weekday evening without reservations, and our party of seven was seated quickly, which was a nice start. We ordered a few staples, including the Fresh Spring Rolls (Goi Cuon), Grilled Beef Banh Mi (Banh Mi Bo), and the Special Pho (Pho Dac Biet). Fresh Spring Rolls (3.5/5): Filled with shrimp and paired well with a rich peanut sauce. Tasty, but felt a bit pricey at $12 for what you get. Grilled Beef Banh Mi (5/5): The standout. The bread had a great balance of crunch on the outside and softness inside, packed with flavorful, saucy marinated beef. Every bite hit. Special Pho (3.5/5): Huge portion, especially on the broth side. The soup itself was flavorful and filling, but I was hoping for more meat and noodles, especially given the price compared to other pho spots in Las Vegas. Overall, a solid and satisfying meal with a wide variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes. I'd definitely come back to explore more of the menu next time, especially items like the escargot.

Have been coming back and ordering the same items over and over because they are always so delicious and consistent. Our go to items are: Hot Stone Pho, Beef Rib Pho, Special Pho, Special Bun, Egg Rolls, and Grilled Pork Jowl and Okra. This time we had more people and finally tried the Saigon Beef Dip Dip. Although I am not a big fan of rice vinegar, the presentation of this dish was awesome. The beef quality was decent and it came with many other ingredients for the wrap. Always loved their decor and atmosphere. They really make you feel like you're in Vietnam. Service has always been pleasant and friendly.

I love this place so much, i almost don't want to tell more people. The food is consistently amazing. Tonight we got the shrimp patty roll, short rib pho and he got the pork bun with egg roll. We also order 2 amazing drinks that were so tasty: a pandas drink with sea salt foam and a tropical drink with passion fruit. The portions are so generous. The service is always always always great. Love sitting in a booth. Very cozy and comfy.

I love the interior design. It gave a street food vendor atmosphere and all the food was so delicious. We were worried it would take a while to be seated considering there was quite a line out the door, but we managed to get in within 10 min. The server was helpful in giving recommendations and attentive to checking up on my table. We started the order with a very flavorful beef carpaccio that came paired with rice crackers and Asian periwinkle escargot in the garlic butter sauce. Both had such beautiful presentations and were tasty, but it definitely felt like you had to work for the escargot! Maybe there's an easier method, but I felt like you really needed to get some leverage with those wooden picks into the shell. Not to mention it is quite messy, so I think having gloves would have been a huge help. The pho sac biet and side of grilled chicken + the bun dac biet were great entrees.

Stopping by in Vegas. This time, we're excited to see that there were actually a couple of restaurants with larger snail options on their menus in comparison at this time to not really seeing any a couple years ago. When we were here last. When you first walk inside, you'll be amazed at the interior design. It's set up like it's if you're in the streets in the city of Vietnam. Very clean and once again, just has very good eye appeal to the décor. staff were very nice and very helpful when ordering. And even double-checking to make sure you know which specific dishes were being made that night or being available. We ordered many different snail dishes. Along with some clams and oyster. They were very fresh, tasted great. Well, seasoned and had really great spicy flavor. We definitely want to come back again for the other parts of there menu offerings. Definitely recommend.

Saigon Corner is one of my go-to Vietnamese spots in Las Vegas. Every time I come here, I already know exactly what I'm ordering because it never disappoints. The escargot with Saigon garlic butter sauce is a must. I always pair that with their fried egg rolls, which are perfectly crispy. For the main dish, the short rib pho is outstanding. The broth is flavorful, and the short rib is tender. It's so comforting and satisfying. Everything feels well-prepared and consistent, which keeps me coming back.

The open kitchen and noodle-making station added so much to the experience. You can watch the chefs handcraft the noodles right in front of you, which was both entertaining and impressive. They offer several noodle styles, including hand-pulled, knife-shaved, and regular noodles. We were so fascinated that we actually moved from our table to seats at the bar so we could get a closer look at the noodle-making process. Both of us ordered the hand-pulled noodles, and it was definitely the right choice. The service was incredibly fast. In fact, our noodles arrived before our appetizers. Everything tasted fresh and made to order, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. We were so glad we took a taxi to try this spot because it ended up being one of our favorite meals. The food was packed with flavor and had a nice spicy kick. It was the kind of meal where every bite made you want another. Even when it started getting spicy, I couldn't stop eating because it was just that good. We ordered: Cucumber Salad ($7.38) Spicy Beef Dumplings ($9.25) Shang Beef Noodle ($15.97) Dan Dan Noodle ($13.97) Everything we ordered was delicious, but the fresh noodles were the star of the show. Between the vibrant atmosphere, the fun noodle-making experience, the quick service, and the incredible food, this place absolutely lived up to the hype. I would highly recommend checking it out.

We ordered the following: oriental fried rice / soy fry flat rice noodles / mixed vegetables sauteed in garlic / hainan chicken rice / roast duck noodle soup /xo green bean All of which are a good entry level dishes towards authentic asian food. Even taking into account the hike in prices by being on the strip, I think it's slightly overpriced for the wait we had to go through. We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. The tea was good. I must've had it refilled about three times. The husband got the Asahi draft. For the food orders, we started with the cholegi salad, takoyaki, and chicken karaage. While the cholegi salad was good, I'd have to say I've had better chicken karaage elsewhere. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to skip the chicken karaage next time. I'll be back again to try other things on the menu that I didn't get to try this time.
