Absolutely Amazing Find in Chinatown! I found this place on TikTok, then looked it up on Google and saw it had an incredible 4.9-star rating. Since 4.9 is about as high as it gets, I knew I had to check it out while I was in Las Vegas--and I'm SO glad I did! The restaurant is located in an older-looking plaza right in the middle of Chinatown. From the outside, it honestly doesn't look like much, but do not judge this place by the exterior! As soon as you walk inside, it's completely different. The restaurant is beautiful, very nicely decorated, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. We had a large group and were able to get accommodated last minute with absolutely no problem, which was a huge plus. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We all ordered our own entrees along with two appetizers, and everything came out surprisingly fast. Most importantly, the food was absolutely incredible! Everything we tried was delicious, and we had no complaints whatsoever. I completely understand why this place has such a high rating. It's one of those spots you might drive right past without thinking twice, but once you walk inside and try the food, you realize what a hidden gem it is. Five stars all around! I got the #1 beef combo pho, my sis got the sliced filet mignon pho, my dad got the grilled pork vermicelli bowl, my hubby got the grilled beef vermicelli bowl! This pho spot really blew our minds with its cleanliness, presentation, and great pricing. The entire theming is simply gorgeous. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a chic waiting area with a water wall and traditional Vietnamese themed murals. We both had some pho of course, I had the rare steak and my husband had the combo. Both had SO much meat. A really nice thing is the meatballs are included with a combo, no up-charge to include it. Our orders were taken and the food came out quick. Besides the amazing food, this place is amazingly clean. It smells really nice which is not something I would notice about a restaurant. Stopped by on a Saturday around 11am. A friend called ahead and got us a table for ~10, which was helpful because there was a line out the door. Everyone was happy with their meals; a few of us got spring rolls to share. I got a bun bo hue with thin noodles, which was very tasty. For our larger group, they brought out toppings/accompaniments for dishes beforehand, so there's some due diligence to grab your bean sprouts, etc. Also got a few things to go, which were promptly prepared and packed. Came here for lunch before heading back to Phoenix on a Monday afternoon. Ordered Combination Pho 2x and Combination Bun Bo Hue. Flavors and portion size were decent. Nothing spectacular tbh. IMO overpriced. At the premium price point, I was expecting premium quality/portion size - neither bowl hit the mark. Service was solid. The server spoke Vietnamese and great English which is not always the case with Vietnamese restaurants. Food came out fast, though the restaurant was not very busy. Had steady customers but less than half occupied. The interior was nice. Their waiter station could use a revamp and bathrooms could be kept a little more cleaner and brighter. But overall clean, modern and spacious. Lunched here with my mom, wife and 2 young kids and were accommodated very well. Overall, based on food quality and value - 3 stars. Nothing special for the premium price point is an average restaurant in my book. I'm not a local but if I was, there's no way this is my go-to Vietnamese joint. Not in this economy. Am I cheap? No - I'll pay the higher price tag if it's worth it - give me generous amounts of meats and noodles and the value will be there. But when it's an average bowl of pho with barely enough noodles, all broth... it's just not worth the higher price tag. Most likely won't be coming back next time I'm in Vegas. read more

My husband was interested in the Short Rib Pho and I the Oxtail Bun Bo Hue. Walking into the establishment, it was beautifully decorated and looked very classy with the Saigon aesthetic. We were seated right away and the service was quick. However, when my meal arrived, the broth looked clear and just like pho so I had thought they made a mistake. The staff told me that it was indeed Bun Bo Hue just with barely any spice and paste at all. It did not have it's signature orange-color. Why did I have to add more to adjust it to my taste? Why did it not come prepared as is? I just wanted to enjoy Bun Bo Hue and was disappointed. This made me think they are trying to make the BBH less or not spicy at all which is also supposed to be it's signature flavor. After 10 years of visiting Vegas and I was very disappointed for what I was told is suppose to be one of the top pho spots in Vegas. The pho arrived and the stock was immediately noticeably darker than the clear beef broth that is customary. The raw slices of beef was just clumped in on top. The bun bo hue broth lacked a depth of flavor. You tasted the fish sauce but it missed the punch of chili oil and the broth overall was weak. I didn't notice any pork blood or pork hock but there was a nice piece of beef bone in there. 7/10 overall. The service was attentive and nice but the broth for both dishes need work. This location of Pho & Beyond is very well decorated and very spacious. What drew us to coming here was the were open early and the affordable prices. They are located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. The moment you walk in you see a nice waterfall set up and neon signs and a display of Vietnamese cultural decor. Staff were so welcoming the whole time. Everyone with a smile on their faces as if you were being hosted inside their home. The location is huge bar-top seating area. They were 10 plus tables in the main dining area as well all varying in seating size. We decided to get the shrimp spring rolls and the grilled beef banh mi. They bring over a pitcher of water for the table and utensils/plates. The springs rolls were displaying nicely and taste very fresh. The banh mi was crispy and flavorful. The beef was cooked perfectly and the banh mi was well put together as a whole. I loved eat bite and it tasted like an authentic style banh mi. Total bill came out to $24 for both items. The prices were great and totally worth it for a party of 2 people. A solid spot for Vietnamese cuisine in this part of Chinatown Vegas. I highly recommend! I came here with my husband on the last day of our Vegas trip. We needed a quick bite before our long drive home. We came shortly after they opened. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the highly decorated waiting area. I appreciated their effort in transporting their guests to Vietnam. We were greeted by the staff members and were sat right away. The seating area was very nice too. There were many tables and booths, and there was artwork along the walls (if I'm remembering correctly). I decided to go with the Shrimp Spring Roll appetizer and my husband ordered the Grilled Beef Bahn Mi. The spring rolls were good. The shrimp pieces were sweet and evenly distributed. The veggies had that nice, fresh crunch to them. I appreciated that they were cut in half so I didn't have to worry about the contents falling out each time I took a bite. This was such a busy pho spot in the weekend! We walked in and there was almost no space to even wait inside, so we ended up calling in an order for to-go. It was super loud inside with all the people so we waited outside. There were lots of tables, but every seat was taken. There were also a couple benches in the waiting area.
