Solid phõ. HUGE portions. Very attentive staff. EXQUISITE restaurant. Spouse had the rib eye phõ which he devoured. My flank phõ was very tasty but not a cut I'd order again so that is on me 100%. The broth was soooooo deep, rich and crystal clear. A solid choice in Sin City.

I'm always in the mood for some good pho whenever I visit the west coast. Vegas is no exception. I had to try the bun bo hue here which did not disappoint. Portions were huge, the seating is ample with a large storefront. It was completely worth the drive here!

Their ca kho and canh chua are so good, it takes time to make them both so call ahead in advance, but the flavors were great. Their pho was also good, but this place amazed me with their ca kho and canh chua!!!

After 10 years of visiting Vegas and I was very disappointed for what I was told is suppose to be one of the top pho spots in Vegas. The pho arrived and the stock was immediately noticeably darker than the clear beef broth that is customary. The raw slices of beef was just clumped in on top. The bun bo hue broth lacked a depth of flavor. You tasted the fish sauce but it missed the punch of chili oil and the broth overall was weak. I didn't notice any pork blood or pork hock but there was a nice piece of beef bone in there. 7/10 overall. The service was attentive and nice but the broth for both dishes need work. Not up to DC/LA/Philly Viet standards.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and beautiful this Vietnamese pho spot is--you really can't tell from the outside, but once you walk in, it's a great atmosphere. The food came out quickly, hot, and in generous portions. We ordered the tamarind fried chicken wings, bun bo hue, and pho. The wings were crispy and flavorful, with a tangy sweetness that reminded me a bit of Korean tangsuyuk-style sauce--definitely a standout. The bun bo hue had a rich flavor, especially after adding extra chili from the table, and they were generous with the meat. I do wish it included pork blood and thinner slices of pork, but overall still a solid 4/5. The pho also had plenty of meat, but the broth lacked some depth and complexity for me--I'd love to taste more star anise and rock sugar in it. I'd rate it around 3.5/5. One fun perk: if you leave them a Google review, they give you a complimentary drink. No wonder it had such a high ratings on google!! 5 stars for 3k + review. Definitely try their Vietnamese iced coffee--it's worth it. Overall, I'd come back when I'm craving Vietnamese food, and I'm especially interested in trying their Hainan chicken next time.

Food was a bit disappointing and the AC in the dining area is barely there on a hot day. I got a fried chicken pho, but the fried chicken was smelly. The hubby got a grilled chicken vermicelli but the chicken wasn't that grilled or smoky. Tamarind wings were too sweet.

So glad to finally try this place, and it did not disappoint. My Pho tai and broth was so yummy, it reminded me of homemade cooking, and I'll tell you my mom knows how to make some delicious broth too. Our server was super friendly and attentive, and this restaurant is nicely decorated. Located in the Griffs pool hall and Ramen boys shopping center. I am ready to go back and try some more, they have a lot to offer!

Great pho place just off Spring Mountain Rd. Make sure not to leave any valuables in the car! Big parking lot and modern decor inside. The egg rolls were a standout. They were fresh, authentic and served crispy hot. The pho had a tasty broth. It was a generous portion of meat. The service was friendly and fast. The pho is a little pricey at nearly $20 a bowl.

We tried this location on a Saturday afternoon. The location is near downtown in a strip mall area. Upon entering, there is a waterfall on glass art piece. The interior decoration is colorful and welcoming. We ordered Beef Chow Fun and Pho. They were both good. The service was good.

This location of Pho & Beyond is very well decorated and very spacious. What drew us to coming here was the were open early and the affordable prices. They are located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. The moment you walk in you see a nice waterfall set up and neon signs and a display of Vietnamese cultural decor. Staff were so welcoming the whole time. Everyone with a smile on their faces as if you were being hosted inside their home. The location is huge bar-top seating area. They were 10 plus tables in the main dining area as well all varying in seating size. We decided to get the shrimp spring rolls and the grilled beef banh mi. They bring over a pitcher of water for the table and utensils/plates. The springs rolls were displaying nicely and taste very fresh. The banh mi was crispy and flavorful. The beef was cooked perfectly and the banh mi was well put together as a whole. I loved eat bite and it tasted like an authentic style banh mi. Total bill came out to $24 for both items. The prices were great and totally worth it for a party of 2 people. A solid spot for Vietnamese cuisine in this part of Chinatown Vegas. I highly recommend! I wouldn't mind coming back for a quick bit! Thank you, Pho & Beyond! ( ^_^)b

The special pho was just excellent, and had the right ratio of broth, vegetables and noodles. The flank, and rare steak was incredibly tender, and I could t wait for each next bite. The place was really nice, with a casual setting that had street food vibes paying homage to its home country roots. Very very quick and observant staff, who were always around but not pestering. This place is my new go to spot for Pho and as a very enthusiastic Pho fan, especially here in Las Vegas, that is an incredible spot for one place to take. High marks, and couldn't recommend more.

Despite being there well before closing time, we were denied service. If you want to stop serving customers at 9:30 PM, then your hours should reflect that. Don't advertise that you're open until 10:00 PM if you're going to turn people away 30 minutes earlier. To make matters worse, the lady who answered the door was extremely rude and acted like she couldn't care less about the customers or the business. There was no apology, no explanation, and certainly no effort to be welcoming. We made the trip expecting to dine here based on the posted hours and left feeling frustrated and disrespected. There are plenty of restaurants that honor their business hours and treat customers with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. I won't be coming back.

One day I'll get an amazing Banh Khot with a crispy outside and a delicious soft center.. the next time I'll get a mushy dish that isn't cooked all the way and tastes like raw rice cake. Their pho and bun rieu, taste a bit like, it was made to cater to this side of town. If you know what I mean. The sauce they make for the Nem Nuong, taste strange and its not the usual peanut sauce. But, why do I keep coming back? Why oh why. They have dishes that other Vietnamese places on this side of town do not have. The menu goes beyond the usual pho, vermicelli bowls, and broken rice plates. It's hard to find some of these specialties without driving across town. Like I said, when it hits, it hits. When it doesn't, well .. I'll just keep rolling the dice.

Typically I get the Chicken or Beef Pho, but on this visit, I went for the Pork Udon. The soup comes out temperature hot (a must!) and the broth is so good. The contrast of wrapping the crisp egg roll in a piece of lettuce is a texture that I love. Lastly, I always get a side of their Charbroiled Pork as well.
