My fav Pho place to go to, clean dine in, fast take out, friendly people, & great food.

Well this is not exactly authentic Vietnamese food or pho. It was a bit disappointing. Their egg rolls are good but the pho and spring rolls were ok. Their noodles were a bit hard and meat was chewy. Also don't expect sit-down service. This place is like a waba grill. Order from the menu at the counter and sit down like Popeyes. The pho was too bland. Broth was disappointing. And to my surprise the mystery meat is COVERED IN HAIR. It looks as if it was dropped on the floor and picked back up, or if someone shaved their face over it! I am just so disgusted! Still kept coming to this place, i purchase from this place 3-5x a month, in the past orders, it's been harder and harder to get a hold of them. Today, it was 5 times I called, no answer. Ordered the pho trio with a side of extra noodles, an order of shrimp spring rolls, and an order of vegetable egg rolls. The noodles were overcooked and when I added the side of extra noodles to my broth it just broke into little pieces, just horrible! The shrimp spring rolls were so old that the ends were so hard and crisp it was inedible, the vegetable egg rolls filling seemed spoiled, the cabbage was sour. Never again! If they were closer to us I would've turned around and asked for a refund instead of throwing it away. Don't waste your time because the quality sucks! read more

Hands down the best Pho in the HD. I loveee this place so much! Even when it's hot outside I still crave it.

I've been coming here for 7 years and nothing beats the taste and price. The best pho I've ever had and I keep trying different places.

Went here the other day & decided to give it a try. For the line and place being busy I was still able to enjoy my meal & food came out on a great time ! The food here is very good recommend getting the spicy shabu and fried rice. This place used to be a great spot, don't know what happened since COVID hit, but the food just does not taste the same anymore. Vermicelli bowl had different noodles,almost using like. The pho base broth had a funky taste to it, didn't have that signature broth taste it's has for years. Egg rolls were supremely greasy, I took one bite and literally oil squirted out the side, definitely something is amiss here. Will I return? Dunno will let time decide that factor. Maybe 6 months later and compare again. Oh well some places just can't keep their taste to going forever. Some places are the exception still after 20+years Thai lotus still taste the same.why? Nice place, great food... the only complaint I have is the beef in their pho... they've been adding more and more fat with it. Last two times I've gone, its been more and more every time. I've gone to pho Bellwood and zero fat. It's $2 more for their trio pho plate, but... no fat. Other than that... it's a good place to eat. read more

Got takeout pho I had a regular bowl number 15. The broth sucked didn't have a good flavor and tasted super salty, the meats were very fatty. I don't know about coming back again for pho specifically. My strawberry boba tea was good so I'll give them that. Might give it another chance but trying different dish. read more

I really believe that this is the best PHO we've ever tasted!!! We usually go here on our way to Vegas and going back to LA because of fast service, nice staff and the great food of course! I love their Avocado smoothie, it's not that sweet and taste just right. We also ordered the Combination Fried Rice and Vietnamese Eggrolls and recommended to our friends. They love it too and ordered more and brought home for their children. They will also definitely come back in Pho Kobe Victorville. This is one of the better pho restaurant in the high desert. We came over for dinner after church service one Sunday. It seemed to me to be a chain but it was interesting as they had a mixture of Asian dishes where pho and buns were some of the offerings in addition to sushi rolls and other dishes. There's even a yakisoba noodle dish as well as various fried rice plates. Definitely an Asian Fusion joint so I was hoping everything was decent. My friends all wanted pho but realizing this place wasn't an authentic Vietnamese restaurant, I wasn't so sure about the broth being as flavorful and authentic as it should be. That being the case, I decided it would be safer to go with a Vietnamese bun dish which is the cold vermicelli noodle dish that is topped with meat and veggies. They had a few different types but I went with the Steak and Shrimp Bun bowl which also came with eggrolls. This was $8.50 and though the other smaller bun dishes would have sufficed, I really wanted the eggrolls which the smaller dishes didn't come with. I asked about this because at most traditional Vietnamese restaurants, bun dishes always come with eggrolls but the server said that's just how they do it. Okay, not authentic, I get it. The bowl was pretty good. The sauce that you pour over could have been a tad bit more flavorful but I still was satisfied with my meal. My friends seemed to like their pho although admitting it wasn't the best they've had. They also serve boba drinks and smoothies if you want dessert. Since it's close to the location where we have our Mitzvah studies every week, I'm sure I'll get a chance to stop by again soon. read more

Have not been here for a year or so, prices have gone up, service is quick, unfortunately they still don't pick and clean the tables quickly so new patrons can sit. No napkins on several tables or other items that should be checked as they do clean the tables, leaving it at 4 stars becuase of the food taste. read more

Still my favorite pho soup. Their serving are big and prices are cheaper than others. The reason for the reduced star is the asian lady who is in charge of taking orders and handing out orders. She seems to not be in a very good mood. Like if customers are a bother to her. I get it, there are employee shortages. This place is always super busy and she's running around like a chicken with the head cut off. I'm not asking for a perky attitude all the time. Or killing me with kindness kind of attitude. Maybe try a small smile and a hello. Don't rush a paying customer and actually let them speak without walking away and doing a million other things at the same. Also, they close too early and are rude if you walk in 20 minutes before closing. The restaurant is full and they will yell out that they are closed. If your closed, then lock your doors. Continue with the great food and smoothies with bobas ( also my favorite) and change the attitude. read more
