Went during soft opening so will post a follow on review once the kinks are worked out. So far, food was ok but not much better than other Vietnamese restaurants. The Bun Rieu had no Flavor in the broth but the soft shell crab was good. I would probably skip this. The pho zilla orders weren't available and neither were the platters. Nothing with oxtail or beef Rib bone was available. The pork chop lemon grass plate looked good and would come back for. Service was very slow and took us over 30 mins to get our order. Will come back and write a full review when they are fully opened.

Bone marrow pho - amazing. Crispy dumplings - simply delicious as well.

Delicious bone marrow pho. I'm always craving it now. Perfect choice of stone pot pho to keep the broth piping hot as well as the bone marrow I like the simple nice modern decor and ambiance. Their regular pho also delicious. Wanna go back for more bone marrow pho!

First time ordered the crab tomatoes noodle with crab meat and blood pudding, and the sliced meat and fried tofu with add on fried soft shell crab. Crab came later was still delicious. Others ordered the bone marrow said it was okay made the soup more fatty. Chicken wings were delicious crunchy with glistening fish sauce. 2nd time going to this restaurant after the initial visit everything tasted good. Came in for the holiday promotion where you get 3 mains and an appetizer platter and 3 drinks with coupons to use for next visit. 25$ spend to use 5$ dollar off. Got the beef rib so delicious, crab tomatoes noodles with 1st time review items consistently good. Broken chicken rice flavourful nice char small veggies and broken rice with egg. The platter was also delicious ( crunchy spring roll, wonton, rice roll, noodles lettuce, mango salad shrimp Chip). The ice coffee with salty foam taste like tiramisu latte well worth to get, thai milk tea was also good. Combing both review. Food is consistently good. Washrooms on the main floor. Only issue is the Inside door doesn't close and all the cold air gets let in from the front door because of air pressure flow difference. Lots of free parking on site in the plaza.

I visited Pho Le for dinner last night and had a really comforting meal. The highlight for me was the pho dac biet. The broth was rich, warm, and full of flavor, and the beef was generous and tender. It was the kind of bowl that felt simple, comforting, and very satisfying for dinner. We also ordered cha gio, which were crisp on the outside and flavorful inside, and a rice plate with grilled meats and a fried egg that made the meal feel even more complete. I liked having a mix of lighter and heartier dishes on the table, and everything worked well together. The atmosphere felt casual, cozy, and easygoing, which made it a nice place to relax over dinner. Service was also smooth and friendly during the visit.

Super yummy pho spot! I've been here twice now, and both visits were amazing. They often run great promotions too this time we caught their Holiday Fest deal: $79 for 3 mains, 1 appetizer or meat platter, and 3 drinks. Honestly, it was a lotttt of food. It easily could feed 4 adults, we ate a ton and still had leftovers. The drinks were all so good and packed with flavor. We ordered the Thai milk tea, green Thai milk tea, and Vietnamese coffee. My favorite was definitely the green Thai milk tea, very rich, fragrant, and not watered down at all. The pho itself was steaming hot, super hearty, and full of comforting, savory flavor. Every bite was great. The appetizer platter was also really good because it let us try a bit of everything, and my fav was the wings. Overall, everything we ordered was a hit. The service was great too, friendly and efficient, with food coming out pretty quickly. Definitely make sure to join the waitlist, especially on weekends. The space isn't huge, but there's a decent amount of seating, and they're happy to push tables together for larger groups. I also love the interior.

deep, meaty southern‑Vietnamese broth, generous cuts of beef, and a flavour profile that's richer and slightly sweeter than most local pho shops. What stood out to me was the laksa. the broth was rich, aromatic, and Southeast Asian-leaning, with a flavour profile that reminds you of Thai-style soups.

This is a small but busy restaurant, so be prepared to wait for a table. They have a queuing system to alerts your phone number but we had a bit of an issue where they cancelled our table because they said we didn't reply within 5 minutes even though our phone timestamp showed we replied within a minute. The staff was a bit sassy about the situation but seated us anyway. The food was pretty good. I had the Bun Rieu Cua Chien Gion with soft shell crab which was tasty and had lots of toppings. The soft shell crab was a pre decent size and fried well. I also enjoyed the kumquat sugar cane juice which was very refreshing.

We have been eager to try Pho Le since this restaurant was recommended by Michelin. And we finally had the chance to go there today! It was nice, though it wasn't amazing. I think my experience aligns with many previous reviews on Yelp. The service is okay, but it definitely does not make me feel it's a "Michelin-recommended" level of service. Some of them even felt impatient. I guess it's just because they were too busy, and I feel it was understaffed. This restaurant needs more employees to fit the number of its customers. It also has a strange policy: it charges an extra 15% of the total fee when there are more than 6 people. Why are we punished when we bring more customers to your restaurant? It does not make any sense. I am not stupid. Of course, I know it's because bigger tables occupy more space in the restaurant. However, it may be the WORST and STUPIDEST policy I've ever seen. You have so many ways to increase the turnover rate, why use the one that would irritate customers? The food was average. The best one was the fresh roll with shrimp, but that's just a side of the combo. It really could've been better

Service is good, food is good but the spring roll is a bit too tiny. Lots of parking in plaza Restaurant is quite small, but seating is good, clean and it was pretty packed after 6pm.

No line on a weekend around noon. We got our big table accommodated 8 ppl and had mandatory 15% service charge which is quite fair. I got the rare beef and beef ball pho and the soup base was quite sweet and clear, does not feel too heavy. I feel like they extended their menu quite a bit especially with their drinks selection!

We had come at the lunch hour. It will get busy so come a bit earlier. When you hear Michelin, one feels you must try their food. We tried two of their signature dishes. Pho with Beef Ribs Personally I prefer fresh noodles but only dried noodles are offered. My beef ribs were not fall off the bone beef which was what I was expecting. I brought the leftovers home, and I cut off the beef with a scissors and recooked the broth. The beef ribs meat became more tender. Beef Bone Marrow I think the bone marrow was not fully roasted or not roasted sufficiently and to me it did not taste delicate as I have had at other restaurants, it just tasted fatty. The broth came out steaming hot. For the beef bone marrow broth, all the raw ingredients should be added as soon as possible to ensure the heat from the stone bowl cooks the ingredients. Food 3/5 Service 3.5/5 Ambiance 3/5 I think I enjoyed the bone marrow beef more at Electric Piggy. There is parking in this busy strip mall.

I came here a year ago and didn't have the best impression. Decided to give it another try. I got the laksa this time and it was really flavourful. It had lots of toppings. Compared to other pho places, it's definitely on the smaller side. I left content but not super full. The service was quick, the atmosphere is really cute and nicely decorated. It wasn't very busy on a Wednesday evening. I didn't have to wait in line for a table. A nice spot for pho or laksa but not sure if it's my go-to spot...

Pho Le is a fusion Vietnamese restaurant with Singaporean & Malaysian twists. While it is definitely on the pricier side for pho and Vietnamese cuisine, their food is definitely worth the price tags. Aside from their super flavourful pho (don't sleep on their laksa pho), the snacks are amazing, especially their fish sauce chicken wings. The place is cozy, comfortable and very clean/well maintained, and the service is standard. Just to note you may need to wait for a long time, so call ahead to gauge if you have places to be.

We had the soy sauce wok fried chicken rice noodle, which is what I usually love. They had just barely enough wok hay. The duck tasted ok, but the flavour was a little mild (and I have a very simple palate). It was ok. The skin was excellent though! The YC fried was huge. Overall good taste, but the BBQ pork was a tad too sweet for me. I prefer Auric King's BBQ pork instead. The guy server was super nice and attentive. He asked for feedback and suggestions. We suggested an "all day meal" menu like the traditional hk cafe. The vibe is very 80s Hong Kong style. Very aesthetic, like Garden Cafe, who also does the same style. Check out my interior pics to see! Tables and bowls are a little sticky though lol. Overall, I might come back when they have an all day menu. I see most people ordering noodles, probably because the portions aren't as massive. As of right now, they have the white menu for non members, which is BOGO half off. Also, $30 for lifetime VIP.

The dish comes with a thick flat super chewy ribbon noodle. It doesn't look like a big portion, but the noodles never seem to end! We particularly loved the aromatic garlicy spicy oil, which was full of umami and slightly sweet. It coated the noodles perfectly without making it seem like a noodle soup. The spice doesn't hit you at first, but sure enough it comes back with a vengeance. Be cautious if you decide to up the spice levels! It comes with quite a bit of seafood - scallops, baby abalone and crawfish tails. We've never really had crawfish tails in Chinese cuisine, so this was quite interesting. Make sure to suck on the tail before you de-shell to really get all the umami, and then dip the tail back into the spicy oil for a burst of flavour. Surprisingly, the chewy texture of the seafood complemented the noodles really well. Customer service here is impeccable. We saw nearby tables with phone holders, which we suspect you can request if you want to eat and watch your videos in peace. The staff also hand out individually packaged plastic bibs and gloves to avoid the oil from slashing onto your clothes and will top up your napkin supply without asking. The restaurant has a couple of tables but noticeably, some long benches that run throughout. We were sat in the middle, and were asked kindly by the Owner to move to the end of the table once a bigger party arrived. We had no issues with this, but the Owner decided to give us free pop and apologized for the inconvenience. So nice! Little surprise - there's a Beef Noodle Special after 8:30pm on Monday-Thursday. "Authentic hand pulled noodles in slow-simmered beef bone broth". Sounds like music to my ears - can't wait to come back and try this one out.

The broth was fragrant though not as spicy as I would have preferred. And The vegetables that came with the soup were crispy and fresh. Overall, I enjoyed my visit I will be back to try some of their dumplings and other soup options. Of course with the thick noodles:) I definitely recommend coming here as the service and the food was exceptional.

We ended up getting the ham macaroni soup with a cheese ham sandwich combo, along with the O Street signature beef sandwich and fries from their new menu. Despite how busy it was on a Saturday, the food came out at a pretty reasonable speed, which I appreciated. The macaroni soup was just okay, very much the kind of simple comfort food that fills you up, but nothing especially memorable. I was most excited for the signature beef sandwich, but it didn't fully meet my expectations. The burger/sandwich itself was smaller than I imagined, and it only had about 2-3 pieces of beef brisket inside with marinated bell peppers and their homemade sauce. The sauce leaned sweeter than expected, which might work for some people, but personally I was hoping for something more savoury and more generous with the beef. However, the brisket was tender, which was a win... ish. Overall, still a decent spot if you're craving classic HK cafe vibes and variety, especially for a casual meal with family.
