The peanut sauce was a touch too thick and lacked dimension in flavor. Ingredients inside the rolls were fresh but would've been improved with a little mint, basil, or other fresh herb. Seafood pho was decent, but I longed for a fish ball, fish cake, or other item besides the imitation krab. I picked out the squid because it was too chewy. Our server was cheerful and pleasant, and parking was super easy just outside the front door. I also love that there are so many windows in the dining area so you can enjoy the sunlight, especially during the summer. The menu has so many options and you can't go wrong with any of them. The food is already flavorful on its own but there are plenty of condiments at the tables like chili oil and peanuts. Service is always warm and welcoming, like you're having a meal at a family's home.
