What a great spot when you're craving for pho! I ordered their pho. Order came out very quickly. First sip of their broth and you know someone been simmering back in the kitchen for hours. The only downside to this pho would be, this place adds more meats and tripe than noodles. Some people would appreciate that but I'm a noodle kinda guy. Meats were fresh and delicious. Staff are always nice and polite. Restaurant weren't very big. I would say maybe 8 tables. They did a good job decorating the place. Makes you feel like you're in Vietnam. I had a serious craving for a Banh Mi. On our way back from a hike we ordered takeout from Pho Cali. We got the pork, chicken, and beef banh mi, an order of the chicken wings and the summer shrimp rolls. The chicken banh mi reigns supreme. The meat was juicy, had smokey but slightly sweet flavor. All the veggies were fresh and the pickled carrots were so delicious. The chicken wings were still crispy even after our 20 minute drive home and the shrimp rolls were fresh, delicate and an excellent starter. Both dishes were replete with fresh vegetables. The pork seemed a little industrial but fairly typical. I tried the P1 Traditional Vietnamese Full Flavor Phô (Rice Noodle Soup w Rare Steak, Well Done Brisket, Flank, Fatty Brisket, Tendon, Meatball & Tripe). A modest plate of fresh sprouts, basil, and jalapeño arrived before the phô. The broth was delicious and the star of the show. The large is large indeed. There was plenty of melt-in-your mouth tendon, and the brisket is excellent. If you need a phô fix, Pho Cali is a great spot. read more

I love coming here in this plaza because there is just so many diverse food places nearby. I choose Pho Cali because I love authentic Vietnamese pho, their Bahn Mi sandwiches are also pretty good. I chose pho because today was pretty cold and I enjoyed my pho. My friends also got other items from their menu and were both satisfied and said it was delicious. The vibe here is pretty cool with all the neon light and the appetizers were also good! Kinda bummed they ran out of pork buns but it's pretty late and it's a popular item. The manager is so nice and kept checking up on us. He asks if we like the food and how was it with a smile. If you're looking for some Vietnamese type foods, I recommend this place :) read more

After our night out in AC we needed some comfort food and decided to have some Pho. We went in the afternoon and it was pretty busy inside. We were a group of six and we got seated fast. The lady taking our order was very welcoming and friendly, she had a smile on her face the whole time. To start we had the A8 which was the beef summer rolls with a peanut sauce 10 out of 10 soo good. We also got the A15 bao bun with charbroiled beef, also a 9 out of 10. For our soups we all mainly got the P7 which was Pho rice noodle soup with well done brisket. They served that with complimentary beansprouts, sauces, jalapenos, basil and lime. We all loved the PHO 9/10; the broth was very flavorful and there was a decent amount of noodles. My sister and her boyfriend got the N15 which was a chicken broth Pho noodle soup with short rib beef on the side. The chicken broth was very good as well 9/10 but I liked the beef broth more. Staff was nice and the food was very good. Wish we lived closer so we could come more often but we will definitely be back! read more
