Great pho and service! Love the oxtail pho, super yummy! Even got offered a free icecream for my nephew. Very friendly and tasty broth! We also ordered pork lolipops, it had this white sauce on them... was kinda weird and tasted like sour mayonnaise. I know this was a soft opening for them. So i understand not everything on the menu was available. There were a few hiccups on our orders. I had the beef stew with noodles. Soup was great but my noodles was soggy. My friend ordered the vermicelli noodles and requested to add eggrolls in there. But the waiter brought out a whole order of eggrolls. He had to take it back because we didnt want to get charge for an extra $10... her noodles tasted like its been in the fridge where the moisture was suck out of it leaving it hard and dry. She had to wave down the waiter to bring her sauce to make it more manageable. (Twice) My boba tea didnt have any boba in it. I wasnt aware i had to add it as an extra topping. Our waiter explained it was his 2nd day. So he wasn't familiar with the menu. If he knew more about the menu and explained everything and was more thorough. Customer service would be splendid. My brother & I needed a new place to eat because we were getting into a habit of eating the same three places. We've been dying to try this place and we finally gave it a go. Thank goodness we did, we were instantly greeted and sat at a table, the ambiance is so warm & inviting. Our waitress was so helpful and exceptional with her service, she was super speedy and if we had any questions she was more than happy to answer everything. The food was beyond delicious it was like nothing I've tried before, it was our first time trying hot pot and I'll definitely come back for it. We also got the grilled pork spring rolls definitely recommend those as well! They were refreshing and savory! At the time we went it was a little busy but even with the constant flow of customers our waitress still made us feel super comfortable and taken care of! Living close by we were curious to try this place out. Walking inside, there was a very inviting atmosphere. I love the twinkle lights hanging near the windows. This was a terrible restaurant. We ate there and got very sick. All of us got food poisoning. We left after 20 minutes went to the mall and then my poor Son threw up all over in the mall. I gave this two stars because the staff is really nice & provide good service. The menu is so interesting. We could not wait to try the dishes. We ordered the fresh shrimp rolls & pork lollipops for appetizers. The shrimp rolls were delicious! I wish I would have stopped there. The pork lollipops come with a very sweet mayo sauce over them, we ate one, too sweet. A good fusion dish should have salty, spicy & a bit sweet. Then we split the pho burrito, again way too sweet almost like BBQ sauce but you could taste that it was hoisin, we ate two bites, so I tried the chicken salad. Thought it would be a safe bet but nope it was swimming in the dressing. I couldn't eat it. I was almost nauseous from being hungry so I did eat some of the chicken out of it. I would say if you must go here, get the dressing on the side for this salad. My husband had the beef pho but he couldn't taste the authentic anise or any spice other than beef broth. I told the waitress about the salad, kindly because I am never rude to servers, they work hard. However she discounted a mere 1.50 off a 88$ bill. We chalked it up to " oh well, we tried it, we won't be back." Still left 20% tip because that's who we are to servers. Pay it forward. Again- I would NOT recommend this place. Good fusion recipes can be found on Pinterest they should check it out! But hey the outdoor cats in our area loved the pile of leftovers worth 100$ we brought them! Pretty bad service and can't even get orders right. Ordered a grilled pork banh mi and sweet potato fries on the app, and it took them 20 minutes just to confirm the order. I watched my order ring on their iPad while multiple staff just walked by and ignored it. When I got my food, they gave me a baguette instead of the banh mi. I had to drive back to get my order fixed, and I asked for them to remake my fries because they got soggy from how long everything took. They just stuck my old fries back in the fryer and they came out super burnt. No compensation or even an apology for their incompetence and the inconvenience. read more

Went a few days ago and tried the fusion pho. It was okay. I asked the server if they had anything spicy and that's what she had recommended. However, when it came out it was more on the sweeter side and sort of bland. I also asked if they had any kid friendly meals and I was a little shocked that there was nothing on the menu for kids lol then another server came out to take our food order. I asked about their regular nachos and what was in them. He proceeded to name what was on them and I told him I only wanted nacho cheese, chicken and chips. When the robot brought them out they had some weird sauce on them that tasted like 1000 island. My kids did not like them. I also asked for regular ice tea and they brought me green tea but it was so bitter....The server never came back to check on us or how our food was. We only came here because their food pictures on Instagram looked sooo good! Boy, was I fooled lol On another note, the ambiance was okay. It was quiet with only one other table. Also, the lady who was behind the kitchen came out eating chips on the floor where we were all dining. That's gross, unprofessional and unsanitary! If I could give this 0 stars, I would. If you're vegetarian and thinking of coming here, please don't. There's no options on the menu for vegetarians and you'll be stuck ordering a side of rice with eggs. I'm not even joking. When we walked in, we were welcomed with a really nice interior, so no red flags went off in my head. As I approached my table, there was no utensils for my party (keep in mind.. they were there first and have been waiting for more than 15 minutes) and we basically had to go grab our own. When we finally ordered our appetizers and entrees, our waitress didn't confirm our order and walked away afterwards. She later came back saying that they were out of chicken rotisserie and keep in mind, my party never ordered that. I repeated twice that we never ordered that dish and she looked confused and quite honestly my whole party was baffled as well. Now if we're talking about food.. I didn't expect much because this is a fusion restaurant but man.. I was blown away. Most of the items were ordered were either too salty (we were drinking our water like no tomorrow) or it just wasn't what we expected at all. The Com Tam always comes with fish sauce on the side but I received nothing when it came out. My friend DID actually receive his sauce on the side and it was just straight up fish sauce out of the bottle (Three crabs Viet Huong type of vibe). It's a no for me. My husband got up in the middle of our meal to go throw up... He had no issues earlier in the day. I ordered the phorrito and they burnt my tortilla and made sure to have that on the inside. The burnt taste was too strong. I had to try to rip it off. Too much noodles in the burrito so the only flavor was the meat. Egg rolls were basic nothing special. Pho broth was good when I asked for a sample but didn't taste the same when I got my meal - strange. We tried coming before but when we walked up they said they were closing (2 hours before posted time) which was frustrating because we drove 30 min just to try since they post so much on Facebook. Disappointment. Will not return.. I just read another review saying her family got sick as well. This place offers food you cannot get anywhere else. The pho ritto is amazing. Have been there twice and both times there were issues in terms of customer service. First time we were there it took forever to take our order. Once we received our food the tacos we requested to be beef and nothing else came to us with everything. They apologized but offered no way to remedy the situation. Later on, a nice gentlemen connected to the owner, made tacos for us to go just the way we wanted them. Second visit was a mess. 1. As we are going to get seated we hear a man requesting to get a menu since he's been waiting a half an hour. 2. Not enough utensils and napkins provided for the amount of people at the table. Luckily, the station waa behind us and we helped ourselves. 3. Not enough waters were brought back for how many people requested them. 4. After about 20 minutes or so was told dirty horchata was not available. 5. Our orders arrived over a long period of time. One person had soup so started to eat before all food was delivered. This person finished eating prior to last person receiving their order. 6. Requested sweet and sour sauce to 3 different people. Finally someone told us they don't have it but have a chili sauce. 7. Once we received the last order it was incorrect, just like the last time we went. Requested them to fix it and they said ok. Then they came up to us and said there are a lot of orders in queue and if they can take it off our order. Not to mention they took the incorrect order away. This was an absolutely ridiculous question because was the person who ordered tacos suppose to just sit there and watch everyone else eat??? And have nothing??? We said no and said to go please. While waiting for the order after maybe 15 minutes we were told no more beef tacos so we requested chicken. This is unacceptable especially for a new restaurant. While we were waiting for a to go order a gentlemen went to check on his order after waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes. Also while waiting for the order we could hear the kitchen staff and the wait staff going back and forth. One conversation caught my attention to where customers changed their orders to go and the lady on the kitchen staff was giving the wait staff a hard time. So they go to bring us the bill finally after being here for a hour. I told our server that we never got our entree our the grilled chicken that we ordered with the side of rice that we did get. Instead of apologizing she walked off took those two items we didn't get off of our bill and brought it back about 5 minutes later . It's not like they were busy or understaffed.
