Had the crepe as an appetizer. Chicken and shrimp. One maybe two shrimps. Very bland flavour. The veggie Pho was lite and some flavour ( beef broth). Plenty of veggies cooked just right , crunchy not mushy The Curry was lite and had flavour and not too spicy. Service was good. Waiter explained what was asked. Ambiance needs a refresh. 94% food safety posted score. Would I come back? Probably not. I have had a wider variety of offerings in other places.

Just moved from South End to Huntersville and was craving some good pho. I stopped by Pho Nam, and I'm glad I did! It's a real hidden gem--nothing fancy, just a cozy, authentic spot that feels very much like a classic Asian eatery. You seat yourself, and the staff brings water to your table. I ordered the Pho Dac Biet, Goi Cuon (fresh shrimp rolls), Goi Cuon Dau Hu (fresh tofu rolls), and Tau Hu Xao Xa Ot (tofu with lemongrass and hot pepper). Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The pho had a rich broth with generous portions of meat, and the rolls were light and refreshing. Cannot forget the peanut sauce, it brings a lot to the rolls. The tofu dish had a great balance of spice and aroma from the lemongrass. Service was friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. If you're looking for delicious, no-frills Vietnamese food in Huntersville, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out!

First time here because I was in the area. Went based off places I googled. I order the pho dac biet and it was pretty decent. They have pretty decent amount of things on their menu. I wouldn't go here again just because it's not my cup of tea. It is a smaller spot. The food did come out quick. I was pretty full after eating the whole bowl. They share parking with other businesses. It seems like it was just the son and the dad working who is probably the cook. The service is good. He was nice and accommodating. Ambiance was a little mom and pop shop. This would be the place you go if you want something quick and easy.

Their beef pho is amazing! The broth has a nice kick without being overpowering, and the beef was cooked just right. The portions are large, making it a great value for the price.

The pho here has a rich and flavorful broth that tastes like it's been simmering for hours. The beef is tender and melts in your mouth. The noodles were slightly overcooked, but the freshness of the herbs made up for it.

Pho can cure just about anything. We were feeling little sick as we landed in Davidson so we needed some Pho and Pho to the rescue it was. We loved this little place our friend brought us to as it was their favorite Pho. Loved the pho the dry vermicelli bowl (although pork would have been better) and kids went nuts with the tofu. Good food and it did make us feel better instantly :) Highly recommend!

Great place in Cornelius. I work steps from this fine establishment and decided to go recently. Had the Grilled Chicken with rice. Absolutely fresh and delicious. Also sampled the Veggie Pho. Great broth. Veggies were crisp and tasty.

3.5 solid stars. The broth of the pho was delicious. Me and my hunny actually both really enjoyed the flavor of the broth. The meat was tender and delicious. They definitely cater to the area though. They don't have tendon. Big disappointment for me. The fresh spring rolls were a pass for us. The fried egg rolls were okay. Customer service was on point however. They were friendly.

Cha Gio (Crispy Egg rolls) OMG yes.

The service was friendly and reasonably fast given how busy they were. Now for the Stars of the show the Pho biet was amazing. Some of the best I've ever have. The broth was absolutely incredible. Very flavorful. The portion size is enormous. The picture is about 5% of the pho and maybe 15 to 20% of the rice dish. We split portions of both the rice is some of the best fried rice I've ever had beats anything I've ever had in Chinese restaurant apparently the Vietnamese use fish sauce instead of soy sauce. The beef was perfectly cooked the rice slightly aldente but perfect. The only problem is it's across town from me, but that's probably a good thing or I might be there three times a week

The restaurant has an eclectic, mismatched décor that felt more cluttered than charming. Combined with the sticky menus and food scattered across the floor, the space had an overall dirty feel. The pho was served with lemon wedges instead of lime. When I asked for lime, the server looked at me without saying anything and walked away. She eventually returned with lime wedges, so I assume she heard my request. The pho itself was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. Service felt rushed, and the staff seemed too busy to be attentive. It gave the impression that stopping by our table was an inconvenience rather than part of the dining experience. Given the restaurant's strong reputation and glowing reviews, I expected a much better overall experience.

The price was super reasonable as well! The inside is small but clean and well maintained. The tables are stocked with sauces and chili oil. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area! One of the specials was fried plantains (the sign may have said bananas?) They were so good! The savory and salty flavor from being fried blended so well with the slightly sweet and starchy plantain. There was a chocolate drizzle as well but it still wasn't overly sweet and all the flavors blended together so well. Honestly these would've been just as delicious with some salt and chili oil instead of the chocolate sauce. Definitely recommend trying these if they are still available as a special!

However, I gave it a 2 star because there was only one size bowl for pho dish and that is a small bowl which they charge $19.95. The meat was very minimal, only 3 pieces of low grade beef with a small oxtail on my bowl. There was no basil, and no fish sauce on the side. A glass of water should automatically be free with your order when dine in, instead they charge $3 for a 16 oz clear cup. They have water bottle on the menu for $3, but there was no water bottle available for customers. Very disappointed.
