This place is so nicely decorated for the Christmas time but it was sad that the bun bo hue was already sold out. We got their pho Dac biet or the combination Pho and it was alright. It was just a little salty and wished they added a little more meat. The service was great here. We also got their spring rolls which was good but they could have added mint and a little more shrimp

We came like 45 minute before it closed and the bun Bo hue was already sold out and I wanted to try it. Instead I got the combination Pho or Pho Dac biet and it was alright. They used very little meat and the flavor of the broth as it was the end of the day was a little salty. The inside is nicely decorated for Christmas and it was very nice. The spring rolls was alright, could have been better if mint was added and there was more shrimp.

We came here on a Friday evening after a recommendation from a friend about their Pho. It is located in a strip mall in Carrollton. The atmosphere is fast casual. We were promptly seated and placed our orders. Everyone loved their pho. We did feel like they did skimp on the amount of chicken in The Spring Rolls and Ban Mi. However, the flavors were good. We will come back again to give it another try. We did travel all the way from Irving since the Vietnamese food seems to be better in Carrollton.

Food is standard, but service lacked due to improper handling of a service dog for a disability. Every time I visit my friend, he always takes me to this pho spot since it's right next to his place. The food here is fine-pretty standard Vietnamese food, nothing unique. What I do appreciate is the service from one of the staff members, the boy with the glasses. He's always so sweet and helpful. My friend and his mom told me he used to be super shy, but you can really tell he's come out of his shell. He's genuinely kind and always makes the experience better. However, our most recent visit was off. We came in with my friend's mom, who brought her service dog. The moment we walked in, we saw two young girls working at the front, they were not welcoming and would keep walking past us as if we didn't exist. It took a long time for anyone to come assist us, and finally one of the young girls finally did, but it was only to ask us if that was a service dog (the harness said service dog in big hooded letters) and after she replied yes, she asked to see the service dog's card and that it was was mandatory for her to ask every time. It really wasn't an issue for us, but I just wanted to make it aware that it's actually against federal law to ask for documentation for service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Texas Workforce Commission. As someone who's worked in restaurants for years and dealt with service animals before, I think all staff should be trained properly on what they legally can and can't ask when it comes to service dogs. This felt like an improper handling of a situation involving a disability, and it made my friend's mom, a loyal regular, feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She even mentioned that the owner didn't come up to greet them like usual, which she found saddening. The only different thing about this visit was that she brought her service dog. Thankfully, the young boy with the glasses ended up stepping in to help us. He brought drinks and took our order in a timely manner. After he was already at our table, I noticed one of the girls came over, fixing her to note pad and getting ready to take our order, but quickly turned around when she saw he was already doing it. I wished I could've just only tipped him. Overall, I felt it was important to bring this up. The food is standard, but customer service matters and it wasn't right this time. That being said, I still appreciate the kindness of the young man who helped us. He's great and deserves recognition.

Don't see 4.5 stars often as I was looking forward to it. Came here last Friday night around730p. The place was about 40% full, so we were seated right away. Took about 5 min for someone to take the order as many staff members just stood near the kitchen. Once ordered, it was another 5 or 10 min, which was reasonable. But my go to place at Pho One always have it out within 3 or 4 min each time, so maybe we were spoiled. We ordered the large pho combination and pork over rice for my wife. Taste was average and I couldn't taste anything unique about for a 4.5 rated restaurant. For me wife, which I tasted the bbq pork, it was a bit dry and very sweet. If it was cook shorter time with less sugar, it would've been better. Overall, it was just an OK experience, but since it's a bit out of the way compared to my go to place in Lewisville, I'll likely not return.

Pho Pasture is usually my go to pho place but I was in the area and was craving pho so I decided to check this spot out. The restaurant is pretty big and spacious and has lots of tables available. I also went on Easter Sunday and they were open, which I appreciated. I ordered the beef pho with steak and lean brisket. The pho was so good!! It definitely hit the spot. I also got a Thai tea to go and that was pretty good as well. The customer service was great too! I will definitely be back to try more items.

Casual no-frills spot for great pho! The service was great, and our server Kelly was very friendly and helpful! The value was great too, with good portions of meat and super flavorful broth. I also thought adding meatballs was definitely worth it, and they have their own chili oil that really elevated the dish. Overall, Pho Big Bowl is a perfect restaurant for hitting that pho craving!!

Food is fine. Good ingredients, but lack of flavor of authentic BBH. Friendly service. Nice and clean restaurant.

Delicious food, I ordered a banh mi and crab wontons. Everything was really good. But the service was the best part - Katherine is so wonderfully sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. Make sure you sit in her section.

The Bun Bo Hue lacked flavor and spice. The kitchen was inefficient and we had to wait about an hour for our food to come out. Note: please prioritize dine in orders over take out when your internet is slow and kitchen is inefficient.

Stopped by today to give this place a try and it was a good choice! I got the regular sized sliced steak and brisket pho and a side of eggroll. This was the perfect meal for a cold day like today. The name does not lie this was a big bowl of pho! I also got a side of crab rangoons to go with a side of their house made chili oil. Their chili oil is very spicy but is also flavorful, I love that they make it in house. My server Jennie was welcoming and attentive. The food comes out fairly quickly and she stopped by to check on how everything was going multiple times. I definitely will have to be back to try their rice plates, I could smell the thit nuong cooking as I walked in!

Sandy, Kelly, and Debbie are the kindest people I have ever met and have the privilege to know. Food, Service, and Ambiance are consistently on point. We have not been here in a while, but whenever a Pho craving hits, this will always to be our go-to place. The vibe, energy, and aura of the space is welcoming. The broth to noodle ratio is perfect, the broth itself provides the perfect balance and contrast of flavor, and the meat (Brisket Pho for me; Chicken Pho for Mom) is tender and fresh. I have also tried their Banh Mi Sandwich, Vietnamese Spring Rolls, and Vermicelli Noodles with Fried Egg Rolls - all highly recommended. A dish that I really want to try on my next visit is the Beef Stew. It sounds delicious! Today, we were greeted by Lilah with a smile and she showed us to our booth. She was delightful, engaging, and attentive - Mom and I enjoyed our conversation with her and she is a wonderful addition to Pho Big Bowl. We also had the pleasure of meeting Jennie and chatting with her as well. Looking forward to seeing them both on future visits.

They have the absolute best grilled pork Banh Mi. You won't find another place that has it better. The cashier was super nice too.

I really liked the size of the pho. Additionally, they have their own in house chili sauce which is great!
