This was the perfect place to try viet food for the first time! I loved it, I got the N3 and it was delicious as well as the chicken egg rolls and the free egg rolls at the start ;). The service was great, the lady was kind. The ambiance was relaxed and got a good view of the fifa match while I ate. Definitely can't wait to come back again.

Very good Vietnamese restaurant in Plano. The spicy beef pho was very spicy and savory. The Trio appetizer was very good. My wife enjoyed the Special Beef Pho. Prices are very reasonable. Dinner for two was about $40 but we had no drinks other than water.

During my first visit to Pho Que Hong in Plano, I sampled their C8.Shaken Beef and enjoyed it very much. The dish featured perfectly cooked, tender, juicy beef and it was flavorful and satisfying. The seasonings were extraordinary and the flavors blended perfectly. The dish was large and attractively presented. The flawlessly cooked rice served as an outstanding complement to the richly savory, subtly sweet sauce. Friendly, efficient service and a cozy, casual atmosphere made the restaurant a pleasant experience. I enjoyed every single item on my plate. The entire meal was a delightful experience. I'll go back to try more things from their wide-ranging menu. Should you find yourself in close proximity and experiencing a yearning for soothing Vietnamese cuisine, Pho Que Hong is undoubtedly worthy of a visit.

First time visit - Went here for late lunch/early dinner with my son. I ordered chicken pad Thai and my son chicken fried rice. Both very good portions for the price. Extremely yummy & fulfilling! Added jalapeños to my chicken pad thai

I can't speak about their pho, but I can speak about their grilled pork banh mi and I can say that it is delicious! The pork is so flavorful and juicy and the bread was soft and fluffy! It's got the classic, no fringes, casual, homey restaurant vibe and the service is pretty fast and friendly!

Egg rolls. Needs the lettuce and carrots for the authentic Vietnamese style

With all my pho reviews, it's all in comparison to the quality in Southern California Vietnamese communities. This place is close. I got the number 15 round steak pho, and side of eggrolls. The broth for the pho was ok, and wasn't overly salted. The broth could have been cooked down longer, needed a bit more seasoning, with more temperature heat. The noodles were a bit chewy, and beef was not super tender. The egg rolls tasted as if they sat out for a little, and missed the crispiness. But overall, not bad. I would still recommend this place. Seating plentiful. Parking lot is large as well.

Service was good. The server was really nice, and the food came out really fast. It was good, and the portions are pretty good, especially since the large was only $1 more than the regular size I think? The environment was pretty chill too, and it was overall a nice place to eat at after a long day.

Solid, large portions, quick service, and open pretty late for a pho place. The broth is not too salty which I like but not super flavorful or rich. Other than that it's pretty solid for price and portion!

Food was amazing! Service was quick and fast. Very nice employees. Definitely coming back again. Ambiance was very nice, it was clean and simple. I love it

Pho Que Huong is a chain with several locations and luckily it has some respectable pho. I'm Vietnamese and while I don't think this place has the best pho in the city, I'd say it's above average and wouldn't hesitate coming here. Portion sizes are generous and the large size was very filling. I ordered my pho with tendon and it was perfectly tender and they provided a good amount of it too. The service is fine and atmosphere are what you'd expect for this type of restaurant, which is to say clean but not particularly special.

Out of those six orders, 5 were absolutely delicious and I will be reordering those five each time. The sixth was still really great, but not my thing. The service is very good here and they are super friendly. The only bad thing is how small the place is so if youre there during full house you will have to wait. Although it's small, I wouldn't want it to change if it affects quality. So this place is dang near perfect to me. Prices are great as well. I would highly recommend making a trip out to this place. I'll definitely be back.

Overall: 4.4/5 [dine in]…read more We love the decoration inside. They hang Vietnamese artifacts everywhere from snacks to comic books to stickers, and the walls are covered with pictures of their extensive menu. It took us a while to decide on just two items but we will definitely be back. One thing to note is that they do not have a tip option when paying with a credit card since it is self service, so bring cash to tip. They also have self service iced tea which is a nice touch. Rice Cracker With Vegetable and Caramelized Sauce / Com Chay Kho Quet Rau Luoc ($17.50): Wow, finally a place that has this and does it right. The rice crackers were crispy but not hard and the kho quet was umami and had a nice spicy kick. The rice crackers and vegetables paired perfectly with the sauce. This is the best kho quet I have ever had and it made my husband's top 3, which is saying a lot since he grew up in Vietnam. Combination Sticky Rice / Xoi Man ($12.50): I loved the flavor combinations, especially the pate with the rice. I would have liked the rice to be a bit stickier since there were a few harder chunks, but I just ate those with the kho quet sauce and it was fine. You also get a generous amount of protein, especially the hard boiled egg slices. We were completely full after just these two dishes. Longan Coconut Water / Nuoc Dua Nhan Nhuc ($7.75): Unfortunately we did not like this drink. The flavors just were not right for us.

The setting is one of its biggest highlights--surrounded by greenery while still being conveniently located near major roads. There's plenty of free parking, making it an easy stop. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff who made the visit enjoyable. The food was good and tasted very fresh, although I was expecting a little more depth of flavor. Since I don't enjoy spicy food, it's possible that much of the boldness comes from the heat, so others may have a different experience.

The place was totally dead but there were still dirty tables no one even bothered to clean. Like another reviewer said, the staff blared Tejano music. I mean, whatever, Vietnamese food isn't that tricky to make. My husband ordered pho that didn't taste like pho. I got a pork rice bowl that legit had meat with hair and cartilage (I think it was ear, maybe snout?). I mean, I'm Pinay, I love sisig but for a $14 rice bowl, you think it would have better quality meat rather than ear! My kid had a tiny $8 quesadilla. We had two coconut Viet coffees. The flavor and texture were "off;" the Keurig coffee I make at home is thicker. Our meal was over $50 before tip.
