We ordered two types of spring rolls (beef and pork) and while they were both delicious, they were on the skinnier side compared to some other spring rolls I have had at other restaurants. I got the egg roll and beef vermicelli bowl it was very flavorful and well portioned. I did find it strange that they had a scallion mixture that was included as a topping on the bowl. I guess we have to drive to Richardson to get take out Bun Bo Hue. These Pho restaurants need to use authentic Vietnamese recipes for all of their dishes. I guess it's possible that they adjust their recipes thinking it will be more popular with American customers but there is no substitute for Vietnamese cuisine.
