I came here on my lunch break from my nursing shift because I was feeling a little tired and under the weather, and I'm so glad I did! The restaurant was busy when I walked in, but the owner greeted me almost immediately. He asked if I had an Uber or takeout order, or if I wanted to dine in, and then sat me down right away with water and a menu. I noticed it took about six minutes before he checked in to see if I was ready to order which was perfect. I didn't feel rushed at all. He kindly said, "I know there's a lot on the menu, but if you'd like suggestions, I'd be happy to help. Otherwise, just let me know when you're ready." I ended up ordering the Pho All the Way (either #20 or #22, I can't remember), and wow, packed with flavor, loaded with meat, and all the fresh toppings were on point. I also got the egg rolls, which came out hot and crispy, straight from the fryer, with plenty of sauce for dipping. Everything was absolutely delicious. On top of that, the customer service was excellent and genuine, attentive, and kind. I left feeling full and taken care of. Restaurant itself was a little on the smaller end and nothing too crazy. This is my favorite and go-to pho spot! I've been coming here for over 10 years and the food has been delicious for all those years. Its quality never went down, especially for the pho. I can't speak on the other foods they serve but the pho here is super flavorful and they give a big portion for the lower price! The service here isn't too special but the owner recognizes me and my family and likes to have a short chat with us every now and then. We ate at this pho restaurant for lunch. The restaurant had attentive customer service and was very spacious on the inside. We ordered the salt and pepper calamari. The flavors were good, but the batter was raw due to them cooking at a high temperature. It turned out to be our least favorite dish. My boyfriend loved their pho "all the way" with oxtail, stating the broth was the best part. I ordered shrimp pho, but it turned out to be vegetable pho with shrimp and brisket. The broth was good, but I didn't like the pho because it tasted like vegetable soup with meat. We'd like to return to try more items and give them another chance. read more

Great food for the price. Been eating their grilled pork and shrimp spring rolls for years from a co-worker who muled them into work. Was finally in the area with the babes and decided to try the restaurant out. No kids meals available, decided to get a combo rice plate, an extra side of rice and a fried egg. They are super generous with the rice which was more like a family size. Combo plate included a grilled pork chop, two spring rolls, two grilled shrimp, and a side of salad. Food came out and it was a very generous amount of food that easily fed both the babes and I. The babes loved the food and said it's her new fave place. Restaurant is located right off 205 and Grant line in a shopping center with several eateries. The entrance door is not the nicest, and the restaurant itself is on the more older and grungy side. What it needs is a good cleaning and decluttering. On our way out we noticed the sizes of the pho bowls, they have the largest bowl that I've ever seen, which is the XXL bowl which can easily feed an entire family! I love their Banh Mi sandwiches and we always order the shrimp spring rolls! My husband usually goes for the lemongrass chicken or their pork chop meal. Both are quite good but the lemongrass chicken has too many onions in it for me. Service is descent but we noticed that they usually only have one server for the entire restaurant. But I will say the servers are attentive. Ambience is good. It's usually nice and quiet which I like. I can actually have a conversation with my husband. I would recommend this place to a friend or family member. BTW, they make a great Pho! read more

My family and I used to come here often to dine in but tonight we did take out. I love coming here for their large portion and beef pho broth is really good. We ordered the nbr 22 XL, large bun Bo hue, egg rolls, one jar of chili oil and a large mango smoothie with boba. The XL feeds two people easily because portions are big. My family loves this place, they have great service and the food is always on point! My dad had the chicken curry and it's bursting with flavor and made fresh. The salmon banh mi is also so good with the freshest bread and moist cook on the salmon. The pho broth has so much flavor with tender beef. The drinks are also so good, we got the mango smoothie which tastes fresh and the taro milk tea which hits the spot! I got the wonton , noodle soup , and some egg rolls . It was a large . Super yummy , quick service and plenty of food to go around . The only thing i took off for was the lack of extras it gives you for a to go order. They only gave me two sauce packets each for example . This was my first time coming here! I ordered the 32A, phone with steak. The broth was clear and tasted somewhat flavorful. I feel like it could've been a little bit saltier, but I ended up just adding some hoisin sauce, Sriracha, lemon juice, bean sprouts and a couple of jalapeños. The one thing that I noticed that kind of bummed me out was that the steak came cooked already and usually it comes pink and cooks in the broth. I noticed everyone around me had ordered plates. To be honest, I was looking for another pho restaurant in Tracy that I tried years ago but I couldn't find it and came here by mistake. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The food is really really good. I ordered the phenom penh dry noodle, grilled pork and shrimp spring roll pho sandwich to go for my husband. The dry noodle soup was very flavorful but I really wish there were more noodles. The spring rolls were also good. My husband find thought that the pho sandwich was one of the best banh mi that he had ever had. In terms of service, there was really only one guy who was the server and cashier. The ambiance is standard for a regular family run restaurant. I am really happy that I have it a try. This place gets really busy with to go orders and had a really extensive menu. Pho Real & Grill is one of the best Pho places I have been to! The customer service is always great and the servers are very attentive. Usually when I come my go to order includes the veggie chow mein noodles or the duck noodle pho or soup. The pho has a strong flavorful beef broth and the amount of meat is quite a lot for the price of the dish. The duck is juicy and fatty with the meat tasting buttery and fall of the bone. I usually have leftovers the following day. The side sauces are the staple hoisin sauce and sriracha but the stand out side is the house made chili oil with crunchy chili flakes. This sauce is absolutely delicious and a perfect garnish to any pho or broth-filled dish. In fact the chili oil is so good that Pho Real actually sells them separately in containers. Another great staple is the Vietnamese iced coffee, as it has lite ice and the perfect amount of sweetness to combat the strong bitter coffee taste. Pho Real is definitely a must visit when in Tracy! read more

First, I like to mentioned that the owner increased the prices of his Vietnamese sandwiches to $8.50 and mine is just a small sandwich with veggies, which is only vegetables, tofu or vegan ham. So I placed an order of two veggies sandwiches to go and I come home and they have not placed the veggies inside my sandwiches and charged me a total of $19.50 including a fee for using my debit card! I was so angry how this restaurant owner is so Damm stingy and didn't provide me with my vegetables quantity for my sandwiches a complete rip off place! Is the last time I come to this place. Checked out this place for lunch with some coworkers. Located in a strip mall, there's plenty of parking. Table service was pretty quick and the menu has numerous selections. It took me awhile to narrow down a choice...since I had ramen the night before, I settled on the #44 (fried tilapia & rice). The fish was pretty good and not greasy at all. A couple of my coworkers ordered pho dishes that were pretty big and looked tasty too. Prices here are reasonable and the staff was attentive. This is not a huge place but does have about a dozen tables (for four). Sodas were in cans and my coworker ordered a Pepsi (don't know if they also sold Coke). I liked the place, but nothing stood out to really make them above average. Definitely a solid three stars and I'll be back to try other dishes! read more
