Dined in here for the first time in ages. Now that we have littles, we don't get out nearly as much. We actually planned to go to Thai Jasmine downtown but they were still closed. So we walked over to Tracy Thai.... Closed, dang. I looked it up and, My Thai Cuisine was the only Thai food place in town that was open before 5pm on a Friday! So, we wandered in and in so glad we did. We had a great time. The food was prompt and delicious, staff was friendly and kept our drinks topped off. We ordered the Pad Thai (beef) and the orange chicken with a side of thai egg rolls. The perfect amount of food for us, and everything was delicious. I'll say the beef was scarce in the pad Thai, and they didn't ask us about heat level (it had none.) I mainly take one star away because while the inside looks nice, it is not very comfortable seating. The bench seat across the wall is too deep so I couldn't rest my back on it, and the chairs were small so my husband felt like he was spilling over. We swapped seats and did a little better after that. Too small, too big. Lol Overall a good experience though, and we will definitely be back, especially considering they're actually open during the day! read more

My family loves Thai food and this place is top of our list. I used to go to Sala Thai in Fremont (IYKYK) and this is the only place I've found that has amazing garlic crispy fish!! Stopped by My Thai Cuisine in Tracy for a quick bite last night and everything was yummy! We tried the larb with ground pork (medium spice) -- super fresh with just the right amount of kick. We also got the yellow curry with chicken -- the curry sauce had amazing flavor! Rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned. Definitely planning to come back soon to try more of the menu. I wish I could say our trip this time was good, we drive all the way up from Los Gatos to come here bc we couldn't find anything as good as this place in the Bay Area. Unfortunately we came in around the tail end of lunch on Monday 6/2. Only to start taking food from our plate containing long black hairs. Please see attached picture. It is beyond me why people don't get that they need to wear hair nets. Our entire meal was ruined for one bad plate. Made my wife and I both cringe and what else might be in the food . This is a great, simple Thai restaurant. It's located at the end of a strip mall. There is plenty of parking. The staff was friendly throughout our visit. We came for lunch and ordered a variety of dishes. We got the large Shrimp Tom Yum soup. We were five people and it was plenty for us as a starter. There was enough shrimp for all of us too. We also ordered veggie green curry, chicken basil, Kee Mao with chicken, and shrimp red curry. All of the dishes were great. The green curry came with a healthy amount of tofu and veggies. Came here because Chili's had a 75min wait for our party of 6 (3 kids, 3 adults). When we pulled up, our first impression was that it was small and there weren't many people inside (2 occupied tables). We decided to try it out anyways because 1) we were already hungry and 2) the kids were getting antsy. SO GLAD WE STAYED AND GAVE IT A SHOT!! Everything we ordered was among the best Thai dishes we've had in the Bay Area: fried potstickers, chicken yellow curry, crispy fried fish, orange chicken, beef pad se ew, and mango sticky rice. UPDATE: Came here on Father's Day/ my birthday and they were able to accommodate our party of 12!! We have been here a few times since my last review, but I want to update. We came in at 8:45 pm on a Friday night. They graciously seated us. This is a family owned business, and Paul the owner is really nice. The Tom Kha soup is one of my favorite Thai dishes, and theirs is great. We came here for the first time and had a wonderful experience! The service was good --the woman who helped us was so kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance was lovely too--clean and comfortable. Seemed like they do a lot of take out orders. I ordered the Mussamum curry and my mom got the Pra Ram. The curry was absolutely delicious! I asked for it to be spicy, and it was flavorful. My mom really enjoyed her dish as well. By the end of the meal, we were both pleasantly full and satisfied. And the crispy egg rolls had some really strange brown squiggly noodles in it.That almost look like rubber bands that had been deep fried. To make matters worse, the service was not pleasant. The waitress was rude and seemed uninterested the entire time, which really took away from the dining experience. I was in Tracy today and a few friends and I were craving for some Thai food. It was an odd time 3 PM and most of the restaurants were closed. Thankfully this restaurant was open. We found in our order and the person on the call was very nice and helpful. She took our order and the food will be ready in 20 minutes. We ordered takeout, but upon arrival to pick up our food, we see that the place is very cozy the tables, the flooring, and the decoration in the restaurant is very modern, and it looks very clean .5/5 For the food we ordered the following: Fried egg rolls 5/5 - the egg rolls were super crispy. Very tasty and it was so good. This seasoning on the meat used for the egg roll was tasty Fried chicken wings 5/5 - the chicken wings were very crispy and super flavorful. I think it has some garlic flavor to it and it was really really tasty. Everyone enjoyed this appetizer. Pad Thai 5/5 - we all gave this a five star as well. The flavor, the noodles the portion and the meat added to. It was very generous. Everyone enjoyed this dish. Chow mein noodles 4/5 - this was also very very good my friends enjoyed it very much. I also liked it, but I preferred the Paf Thai better than the chow mein. The dish had plenty of chicken, mixed vegetables and noodles. Kaprow Fried Rice 5/5 - rice was so good it was perfectly cooked. Not too greasy in the flavor and seasoning was great. We ordered this with chicken and it had enough chicken in the rice that this could be a meal of its own. It also had a few vegetables mix in the fried rice. Panang Curry 6/5 - I think this curry was everyone's favorite in my group. The flavor of the sauce was super super good. It is a mix of spicy and sweetness and he was super flavorful.. the spice was just enough that it had a kick, but it did not burn your tongue and it was really enjoyable dish. Yellow Curry 5/5 - the yellow curry we ordered with chicken. Another favorite. It was very flavorful and tasty the curry, and the coconut milk in the curry was super just the perfect flavor. It had enough chicken and some onions, carrots, and potatoes. Sticky Rice with Mango 5/5 - we were so full, but we have to have dessert. The sticky rice with mango was super good. It was perfectly cooked. The rice was sweet enough that you can keep eating it , the mango was perfectly sweet and was just an amazing desert. Fried bananas with mango ice cream and honey 5/5 - not in the picture is the mango ice cream, but we also had the ice cream on the side. The fried bananas were perfectly crisp and It had enough bananas It was not too sweet and you can add honey if you want it sweeter. The whole meal was just so satisfying, everyone in my group there were six of us enjoyed each of the dishes that we ordered. Needless to say, we finished everything and we thought we ordered too much. My friend who lives here suggested I ordered at their known Thai restaurant in the area, but after trying this restaurant they said it will be their new go-to Thai restaurant. Shout out to the beautiful lady that took our order. She is pregnant, but she was working so hard and she was the most pleasant sweetest lady. We did not even dine in, but the way she welcomed us and talked to us made us feel at home. I will definitely come back to this place when I am in Tracy. read more
