They had a sign on the door stating they were closing at 8:00pm but if they are unable to seat you past 7:30 that should be stated online. How this magnificent Pho got to Bozeman I will never know, I will just be thankful. We stopped in for lunch and wow that broth was incredible. All the toppings came on the side for you to mix and match. I got a Vietnamese coffee as well which unfortunately was pretty weak and unmemorable. The boba and Thai tea were hits though! The vegetarian pho here was delicious. The broth was tasty and the vegetables were fresh. The fried tofu was absolutely heavenly, and the roasted corn was a nice touch. The waitress was so nice, I hope she likes our tip. The interior design was modern, natural, and spacious. Even sitting in a corner booth, I could see almost the entire restaurant. Only place around with pho! My eyes were bigger than my stomach... I ordered the extreme cut pho which has ALL the meat cuts. The meats were great, sort of thick slices. Bummer I didn't get any tendon in my bowl. The noodles to meat ratio was small, but that's what you get when you get the extreme cut bowl. It took a while for our food to get out, definitely not what I'm accustomed to in a pho restaurant. I wish they had the veggies on the side allowing the individual to control how much or little is going into their soup. A slice of lime would definitely enhance the flavor of the broth too. All I've had so far is the pho, but it's extremely tasty. Service is extremely friendly, and the food took about 20 minutes, which seemed pretty fast for the number of orders they had. I also liked that the takeout pho comes in two containers, noodles and broth, so the noodles don't get overcooked on the way home. Dietary restrictions: my wife has celiac disease, and she usually reacts pretty strongly if there's even a small amount of gluten cross-contamination. She had no adverse reaction whatsoever to the shrimp pho (we left out the hoisin sauce that came on the side). read more

I was so excited to try this place! Bozeman is in dire need of some cultural food and winter days in Bozeman call for some hot Pho. I got the vegetarian pho and my boyfriend got the chicken wings and 2 cut beef pho with meatball and brisket. My veggie pho was amazing. Very flavorful, authentic and exactly what I wanted. I will certainly be back for more. however my boyfriend got food poising from his meal, which is why I feel obligated to write a 3 star review on his behalf and possibly warn others. By far the worst pho I've ever had. This was so far off the mark, everything was so bland. There were no spice flavors typical for pho, cinnamon and star anise, thankfully there was enough lime to add a little something. Even a little salt would have gone a long way. The food is great! I have enjoyed going here a few times since they opened! The service has been on point! They are fairly new as of beginning of April 2023. The wait for a table has been long but what place in Bozeman doesn't have a wait? I just grabbed a beer at the brewery next door (last best place brewing company) the wait for our table was perfect for two pints! I've seen a few reviews about the food and service from their first week open which is sad people are so quick to judge a new place expecting them to have everything perfect on their first week but it usually takes places a little to get their feet under them! Great food & atmosphere! Getting both can usually seem impossible but they got it right here. A great restaurant that other ones should look to! We had been eating pho in Belgrade, but this is a nice change and the pho broth has a much better flavor here. The restaurant is beautiful, quaint, modern, clean, music is soothing & is a good selection to eat to & at a good volume to where you can hear your friends talk, and the owners are there to be managing which is nice to see. Friendly waitstaff & food does not take too long to arrive. Great menu selection! New items that we did not see in Belgrade. Was exciting to try new appetizers (the eggrolls were very good) and an entree. The 'broken rice' with chicken is great!! It's not a huge menu, so you feel that they probably have everything fresh. Simplicity is best for menus. Parking can be a bit difficult as we had to park in a dirt area that was not so flat and almost scraped the bottom of our car. The other possibility felt like it was too far for us. Hopefully the building can pay to have the far back asphalted one day. Wanted to see what Bozeman had to offer when it came to pho so I stopped by. The inside was clean and spacious but a little empty (although I know it's a newer spot, so maybe they'll have more to offer in terms of interior in the future). It seemed understaffed (as to be expected for a place like this in a college town during the summer) but those who were working were very friendly. We were seated immediately but the waits were very long; took a while for a waiter to come by our table, then a long time between each time food/drinks were brought by. The food itself was good. I got the vegetarian pho and enjoyed it. I would've liked there to be some color in it, maybe some carrots, onions, etc. It was just the broth, tofu, mushroom, green onion, noodles, and snap peas, but it was still delicious. The tofu had great flavor. Anytime in the future when I find myself craving pho, I will be giving this place another go, just maybe not for a few months in hopes that they will be a bit more put together next time. read more
