This is the dipping bread for the soup looks good
    Nicole S.

The soup is great!! Broth not to hot noodles kept it warm as they were hot before lemon and sprouts broth had a strong cinnamon flavor after lemon and sprouts it was way better bread is packed with bbq meat and green onions it is a small bit spicy really good when dipped into soup. Bowl is large $17 dollars. Do not sit by the kitchen if you do not like loud repetitive music playing service is mediocre at best food was ok I feel it is a bit pricy the kitchen was clean if the phone rings they take forever to answer it I would not recommend this place for children or a romantic date but if you out and about alone and want some ok soup this would be the place.

I have tried more than 30 pho places in foodie California, but this place is the best!! Shrimp spring rolls were loaded with goodness, and beef pho was to die for. The broth is so good from bones just like the name of the restaurant.. Older charming lady is cooking and serving, I wish she opens one in LA.

Came to this place twice on our ski trip to big sky (once after landing and another time before going back to the airport). I've had the spring rolls, beef pho, sausage vermicelli, and chicken curry and everything was pretty tasty. The price is on the high side but portions are big. Service was good as well.

Chicken and Chicken Shrimp Spring Roll (2 pc)

I've travelled all over Asia and this is right up there with the best pho I've ever had. Food is consistently great and the owner is extremely friendly. The chicken and shrimp spring rolls is one of my favorite dishes I've ever had in my life. We always get those and the rare beef pho. For people leaving reviews about the smell, the restaurant smells like fish sauce and broth that's been cooking for hours and hours which means it's high quality. Smells like every pho place I've been to in Asia. Highly recommend. Great food and high quality ingredients. Also massive portions and lots of meat given in the pho.

My wife and I both switched to pork dishes, only to learn from the server that they had stopped buying pork because it doesn't sell well and the new menus hadn't been printed yet. All of this probably primed us for the disappointment that followed. My wife ordered jjajang, which should have been a treat. Although jjajang is popular in Korea, it doesn't appear on many Korean restaurant menus in the U.S. because Koreans think of it as a Chinese dish, even though the Chinese analogue, zha jiang mian, is actually quite different. Jjajang is a noodle dish with a variety of ingredients, but what makes it distinctive is the musky flavor and black color of the fermented beans that form the base of the sauce. The jjajang at I‑Ho certainly looked right, but it lacked the deep umami flavor, turning what should have been a memorable dish into an ordinary one. I ordered the Dak‑Go‑Gi‑Bob and asked for a spice level of 4. The problem was that they apparently spiced the dish with chili powder. That seems logical enough, but the chili powder, while amping up the heat, also changed the flavor profile in an unpleasant way. A more authentic and better approach would have been to adjust the heat with more gochujang. I was also surprised to see banchan on the appetizer menu for $8. When I lived in Korea, I never once had to pay extra for banchan. I understand the business logic - if I‑Ho doesn't include banchan with the entrées, they can charge less for the main dishes - but it still felt very un‑Korean to me. I'm giving the restaurant three stars partly out of kindness and partly because I don't want to rate it lower based on a single visit. That said, our experience was below the American average for Korean restaurants, and the food did not deliver the bold, delicious flavors I enjoyed in Korea.

Amazing food. Amazing service. Perfectly priced…read more Being from California, finding authentic Asian food in Bozeman is definitely a tough one, but I-Ho did NOT disappoint! Look forward to going back.

Had my doubts about an Asian fusion restaurant in Montana. But everything has been authentic and on par with what I expect from an authentic Asian restaurant. The food were diverse from curry, dumplings, steak, egg plants, duck soup, mapo tofu, etc (clearly the chef knew his Asian culture) The staff were amazing and kind. The rooms were designed and lit just enough to feel intimate, cozy yet classy. 9.5/10. Coming from LA, this type of food would cost 100+ per person. I'll come back for sure. The food looks and taste well prepared but I have always feel odd about it, as if the flavors are not always exactly right. It feels like something is missing. It's almost like one small ingredient is not there, so the dish is not quite the same as the real version. They also experiment with new dishes which is a huge plus, so expect a different menu every so often.

This place has a terrible parking situation and was virtually empty when we arrived, but our server still managed to be MIA almost the entire time we were there. The chicken pho was too salty--and believe us when we say that it takes a lot for us to say as much. However, it was flavorful and there was a decent amount of meat. Our daughter opted for the beef pho with rare flank, and that was also pretty tasty with a rich broth that you could really taste the meat in. (Sidebar: we have been to dozens of pho restaurants in our lives and they always--always!--have a kid's pho option. Not here though! So we had to order her a portion that was three times what she would normally eat and three times the price as well.) The chicken broken rice dish was fine with its grilled meat, perfectly regular rice, and veggies. Nothing special, but it was what it needed to be. We got a couple boba teas for dessert and the canteloupe slushee was so sweet that it was gross, and the taro smoothie ended up being pure liquid because all the ice had melted. It wasn't very good. We almost feel like we can't complain because this is the only pho place in Bozeman, Montana, and we were lucky that there was even one! And the soup was pretty passable. So, three stars, as expected.
