I really wanted to like this place, but a few things missed the mark. First, I didn't care for the 2.5% takeout fee, not sure why that's even necessary. The shrimp rolls didn't look too good, so I didn't end up eating them. Also, they used plastic containers for the pho, which isn't ideal for hot soup. Styrofoam would be a much safer choice since plastic and heat don't mix well. By the time I got home (about a 12-minute drive), my pho was room temperature. I might give them another try, but next time I'll definitely dine in instead of ordering takeout.

Desciption of the food item from Doordash menu.

Ordered a Lemongrass Chicken Vermicelli through Doordash. The description states it comes with fish sauce which is what was expected to come with for a Vermicelli dish, without it is dry and bland. Called over and the staff member was very dismissive and made it sound like it is our fault the description on the doordash menu is completely wrong and commented "He will let the owner know" and ended the call. Dining in the place is nice but ordering online has ruin their reputation and clearly shows their lack of respect for online customer. Will not be coming back to this establishment due to the rudeness of staff.

After a year of being open, I have been here several times. The food is still good and consistent. My favorites are still the rocket shrimp, chicken wings and egg roll appetizers. The pho is always good as well. Good portions. The service is still great and the servers checked in on us and made sure we had everything we need. The restaurant still looks great and modern. I always leave feeling full. Will be back!!

The feeling you get when you are the 1st customer to arrive when an establishment opens up for the day. You get to pick your seating, food is fresh and no long waits. Walking in, the 2 gentlemen were inviting and friendly alongside respectful. Was feeling a bit under the weather, so having fresh Pho with hot tea and a side of spring rolls. Helped me feel so much better. I did not realize how large inside the restaurant was until I walked in. Definitely a location that gatherings could be had at, as there are plenty of seating. Glad I stopped in as I enjoyed my food and service and at times the overhead playlist.

My husband and I were on a trip and decided to stop by to have some pho and vermicelli. The restaurant is pristine and the decoration is so modern, it's such a vibe. The service was quick and our servers were amazing. The servers did such a wonderful job checking up on us, refilling our water and making sure we were having a good time. They also made sure to keep all the tables clean and ready asap. The food was superb, it exceeded our expectations. The pho broth was so rich and smooth, super fulfilling. The vermicelli bowl was delicious, just ask for more sauce if needed. The crab ragoons were light and airy, it's very addictive. Definitely would recommend bringing the WHOLE CLAN because the servers treat you like family. Shoutout to our server Khang, 100% satisfaction such an awesome dude.

I took my granddaughter to lunch today as we were both craving Vietnamese food and decided to try Pho Saigon Bay in Lodi. The modest exterior is quite the contrast from the inviting atmosphere and decor of the interior and dining room. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted and led to a table in the spacious restaurant. Within minutes we were served water, menus and beverage offers. The menu offered a variety of appetizers and we ordered their crispy spring rolls. I also ordered their large combination beef pho bowl which had raw beef, brisket and tripe. A smaller bowl is offered for $3 less but I was hungry! My granddaughter had a chicken pho bowl that was very plentiful and she was only able to eat about half of it. I however had no problem devouring the delicious noodles and accoutrements of fresh jalapeño, bean sprouts and basil. The spring rolls came after the pho, which I thought was a bit odd but were delicious nonetheless...hot, crispy and served with a choice of either a traditional dipping sauce or a sweet and sour sauce. I paid a dollar extra to try both and I have to say that they were equally delicious. Overall our lunch was a very nice experience and the service was fast and attentive.

Glad they opened another location in Lodi! They really outdid themselves with this place! Interior and menu is such an upgrade, just what the city needs. Food taste exactly the same as the other location. They just opened this last year and glad I found one closer to me in Lodi versus going to Stockton.

Really good food and hospitality, they have a nice selection of dishes. I love the warm ambience that the place offers. Their Vietnamese coffee is great. The best you'll get in Lodi. I've tried them all and this place hands down beats the rest.

We went here on a rainy day and it was the perfect spot for lunch. The broth in my pho (rare steak and meat balls) was perfect. My husband loved his Combo pho, and we were both happy with the Rocket Shrimp. Service was low-key and pleasant. The vibe is casual and simple. The only reason it's not 5 stars (but very close) is because I've had Pho that was just as good and budget friendlier.

Friday night dinner with the fam. I heard this place recently opened so we decided to check it out. A short wait but the place was full so worth the look for sure. Our host and server were very pleasant and professional. We started by ordering the crab rangoon. They came pretty quick paired with sweet and sour sauce. They were crispy and delicious. For the main course we had the steak and brisket pho (large bowls). The presentation was good and the taste matched it. The meat was tender and lean, no gristle. The soup came with all the trimmings. The portions are very generous, I think I should've ordered the small bowls. The restaurant is nicely decorated. There's an actual wait area. Cash/card welcome. Restrooms are clean. I will definitely come back to enjoy some of their other offerings.

Came here for the second time last night. It was just as delicious as the first time! There's nothing like a broth comfort meal on a cold night. We got chicken wings and spring rolls for an appetizer which both complimented our meals well. The service was great! Very quick with drink refills and ordering did not feel rushed. The ambiance was cute and modern. There were families and couples, which makes it a good place for everyone! Highly recommend coming here.

Went here with family & all of our meals were delicious 10/10! The restaurant is near a a CVS, there is plenty of parking. The inside design is clean and modern. We were escorted to our table with a smile. As for food- fresh veggies, meat perfectly cooked and seasoned, broth very tasty, egg rolls fried to crunchy perfection and not greasy. The food was served in good time and the service was great. No complaints. There were no leftovers because we ate everything. Will definitely be back! If you like fresh healthy food this is the place!

WE ARE LOCKED IN, Pho Saigon Bay!! I'm so excited for this new gem in Lodi. The restaurant is large/spacious, has a ton of tables and great for larger parties. The service is quick, friendly and efficient. Everything came out fast and everyone was attentive. Now, to the food.... DELICIOUS!!!! Everything came out piping hot, fresh, tasted so authentic and had real packed flavor. The pork chop and spring rolls were my fav and everything was sooooo tasty and juicy! Prices were on point and I appreciate there aren't large Bay Area up charges. Portion size was perfect and large open parking lot.

If it's over a half hour we usually kill time in Raley's. It's usually not longer than a 20 minute wait. If you are a large party, things might get cramped, but I've seen them pull it off with gusto. We've never had a party larger than four and it's been great. I really like the folks who work here. And the food is great too. They have a few tvs and a little sushi bar at the back, and the noise level is about average depending on how many children are dining with their families. Komachi has a dedicated vegetarian menu and I've tried most of the things on it. I love that they have marinated shiitake rolls, my fave of the standard veggie sushi innards. Yummy! My favorite rolls on the menu are the Garden Roll (steamed asparagus, avocado, cucumber, kanpyo, and shiitake), Shittake Maki, and the Rich Jumbo Roll (fried asparagus, fried onion, avocado, cream cheese, and cucumber). Appetizers I have tried and enjoyed very much include the Agedashi tofu, fried brussels sprouts (I have to remember to have the fish flake removed from this dish though), and of course, wakame (seaweed salad). They do have ramen, donburi, bento boxes, teppanyaki (the tofu one I look forward to trying soon!) and salads as well if you're not in the sushi mood. I like their seasonal drink menu, featuring wine, soju, and beer. Komachi is also reasonably priced. Yeah, pretty much everything I'm looking for when me and my boo are craving sushi. Vegan Corner: several items can be made vegan upon request, but there is not a dedicated menu. Bathroom Report: noisy pipes will not hurt you, at least it's smelling fresh right?

Last Wednesday, our server said something really rude and I don't even think he realized it but it was jarring enough to lower my rating for this visit. I'm sure next time will be back to normal as long as that young kid gets some training on hospitality. The food was fantastic as always. Saying to a customer who asks about an item that passed by their table- "you can't order that it's only for regulars or people who've been coming here a while" is not welcoming or polite and I'm shocked to be saying this about one of my favorite restaurants in town.
