I decided to try this place out and felt nervous because the shopping center is pretty dead, but this place is worth it! The customer service is amazing, very nice and friendly people. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and very modern. My overall impression of the place was fancy and neat. I had the Rare Steak and Brisket pho with Thai tea, which was an epic combination. The pho is tasty and flavorful... best pho in Lodi for sure! The Thai tea was so flavorful and strong. I will definitely be coming back, this place is great. It was a little more pricey than some places I've been to in Sacramento but it's great considering it's close to home. If you're looking for some real good pho, I would definitely hit this place up! So happy this place is finally open! The restaurant itself is lovely and is larger than you expect so there's plenty of seating. Every worker was very attentive; checking in on us and asking how the meal was and if we needed anything. Now the food, 10/10. We ordered the crispy chicken wings, Beef steak and Beef ball Pho, and Sweet and Sour pork plate. The chicken wings were delicious and i think coated in tempura batter which made the flavor different but still great. The Pho broth was perfect in flavor and needed no add ins, even though i did add sriracha and hoisin sauce lol. And the sweet and sour pork was a generous portion, sauced well, and on top of a bed of noodles. Don't forget to wash it all down with a deliciously sweet and rich Thai tea! All in all, I'm extremely happy that Lodi now has a go to Pho restaurant! Cant wait to return. read more

Pho has little broth flavor not an authentic bone broth perhaps I've been here three times now kept hoping for a better experience. Whoever it is that's running the cash register seems to be a little slimy all three times. He's tried to ring me up as a different table than what I was actually sitting at. So happy to see that we finally have a Vietnamese dining option in Lodi. Not only that, but it's a very good one, based on my first impression today! We have made a habit of driving to Vietnamese restaurants in Stockton in the past, including Pho Saigon Bay's sister restaurant on Pacific Avenue. The staff at this newly-opened eatery is -much- friendlier and more attentive, and from the first sip of my roasted duck soup broth I realized that the food here may be superior as well. This more intimate Lodi location also has a mellow, modern vibe, enhanced by Vietnamese pop music on the stereo. Our goi cuon tom fresh shrimp rolls were quite moist and tasty, and my wife really enjoyed her black bean chicken dish. Since the team here is clearly shooting for excellence, I'll give some minor critiques: the peanut dipping sauce for the fresh rolls could be thicker; the delicious duck soup would be easier to eat if the duck meat was deboned; a fan could be placed above the doorway to keep flies out. Although brand new, Pho Saigon Bay was already hopping with lots of customers on a Monday lunch hour. We wish them a long and successful run in Lodi, and are looking forward to visiting again to sample more of the menu. read more

Tried this place for the first time yesterday because I was wondering if they are the same as the Saigon Bay on pacific in Stockton. I ordered the seafood rice noodle soup and my man ordered a small combo pho. The broth on both the soups were so good, hot, and flavorful. We also ordered some spring rolls which were good as well. Everything tasted fresh and the customer service was amazing, all the servers were very accommodating & friendly. The restaurant was nice and clean. Our food was delicious. It was my first time eating in. We enjoyed the interior design. Modern with a good lighting. Very clean. Service was quick and attentive. Been coming here since soft opening. Started off fantastic, however every visit since the portion size has gone down dramatically. My last visit I only had a few pieces of meat and small noodle portion. As it is 18 dollars for a large bowl of pho this was very disappointing. I don't plan on coming back as places in stockton will give you more for a lower price read more

This restaurant is in an unassuming strip mall and easy to miss unless you're looking for it. But once you get inside it's surprising how nice it is inside. It's nice and contemporary as well as being very comfortable. There is a problem with the lighting though. The lighting is a bit too dim to effectively read the menus which have very small print. And as for the food, it's ok. The three of us all tried a combo plate each and had the same reaction. It's not horrible. It just needs some spice. I will be going back in a while to see if things change, which hope they do because the staff is very friendly and accommodating. read more

My go-to at any Vietnamese restaurant is the vermicelli salad with grilled pork. Theirs did not disappoint. The meat was delicious, tender, and not too fatty. We also had the chicken salad and lemongrass chicken, both of which were good. The menu is extensive with descriptions for each item. So many more dishes to try.
