One of us would have said slightly better than average casual Chinese food. The other one of us thinks this is some of the best Chinese food in a long time. The service was good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No disagreements there. The atmosphere - one of us found it at the lower end of casual Asian dining. The other one of us just didn't care. The value. One of us found it very overpriced. The other one didn't care and pointed to how expensive every restaurant is now, while the first one of us wanted to point out that this is priced for a much nicer dining experience (eg, atmosphere, presentation, and even the fairly tasty meal just don't support the pricing). Portions, at least on entrees (we didn't try the appetizers), are pretty good, so that helps. Also, one of us would point out that it's often described as "dim sum," but a handful of pricey appetizers is not what is expected as a "dim sum" experience. By this logic, every restaurant (or at least every Chinese restaurant) could market itself as "dim sum" if it has appetizers, which they all do. That isn't what I expect of dim sum. So, there you have it - we're split. We will return to try the appetizers (aka "dim sum"), but it won't be cheap. It seems very popular and I wish them success, with a few improvements.

This is an excellent Vietnamese pho restaurant. I'm from Seattle and we have quite a few of them over there. I come here when visiting family in the area and have eaten at Pho Saigon probably at least ten tiimes. Unlike many pho places, this place has a nice bright modern atmosphere inside. (Not a measure of how good the pho is, but a bonus.) The food is fresh and authentic. Good tasting pho broth, noodles, and fixin's as you like. It would be nice if you could order more than one size of the pho soup, but I usually would get a large - - so that's o.k. (Not so much for one smaller family member. An option for less would be nice.) You can also get a kind of Vietnamese noodle salad here called bun, on which you can order various delicious toppings. I like this dinner meal type salad when the weather is hot and I'm not in the mood for soup. Service is attentive and friendly. Prices are reasonable. - - - Its hard for me to rate this restaurant. I would only give 5 stars to the best top end restaurants I've been to - and I can be a tough critic. This is one of the better pho places I've been to - including those in Seattle. Deserving of a high rating of 4 stars. Comparing with the various restaurants in Moses Lake, I would give this 5 stars. In any case, if you enjoy Vietnamese food, you'll like Pho Saigon. read more

Thanks god for pho Saigon! This place is amazing? The food always tastes fresh and I have not found an item on their menu that I do not like; which is very surprising considering I absolutely did not want to eat here. My gf loves Pho so she dragging me in here after much begging. I consider the prices here pretty cheap especially considering the amount of food you get. The atmosphere is quiet and the servers are always attentive. I would, and do, suggest this wonderful restaurant to everyone. Even if you are not an adventurous eater you will love their pho soup (which is even more amazing when you are sick). Jump on the pho train! read more

The atmosphere was comfortable for small restaurant and surprisingly clean and roomy, I believe that might have been for the lack of booths. The food popped with flavor, and everything had the right proportion, not too much and not too little.
